Ok, new to the area and was involved in fender bender. Wanted my truck repaired at a dealer, talked with my insurance and decided Ferman. Diane took my call and set me up for an estimate, she was super friendly and polite. Jon took care of my estimate and lining up repairs and insurance adjustments. Jon kept me in the know all the time and was very respectful to my expectations. Took about 3 weeks total to get repairs made. I was only without my truck about 2.5 days, which was two different visits. Jon and Diane handled my concerns and issues along the way fantastically and deserve 5 ⭐️….. But I can only leave 4 ⭐️ for several reasons: 1) after repair was “done” I picked up truck, late after closing hours, and it was filthy inside and part of the repair was not done. 2) after second repair the ac didn’t work due to truck not being put all the way back together. 3) truck was delivered to me after correcting inop ac and young man that dropped it off left my radio blasting.All in all my truck is repaired and I will return for future needs.

I was told by the service dept at BMW that Ferman Collision would be handling my damaged bumper. They were very professional, friendly and pleasant and were able to schedule me a few days out, which worked out for me. I brought my car on a Tuesday morning and the car was fixed by Thursday COB. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made the process easy for me. They communicate with the insurance which is one less headache I have to deal with. Overall, a great experience and my car looks perfect! Thank you!

Unfortunately Ive had several reasons to visit the collision center, but each time everyone was helpful and professional and most importantly the work performed was perfect.

My daughter was rear-ended so we took her car to Ferman Collision Center to have it repaired. Everyone was extremely professional from the drop-off, rental pickup, rental drop-off and when we picked the car up. All of the work looks great and the car was professionally cleaned.

Believe it or not, I backed into a mailbox on my way to pick up our other vehicle that Ferman had finished the repairs on a few weeks ago. They did a fantastic job on repairing both units. They kept us informed throughout the process. A truly professional body shop. I recommend then highly. P S. Headed back to their place tomorrow as I backed into a pole yesterday evening. This has to stop, and I clearly need to be more careful. At least I have a place I can go tomorrow that I know I can trust.

Excellent from A to Z. All communication complete, friendly, and through. Ferman staff kept me up to date and the car was ready when they said it would be. They gave me a ride to get my rental car and arranged for return on my rental car to save me time. They even vacuumed my car while they had it -- bonus! My car looks terrific and I hope to keep it looking that way.

I was rear ended at a red light. My insurance company said I could take it where I wanted to. Since I get my truck serviced at Ferman Ford I called their Collision Center.From the first phone call the whole process was great. The staff was great, they explained the whole process. Brian was my advisor and he gave me a quote and filed it for me and even called the rent of car people for me.The work was outstanding and the washed my truck inside and out. I was in an accident and geico sent my car there. They replaced two motor mounts and my car still had a vibration. They said that it was not from the accident even though it was not there before. They said they could fix it for 500 dollars. They are crooks! A 2016 car should not have all 4 bad motor mounts that are not a direct result from an accident. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’m very pleased with the level of service from Ferman Ford Collision Center and their team where you pick up your loner car from. Dennis, in the collision center, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. My RAV4 was involved in an accident and they did an excellent job with the repairs. They stand by their work that if it’s not 100%, they will make sure it is. My car had to go back in due to a faulty part (not the shops fault) and there was some adhesive left on my seat from the repair. Dennis made sure everything was fixed and put back to its original condition. They even thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out so when I picked it up it looked good as new. Wonderful. We are visiting Florida so it was quite disturbing to be hit from behind and not know any local body shops. We decided to try Ferman Mazda/Ford Colision in Clearwater. Brian was fabulous. He and Rosa dealt with insurance company directly and coordinated the Enerprise rental car. Brian also gave us referrals for other services which has helped our vacation. We were told that it might be done in a week, but our car was done in 2 days. If we need any other auto body work, we will definitely return. Highly recommend the shop. Steve and Phil

I was initially dubious about dealing with Ferman Collision Center after having had a poor experience with the Ferman Mazda service dept. However, following a recent accident, my insurance company, specifically the adjuster, had positive things to say about the facilitys manager. I followed the adjusters lead and it was a great experience. Everything went as described at the outset, the car was returned looking brand new, washed, cleaned, tires shined, and even the trunk was vacuumed. Victor, the collision centers manager, even cared enough to coordinate some overdue airbag recalls with the service dept. He is a great professional, fulfilling every promise, communicating every step of the way, and even getting the car back to me a day earlier than projected. The whole experience was positive.

Brian was exceptional. He made sure we knew all our options and explained the process truthfully. Well be happy to do business with Ferman again.

I just want to say beware !!!. Before you leave this place inspect any all work the was done on your car. .. I had my engine replaced and but i could not drive because once I got it from the shop I had a transmission issue after I got the money to get the tyranny fixed I found the time to go under the my truck I saw two transmission bolts missing. ..the under carriage skid plate was not replaced. ..the sway bar was not tighten down...multiple bolts were loose fluid was leaking from bottom . ..scary to think I was driving with my daughter in this car...Ill find every website were I can warn people about their workmanship or lack of workmanship. ...

From the day my car went in for body damage I was receiving a call from Rosa every other day with an update on the progress of the work. Each time she called I was told my car would be ready in the 24th. Someone was to call me that morning to let me know what time I could pick up. I never received a call and had to call them. At that time I was told my car was still being worked on and they werent sure if the time and they would be closing early. I called back later and and demanded a yes or no on if it will be ready. At that point I was told No your car is not going to be ready and we dont know when it will be done because we are short handed. I cant believe they didnt know on Friday they could not have this finished. Very poor communication in my opinion.

By far the best shop I have every been too. My car was done on time and looked amazing I would recommend this as a go to shop to get your car fixed.

Do not take your car here for repairs. I am missing 14 screws total from my car. They think people will not check their so called work. I did not think that they would do this, but I was wrong. The insurance idiot was just as bad.

My car was in service for a month and a half due to constant complications. I am giving two stars because my car is fixed and runs as expected and I understand that the time it took to fix my car isnt anyones fault as parts had to be ordered. But there is a serious lack of communication with this company. I was told numerous times theyd call me later in the afternoon for an update. Days go by, still no update. And this wasnt a one time occurrence. This happened over and over up to the point i had to call every day. Eventually I had to call the dealership that was replacing parts to get an update. Even the dealership gave me a warning that this body shop has received numerous complaints and i am not the first person. I think giving a 2 star rating is pretty generous.Not only has this collision/body shop lost my business, but i will not purchase any more cars from any Ferman properties. There has been numerous complaints over the last year about customer service and nothing has been done to fix it. This tells me theres a deeper problem with the Ferman franchise itself. I will surely pass my experience along to others.

Not a nice dealership.Recently got into a car crashed in front of this dealership. A BMW that was being lease here cut 4 lane of traffic causing me to crash into the BMW. The dealership can out and help the people in BMW, Even gave them bottle of water. Didnt even asked if i was OK and didnt even give me a water. The people from the dealership was outside laughing at us.BMW was found a fault.
