This location has a great selection of vehicles but unfortunately I have personally witnessed someone doing burnouts in the lot specifically in the Red Supra they have for sale. I would never buy a car from here especially if I saw them tearing up my potential future vehicle. There is also an obnoxiously loud Corvette that revs up his engine while driving around the lot MULTIPLE times a day.

This was the worst interaction I have ever had with a car dealership. I was on kbb.com checking the value of my vehicle when an add popped up and said sell your car now. Long story short I did it and this dealership was the first one with an offer. I met with them and agreed to sell my vehicle to them. This is where everything went bad. I agreed to drop my car off the next day but the gentleman that was helping me wouldn’t be there that day so he had someone else help me. From there on out I was lied to about how and when my car was paid off and was told multiple times that they would check on the status of the title and get back with me only to get no return calls. Once again long story short it took a month (30 days) to get my check when I was assured it wouldn’t take more than 20 days at most. (which is still a long time to drop your car off with someone and not have anything in writing saying when you would have your money) All in all the whole deal felt shady like another review said. No answers when I asked a question and the answers I did get were lies..!!

This dealership is AWESOME. I came with my 8 year old autistic son to sell our mini van (that it was time to get rid of). Christian did everything he could for us and got us all the money for it. However, that wasn’t the best part. My son noticed a blue GTR & wanted to know all about it. He told him it was the fastest car there by a long shot. The owner Kainoa took his time to show him the car and even let him sit in it. A white corvette showed up and revved it for him. (He loves loud noises). Worse experience Ive had with a dealership. Unable to explain their own paperwork process. Hundreds of dollars for their document fee and they cant process the title work. Weeks since the purchase and still no plates or title. If you want to get called back in to their facility over and over, then buy a car from them. If you dont then buy from someplace else. Seems like they are full of managers ; however, no one Id in charge. The person thug need to speak with, either left at 3 out doesnt come in until 3. Depends on when you call. Bunch of used car salesman.

We were coming into Louisville from out of town and our car starting having problems. We dropped it off to another dealership and waited to hear what is going on. It was an older car 2010 Tiguan with 140k miles. So not valued very highly especially if you start adding engine problems. We decided to start looking at buying a vehicle because we could start to sense that the cost to fix would be more than the vehicle was worth. 2 voicemails and 6 hours later with no response from the other dealership we looked at cars and put in an information request for one at VW Clarksville.Within 10 minutes we were talking to Brent on the phone. 30 minutes later someone had picked us up and drove us to the dealership. 4 hours after that we were driving away with our new 21 Tiguan. Everyone there was pleasant and willing to make the deal happen. The next day we dropped our vehicle to have the added features done to the car. A process that normally takes 2 hours they got done in 45. This allowed us to continue with our vacation with little muss or fuss.I am just sad that we are not local as this has been the best dealer I have worked with. I am now onto my 6th VW and this was the easiest one I ever purchased.Thank you to everyone at VW Clarksville.

Wont buy here again. Shady vibes and they keep you waiting a long time to do the deal. Ill buy private or carvana next time. After telling them I didnt want any extras like service contracts and warranties they slipped it into my loan paper work. Im paying almost 3 000 in stupid tax. Dont deal with these guys. Spend your money elsewhere. I want to also add that they ran my credit 3 times. Totally unnecessary.

Both Anthony and John who coordinate service are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They offered my daughter a loaner car that they had to secure from Enterprise because they did not have a loaner car on site at the time. Although repairs are typically expensive with VW and this was no exception to that rule, the car performance is back in spec and their support made the expense much more palatable.

I took my 2005 Jetta to them to replace two shifting cables. $1,500 later my manual shifts better, but the odometer and gas gauge no longer work. This is the second time Ive been there for the shift issue. I was told the last time it was fixed. I currently have more problems than I began with.

