I had an unfortunate experience and my new full size SUV was hit by another driver. My insurance company advise about their 1 stop auto body repair facility. I was sceptical at first and did my due diligence by researching Roberts Collision Center. I was pleased with what I discovered. I decided to use them and I am so glad I did! I was treated with respect, Rick was personable and and walked me through the process. I was concerned about matching the paint on my new vehicle and he put me at ease. The repairs were completed and finished ahead of schedule. They truly have artisans on their staff and I could not tell where the damage was! I highly recommend Roberts Collision if your in need of auto body work.

This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to repairs and insurance working together for the customer. I made an appointment online. I immediately when I got there they took care of me. They explained exactly what came next and promised to update me. The rental car was there and off I went… fast and pain free.. next they continually updated me on status and kept all promises of calling or emailing me anything I wanted, or answering questions I had….They were fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Visited this location for a repair several years ago on our Sonata so when debris from the road damaged my new car this was the first place I thought of. The service hasn’t changed since our first visit (thank goodness) at all and I would definitely recommend if your car is damaged to go here first. Wonderful to work with.

Roberts Collision repaired the damage to my Audi Q5, making it look brand new. They were recommended by the claim adjuster from my insurance company. He said that he had gotten his car repaired by them and highly recommend them. I am glad that I took his advice.

They do an amazing job here, my girlfriends car was rear ended back in March, they fixed up the car and did an amazing job, turned out a couple of weeks a part that opens the trunk had broken and they traced it back to the accident. Great customer service with great techs!

Tree branch damaged hood and roof. I made the error of trying to get a mobile repair done outside of insurance. That repair was done poorly so I felt I had to file a claim. Roberts was recommended to me by a two friends, one of which used to work there. They said Tom would take care of me. I spoke to Tom on the phone and explained that the mobile repair fellow did a poor job with the body filler and that there was a lot of paint overspray. We made an appointment for inspection. At the inspection Tom made a big deal of the overspray and said it would be too labor intensive. I told him I wiped some of it off with a rag and acetone and it came off easily but he didn’t acknowledge that. Wasted my time. I can only assume he was afraid his shop would not be able to stand by the repair? At any rate the experience was an inconvenience and a little perplexing. It’s a standard body filler and paint job.

Roberts is a one stop shop. Picked up and returned rental car. The work they did on my vehicle looks good and well done.

DO NOT USE!,I had three cars repaired here, A lexus, my girlfriends suzuki and an escalade with varying degrees of acceptable initial satisfaction, HOWEVER as other reviewers have stated they DO NOT stand by their workmanship.I have had everything from failing paint and SEVERE clear coat failure, interior rattles to component failure, and undiscovered air bad sensor damage that was not replaced at time of repair. Not only did I have to take the vehicles back Multiple occasions for them to claim they saw no problem, but also they would not stand by their Lifetime warranty and never wound up repairing any of the problemsThe only vehicle that was reapired somewhat satisfactorily was the esacalade but the interior squeaked rattled and whined maddeningly on the highway until I traded it in.They were my state farms recommended repair facility in my area and I though I could trust their workmanship. From all outward appearance they have an immaculate repair facility with many impressive classic cars proudly displayed in their show room. Your repair may SEEM to initially but they DONT DO QUALITY WORK! and my experience has been with multiple vehicles of my own, family and some friends referred that problem and defects in workmanship as well as items missed in the initial repair will come up and Roberts DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I will NEVER EVER EVER RETURN and would highly caution anyone from using them!Roberts CLAIMS that they have no records of working on the car instead of asking how can we help. Right in the review I stated that its my girlfriends / now wifes car.They also Do have records of the two other vehicles repaired there under my name and could have reached out to me within this follow up review if they were so interested in contacting me to resolve.Funny the the failing areas are soley the areas repaired by Roberts. Not the rest of the car too.Additonally these areas were waxed and washed according to the aftercare instructions Roberts gave us at the time of repair.I have had similar quality of workmanship issues with all of the vehicles repaired at there facility. All of which we contacted, visited and even argued with Roberts about with no desire on their part to accept any ownership or offer any resolution or help.These pictures are the end result of defects that started to appear a year to two after the repairs were completed where Roberts management refused to help before the progressed to this severity.Even contacted state farm after no help from Roberts. State Farm says its the responsibility of the individual respair facility to back their work and they had no control over it.

The car was repaired much faster than the time we were told, and they worked directly with the insurance company during the entire process. Would do business with them again without hesitation.

I dealt with Tom who was very willing to work with me to make sure the car was repaired in one day as I needed it for work purposes. This was actually the second time Ive used Roberts for repair work. I simply can not say enough good things about my experiences with them. Traci handled my case and was very attentive, polite and helpful right from the start. She gave me constant updates as to the progress and when my truck would be done. The workmanship has been excellent.Hopefully no one crashes into me again but, if they do, I will absolutely be coming here again.

My mother Genevieve A., who is an 80-year-old woman, brought her car in for repairs there, I left feedback denoting the defects in the repairs where they left screws out of the bumper and did not fix the car properly. Since the survey came to me, Mike Anthony,v I left feedback and the owner had the audacity to call it a fake review rather than own responsibility and offer to fix the car properly. After seeing that I immediately notified Geico how they treat people and what kind of shoddy repairs they do.

They have very bad communication skills.Took my car in for repair received estimate for damage was told one thing when the car was dropped off and two hours later received a call that they repaired my car differently than the estimate.On the autobody work they did do a excellent job you couldnt tell my car was ever damaged.

Had a small dent to the rear panel, no parts required, just paint. The job took many more days than other body shops, was twice the estimate, and 4x the cost of other shops. The repair was good, but expensive.

