This is absolutely the best place to have your Lexus serviced. Mike A. is a superstar. He does his job, doesnt try to upset you or try to get you to do unnecessary maintenance on your vehicle. The new construction makes the place look much more contemporary. They have great coffee.

Last month, my car had regular maintenance at 15000 mph, and there were several recalls, so I had to repair it. I went there at 6: 30 in the morning because I didnt get through the reservation phone, ranking first. Russell provided me with services. He was very good, and it took me only 5 hours to get my car. If my repairs were in other repair shops, I would have to wait for 2-3 days. It was very fast and excellent service here. This is the second maintenance I have done here, and I will choose here in the future. Its great. Thank you Russell

This is a feedback for Russel K. I have been there for three times since I got my car and I noticed a few issues. First time I came with a little rust on the door to be painted, the driver-side cooling seat didnt work properly and the side mirrors were shaking. Since my first service apt he ignored my concerns and pretended to check them. I dont know what it was, maybe because I am a women and he thinks I don’t know about cars. The first time only the air filter was replaced but he told me they rotated the tires too. This wasn’t true because the tires are marked and didn’t change position. I came for the same issues 3 times and I wasted my time waiting there for hours for nothing because he brushed me off. I am still waiting for the right paint after 5 months, the side mirrors are still shaking and the cooling seat is still not working. Russel told me that this is the way the seats are cooled in a 2018 Lexus NX and I cannot compare to a 2021 vehicle but the passenger side works fine! So, what was the sense to buy a car with an option which I can’t use it.

The service waiting time way to long for a regular oil change and computer check up. Even if I just wanna a simple car wash.Some of the service worker not friendly at all actually she was rude and did not apologized at all when I was promised my car will be ready in 2 hours and I had to wait over 4 hours.Horrible customer service.I wish I can give you 1 negative star.The service really got even worse in the last few months.

Car wash needs some improvements. The service of recalls is good but a courtesy wash not rinse should be included.

I arrived literally 5 minutes before close on a Friday night and Sara and Tyler staid late to help me fix an issue with wiper blades (an issue that another Lexus service location created BTW). They were very kind about the matter, resolved it quickly and did quality work. They offered exceptional customer service and concern that has earned my future business.

Beware !!!!!!You can’t trust Lexus of Clearwater my husband car had 7 full VCP oil changes and tire rotation but my service advisor Michelle told me to buy more so I thought she was so kind and honest to me every time I went Clearwater of Lexus to get our cars service so I trust her I didn’t remember that I had 7 full VCP ready because she told me I only had 1 or 2 left of oil and tire rotation services however I went to financial office and to talk with Adalia she told me 5 full VCP $363.80 She gave to me and she told me my husband car warranty also expired no it wasn’t expired when I went home to checked it expires 2021 however in this place all about just lies and cheat when I went talk to their manager and he told me they are new and make mistakes no no no it is not true I know how long advisor Michelle and Adalia work in there and also they need to apologize to me