The manager of parts and I’m guessing he was the manager of the entire building are both very rude. They don’t care if their customers are happy. At the end of the day, the want your money and that’s it. After reading the reviews about this location, I know that I am not wrong. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! GO ELSEWHERE!edit: Oh how nice of you to offer help after I was just in the store and you’re exact words were “I don’t see an issue” when presented with my issue. Ive recently had a lot of work done on my Volkswagen. I was initially discouraged because another Volkswagen dealer couldnt even figure out the problem. Although the repairs were quite expensive, it was money well spent. Diedra and Anthony offered great customer service and were very friendly. My vehicle is running like new again. I have had more issues with service with the car that I have from 2020 than I did with a Honda Civic that I had from 2012 until 2020.It took 3 separate appointments to do a software update (which I was told want actually the problem initially) and they told me that they would supply a rental car which I ended up paying for.The service department also assured me that I wouldnt have to pay for a part that was broken by one of their employees, but now theyre saying that they have no record of that and Ill be paying for that or of pocket as well.I cant wait to get rid of this car and work with a company that doesnt require me to write reviews to make people aware of how problematic they are.(The reply below my review is actually ironic because I have already reached out to them and have yet to receive a response)

Everything went as proposed and my wait was less than expected. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that the technician did not reset the clock time after servicing due to having to disconnect the battery.

I used to buy my VW’s from Bachman VW in Louisville, Kentucky. I decided to take a leap of faith, and purchase my 2019 Tiguan from VW Clarksville. One of the main reasons I went with VW Clarksville is that the dealership actually gave me a little bit of a better deal on my purchase. I believe that they took the time to look at my previous credit history with VW Ever since I bought my Tiguan from Clarksville VW, I have received nothing short of wonderful treatment from Anthony in the service department. He is always available if I have any concern about my 2019 Tiguan. This type of customer care totally outshines the service that I received at Bachman VW of Louisville. His dedication has really made me realise that the move from Bachman VW of Louisville to Clarksville VW was a very smart move. I also feel that the customer service standards of Clarksville VW are far superior than those of Bachman VW of Louisville.

Let me start by saying I dont write reviews very often. I tend to only write reviews when I have an extremely positive or extremely negative opinion to share and usually its the later of the two. My wife and I live in Fort Wayne and were looking for a specific vehicle. A 2020 VW Tiguan SEL with 4 Motion in Silk Blue with Black interior. We knew exactly what we wanted. We haggled around with multiple dealerships near us to find the best price. I stumbled upon the car buying service from Sams Club and put in my information. Shortly after I got a call from Brent Loveall at VW of Clarksville. I explained to him what we were looking for. He didnt have the model we wanted on his lot but within 2 minutes had located one elsewhere and within a 5 minute phone call we had the best price we had found ANYWHERE. BY FAR. Not only did Brent give us an extraordinary deal, he understood that he was located quite a distance from us. He offered to have the vehicle delivered straight to our door on a Saturday. 2 days after making our initial phone call and that was based on our schedule. Im sure he could have gotten it to us sooner had we been available. They took our down payment over the phone and had 2 of the nicest people drive the vehicle to us. We signed the finance paperwork at our house and took delivery of our vehicle. The process was so simple I kept asking Brent if there was anything else to do! It seemed too easy! We cant say enough good things about VW of Clarksville or of Brent Loveall. We will be returning when we are ready for our next vehicle and I hope you give them the chance to earn your business as well. No other dealerships could even touch them in terms of pricing and customer service.

I Bought a used car from this car lot and I got duped. Brent Loveall “the seller” said absolutely nothing is wrong with the car… had it for a week, starts popping when turning, engine light came on. Call them took the car in afterwards. They say I need $2300 struts on the vehicle. Funny thing was is that when i left the lot the popping was gone and the engine light was off just like the week before when i drove it off the lot. Yeah id say they knew this car had problems and fixed it just to get it off there lot. One month later air conditioner quits working. Just today the buttons on the steering wheel quit working, the horn quit working, the passenger side airbag is now showing “error” My thoughts DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They fix it enough to get it out of there care and then dnt help you a bit and dont care that you just spent thousands on a car that you cant drive. Lol im blown away to the deceit that Brent Loveall has done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Went and spoke to two sales managers in the same office and all they did was apologize. I wasn’t wanting anything free. Wanted them to know that I thought it was unacceptable that they have 7 salesman in the room and not one of them came to help. They didn’t say let us get you with someone. First I would like to start off by saying this team is absolutely amazing from the awesome receptionist, to the great sales associates all the way up to the manager! I went in and bought a 2017 s550 mustang Gt with a supercharger already on it. Bought a warranty for the car for 3k extra. Two weeks later the clutch went out so I bought a twin disc and they installed it for free. (Wear items aren’t covered) so all was good there. On the way home the car started misfiring and dying at red lights due to a random misfire detection because they never did a crank relearn that must be done after pulling any flywheel off a newer model mustang. I called and let the service manager know and he said the car wasn’t even done yet and didn’t understand how I picked the car up... I take it back up there and they tell me they don’t have the scanner that I need to do it.. I take the car to Lee Blankenship which is well educated on all newer mustangs for a crank relearn. The car was great after picking it up from him, then on my way home throws a check engine light for random misfire detection. He runs the code and it tells us it’s due to unmetered air past the MAF. Which ended up being loose supercharger runner bolts. I was able to take two out with my fingers... Long story short don’t buy anything off them that isn’t a Volkswagen. By far the most unorganized/ uneducated techs I’ve ever spoken to. Save your time and money, if you want a Ford go to Ford.

