This was a terrible experience. Those guys up front, were mean,nasty, & horrible. I waited 3 hrs only for my oil change. No one came & told me car wad ready. After 3 hours I had 2 go ask. Charged me 50.00 for windshield wipers I did not tell to put on. Took the mean guy 30 minutes to. Check me out. I hope I never go there again to get ripped off.$140.00 4 oil change. Horrible!
Service department can definitely use a lesson in customer service, professionalism, and problem solving. My vehicle has been sitting in their holding area for several weeks with no communication in reference when the repairs will be completed or a timeframe. I reached out to the service agent who previously responded, but hasnt for the past few days for some odd reason. Also, the fact I didnt reveal that my transmission was covered under warranty at first seemed to be a major point of contention for the service Agent I worked with. After informing the service Agent of the warranty company, I have recieved no response as to what else was needed in order to start the repairs. Additionally, I have extended my rental 3 times now due to not knowing when repairs will begin; creating an unnecessary financial hardship for my family. No longer interested in doing business with AutoNation or any of its affiliates. If you choose to do so fine. However, I highly recommend you consider other options if they are available to you. Sorry for the long explanation.

Auto Nation Chevy, Mike,and parts department took care of our truck today,and went above and beyond to inform me. Showed me old parts that would need replacement,and explained why. They gave me pricing and labor costs, and informed me of the time that it would take to replace the parts I will need. Mike informed me of rebates and options to save money on these parts. The whole staff was very informative and answered any and all questions I had. They were all very courteous and cant thank them enough.

This service department was professional, efficient and such a fair price for the work that I needed done on my car. Mike took the time to explain things to me and I’ll be back in the next few weeks for more repairs on something else he recommended due to their honesty and ethics in my transaction. They did a bait an switch on the pricing to have my car fixed. They quoted me 353.57 and then charged me 464.14 when I came to pick it up. I am very disappointed and will not be returning there.

Didnt listen to me when I told him that power steering fluid was leaking.I told him we had to top It off with fluid and about leak in drivewayI told him it was making an awful groaning noise and He calls me a couple hours later saying hat that was normal noise with amount of miles on the vechile.I had Kevin call and I refused to pick up until they started it in the morning.Thsy want to charge us 90.00$ for evaluation and send home as is.

We have used Autoway Chevrolet for several years now for auto maintenance on our various leased Chevy Volts and Bolt. We have always been happy with their service to date. Today we were bringing in our newly purchased Bolt to have its 7,500 mile service and to return a leased Bolt. Entering the service shop theres was a clearly posted covid sign stating all patrons are required to wear face masks. While the majority of patrons complied and wore face masks, the majority of employees did not. We usually use Sheila for our service manager and have always had five-star service from her. Today we utilized a different service representative as Sheila was unavailable at the time. Upon stating we were there for an appointment which I had made through the Chevy app, there was some consternation as the rep could not find said appointment. We volunteered to reschedule and he said that would not be necessary. We also relayed that we were here to return a leased vehicle. We were directed to the sales service desk where an apparent sales manager was currently on the phone. After a few moments he asked what we needed, still on the phone, and we replied we needed to return a leased vehicle. After waiting perhaps 5 to 10 minutes with him on the phone, he paused his phone conversation and told us,I forgot the reps to return the leased vehicle will not be here until later. My wife and I felt this was fairly rude behavior, but kept face and went back to the service department to wait. We waited approximately an hour and a half, then looking out the window saw that our car appeared to be ready. My wife approached a service representative different from the one we had used earlier, as he was unavailable at the moment. The representatives was very curt and rude with his response, stating, you will have to talk to your service representative and essentially dismissing her out of hand. Soon we were able to talk to our representative who stated our car had been ready for quite a while. I will take the responsibility for this communication error as he was under the impression we were dealing with the lease return still. Overall a very discouraging trip to Autoway Chevrolet, giving us considerable pause as to whether we will return to this dealership for service.
Fast and friendly service
Made a reservation on Monday for a 7am appointment on Saturday. I get there and am told that they can check me in but techs dont get there until 8am. No phone call at all. So here i sit waiting over an hour later. Then they tell me they cant fix my tire and that it will be 235.00 for a new tire. No thanks will fix myself. That goes back to buying the truck where I paid for the vip service plan and was told this stuff is covered. Nope wrong. Once my free oil changes are gone I am done with autonation. 2nd vehicle with them and it has gotten worse and worse. Lesson learned.
