Decent dealership, however they have no new cars as of August 2021. They said they only had 3 cars to sell due to the chip shortage.

Not one to typically leave a bad review, but the service tech (sales guy) telling us our battery needed to be replaced after driving in was a little baffling. Apparently he tested our battery and received a 18 CCA. Either he was trying to upsell a battery, we didnt need (we had it tested the same day on the way home at another location and it was running perfect) or he doesnt know how to run a battery test.Aside from that, our service guy did a great job with the oil change and car wash. Which is why this wasnt a 1 star. His full inspection showed a green check mark for battery. 🤷‍♂️Just be careful, seemed sketchy to me.

When I called,the young lady in the service department answered the phone and I must say she was wonderful. The problem is a technician was supposed to call me back and never did. To give more than 2 stars would be presumptive on my part. Maybe AutoNation is fantastic, how would I know they never gave me the opportunity to find out.

I bought a used 2015 MKZ less than two weeks ago from another dealer. I brought it to this Lincoln dealership for service because the AC was making a noise. The person I was to see made we wait while he talked in phone, he was rude to begin with. The car I bought had only low mileage if 37,000 and I was told it still has the warranty on it . I told this the the rep and when he heard I didnt buy it from them he told me to go back to where I bought it . It shouldnt matter its a Lincoln and I should have been shown respect. The guy even called me Bud, though he knew my name. Not helpful at all. Will never do back to them. They are just down the street from where I live so I would have used their service dept but would rather travel than go back to such rude people