I purchased a brand new 2020 Passat and it broke down a week later. It took them 7 days to come get the vehicle and another week to tell me what was wrong with it. They also gave me a dirty loaner car with no tags on it. Worse car place I ever visited and was treated very unfairly. I thought people with great credit was treated with royalty. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I won’t buy another vehicle from them. Bought 2 Volkswagens from them and every time they need work done all my wife gets is the run around. Service department is horrible and all management does is say well I’m new sorry for the last experience. Back around June my wife had service done and they took the manual out of glove box to show the steps to look at. But they never put the book back after several phone calls and promises the mail book to her nothing. Now approximately 6 months later nothing. Long story short I wouldn’t buy a used worn out bicycle from them.

I found some really good deals online and decided to stop by after work. I needed a daily driver since I put so many miles on my SUV. Mark W. was very nice and showed me around. He listened to my price range and didn’t push towards anything else. The finance team was very kind as all of the other employees. I’m probably going to go back for a new Atlas after my SUV bites the dust.

Had a phone scheduled oil change appointment (online not working?) And still took over 1.5 hours. Interior of car had black residue on driver side floor mat, pillar, and door handle area. This is the 2nd time car has shown residue/dirt after service.

Sadly there is a list of issues but the paint job I paid for that is being looked at by a body shop and several mechanics here’s the latest quote.-“There is a lot of dirt in the side mirror paint and in hatchback paint and overspray on drivers door and rear quarter panel, it must have been painted outside.”It’s disappointing when you trust that the deal you made will be met with integrity and resolve. But this isn’t the case here. The agreed to work was not finished properly and the never ending list of issues is pretty shocking. Never was a refund orResolution or the new headlight I was promised offered. Now I know, the list is getting longer and can be posted I just hate to be put non that position as a customer.Addition- woke up today from a message from the body shop who wants $400 to paint correctly what I paid $300 to have painted and fixing more damage caused from poor work...file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/45/05/ED5BA020-FE13-4E08-9B01-B75111AB9395/image000001.jpgThis is the message I got from body shop:Looks like Volkswagen services these wiring tunnels it will be about $30 to $40 for both of themBut we will have to remove the wiring harness and remove the connectors from the end of the harness to install theseSo Im thinking 2 to 3 hours which would be another $150-$200 in labor

On Friday Oct 25th I walked into this dealership and asked for a salesman. I was greeted by Brent Loveall, the internet sales manager. I told him I was interested in an automatic Golf GTI and told him my price range. Within minutes he had the car picked out, but it was a fresh trade and hadnt been detailed. He got the keys and we went on a test drive. I fell in love with the car, and Brent didnt push me into it. He answered all of my questions and had a great attitude. The next day, Saturday Oct 26th I went and bought the car. Brent already had it detailed and ready to go within the 12 hours I had left and came back even though the previous day I came in an hour before close and came in 30 minutes after they opened the following day. After they submitted my app, it only took 15 minutes to get a great response. Brent and Spencer the finance manager made everything as smooth as possible and got me exactly in my price range. My grandpa co-signed for me and has bad social anxiety and I told them he didnt want to come in to sign, and Brent didnt even question me and made immediate arrangement for the kindest man, salesman Joshua, to follow me to my house so my grandpa could sign in the comfort of his home.