However, I am still very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and courtesy during this very trying pandemic.When I dropped off my car, I was greeted by two employees and neither were wearing masks. Mind you, this was during a time that masks are mandated In Pinellas County. Then, I was told my car would be ready by Thursday or Friday, but then was given a call on Friday saying it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Then, when my wife and mother-in-law went to pick it up, they were once again greeted by employees not wearing masks, and they drove the truck around also while not wearing masks. Both my wife and I are immunocompromised and have high risk for COVID-19.My mother-in-law decided to say some thing to the employee, but she just kind of shrugged it off. I was impressed with the way my truck looked from the repairs, but very disappointed in their professionalism.

I should have written this review about 5 years ago when I was rear ended and they fixed my old car. They did an immaculate job!I’m writing this review today because I had some recent work done here on a different vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

You do excellent work and I thought you cared about your clients. However, not one of you was wearing a mask in your location...not even when approaching us to check us out. Very disappointing.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE NAYSAYERS! I have used Roberts Collision several times over the last 10 years and every time has been a POSITIVE experience. Just recently, my daughter was hit by a red light runner and her truck ended up being totaled. Throughout the whole ordeal, the at-fault drivers insurance did everything they could to delay payment to us, but Chris at Roberts helped out tremendously by staying on top of them and keeping me updated constantly. This was the first time we have ever had a vehicle totaled and were unsure how the process worked. Chris and the staff at Roberts were VERY helpful and made a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with.The people on this site with the negative posts are most likely more at fault themselves by not following through with return phone calls, contacting their insurance provider, trying to blame the collision center for a problem their vehicle already had, or trying to avoid paying for a service they bought, etc...Customers have a responsibility to the business as well! My vehicles have always been returned in great shape and any issues were dealt with courteously and taken care of, in fact, a Lexus we previously owned which was hit, and fixed here, had a headlight problem after the repair. Roberts addressed it and found it to be defective and replaced it again, and we never had a problem with it after that. Roberts would not have been in business as long as they have by doing crap work and not providing service after the job is complete. They are willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers and are never disrespectful.I will be a lifetime customer and will ALWAYS recommend them to everyone. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles!

I got my car repaired just this week. Its the first auto accident Ive had, Roberts was a selection from my insurance company. They popped out the dent with minimal to no fillers and it looks brand new again. Professional and awesome customer service

Outstanding! I went to the dealership first and it just didnt feel right. I was directed here by my insurance company and the end result was outstanding!!! Saved me a ton of money and TIME! I was in and out of there in like 30 minutes with a set of rental car keys in my hand. Straight shooters all the way and explained everything to me in clear terms that I could understand. Lastly when I went there this morning and they popped the hood I noticed I had a ton of leaves built up under the hood. When I brought it home today (same day service) I remembered about the leaves so I popped the hood to clean them out but they were gone!!! One of the techs mustve cleaned it out for me, above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

The work quality was perfect and I am very happy.Their prices were within the market prices, but the service and quality of the repairs was great. It is hard to find quality work and service. Roberts Collision was not in my insurances net work to have my car repaired. Thankfully I have the right to take it wherever I choose for repairs and I don’t for a moment regret taking my car to Roberts for its repairs. All repairs were done to the exact factory specifications. This is some of the best body work i have ever seen. Chris called me everyday and gave me updates on the progress. this repair was from an insurance claim. I will be bringing my own personal vehicle to have work on it later on. I picked up my car after a two week repair to arrive home and notice dust everywhere. While the repair job was good on the outside, the inside was covered with dust, the air vents, cupholders, compartments, pretty much every hard surface. The standard should be to return vehicles spotless, especially after being in a dirty shop for two weeks.

This place is something else. I take my car and they want to quick fix. The damages internally and externally are not a quick fix. I understand insurance all works together but I need my vehicle back in the state it was before it was stolen and wrecked. My clutch was burnt out completely and the alignment is off and now front tire thumping. The external is never the problem. Always a cheap easy was to make the money on that. However its not so simple this time. Please have your research done prior to me showing up on time to my appointment. Now I have to wait until Monday when you speak with the insurance investigator that you should have spoken to previously. I do not like this place and the people are crooked.

Went because it was close to my work, the estimator I had (Chris Beyers) was great to deal with.The personnel all appeared to be neat and clean with a clean organized shop. Work was done fast and they cleaned the truck inside and out before returning it to me. Somebody ran into me that had GEICO and this is one of their service centers. I have to tell you, they rocked it out. I dropped off my car, got an adjuster to look at it and had a rental car within 15 minutes (you need to schedule ahead). It was a mall job, but Roberts had the part ordered, received, painted and installed within 2 days. I was happy with the work performed as well. I cant say anything about their pricing because I dont know, but I was happy with what they did for me.

Were pretty proud and protective of our new Hyundai, which we bought to replace the Cadillac weve driven for a couple of years.Problem is: for some reason, people run into the Hundai!The paint was barely dry after Roberts flawlessly repaired a parking lot hit and run, until it was sideswiped by an old driver not far from Robertss location. Both incidents demonstrated how expensive auto repairs have become. (Our last experience in a body shop was at least 10 years ago, on a nice car we bought for less than our recent repair tab.)I dont have reason to believe Roberts is more expensive than others, (Geico referred us there,) and on two recent occasions they impressed me with the perfection of their work.Color match, alignment, paint, panels and trim all match perfectly. Maybe a pro could find some overspray, but I cant, and for that, Im very grateful. I hope these things dont come in threes, but if they do, Ill return to Roberts, for sure.UPDATE: these things do come in threes! Recently hit scrap metal on a dark highway. Back to Roberts, back to like-new.Three out of three perfect repairs. Very happy with them, and no, I dont own the place.
