I have been trying to see if a window pane for my parents house can be replaced, I have received several different answers. When I called I was told the gentlemen I needed to speak to would be leaving shortly, I asked if I came right away would they wait and was to yes. when I arrived I was asked to bring the glass inside. He spent about a good length of time trying to figure out a way to remove the damaged glass (wood window). He took the time to show me his concerns and recommended going to the manufacturer. He is the only one to really take the time and give me a straight answer. Hopefully I will not have any glass repair in the future but this company will be my first stop, thank you for being honest and professional.

Replaced the glass on my window after a break in. I wasnt home when they came and I left $180 on the table for my initial quote of $175. Because I was paying cash, it turns out I save money and they left $40 as my change. Very polite and honest, and although the repair didnt look factory shipped they did a hell of a job. Thanks

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Reasonably priced and they do the job super quick. When they first came though they brought the wrong color windows and didnt realize until after putting them in, so they didnt charge us but we had to wait a while to get the right ones in. Also they arent the greatest with timing, sometimes you only get a half hour notice upon their arrival which doesnt make sense because you might not even be home. But if you talk to them they are very friendly about attempting a different time arrangement. Also they left clear caulk stuff all over some sheets and my bathtub, otherwise if youre looking for reasonable prices and speedy repair Kent glass is the way to go.

I would share a review since this is the third time I use this company, and they never disappoint. They are very polite, professional, and return phone calls. I highly recommend. They replaced a broken window in my house and were very reasonable with pricing. I got my new window installed within a week.

Extremely disappointed in this business. I requested new seals on the front windows of my business. I was told in December 2018 the estimate and that the seals would arrive in about 2 weeks. Almost a month went by and I checked with them and they said they should be in that next Saturday. Two months go by and no word, nothing. I call and asked whats going on. I was told they would check with repair guy and get back with me. Weeks later I call again because I have heard nothing, again being told they would check and get back with me. This has gone on for literally 9 months. Sad that a business with such great reviews doesnt seem to want to take care of all their customers the same. Sadly I will have to find another company if I want my work done before winter this year.

They seemed very ptofessional and on top of business. I called and requested an estimate for a window glass repair. They came out within a week for the estimate, or so they called to confirm. However, I called a week and a half later to see if it was complete. They assured me that they would call back. Nothing. No call, no nothing. I know I am not the only customer. After 2 weeks, I got an estimate. They had yo come out and redo the estimate. Then it took 3 weeks to order and get it replaced. It was good work and they cleaned up after themselves.

I think I must have been dealing with their Sales Prevention department or they dont need the business.I have called 4 times over the past 4 weeks and have been promised 4 times that someone will come out to e out to give me an estimate on replacing 6 panes of window glass. Once there was even a glimmer of hope as I was told that Mike (whoever Mike is), would be out the first of the week. That was on 9/04/19.Im still waiting for someone to either show up or at least extend me the courtesy of a phone call telling me that they can or cant make it out.Poor way to run a business!

I sold in Clarksville and they were great. Repaired a cracked window and a couple other windows that were fogged because the seal on the double pain windows failed. I moved to KY and called to see if they would come to me, but they dont. I recommend them to anyone. Very friendly, reasonable prices. A+

Called me at 2:30 and informed me the technician would be at my home at 3:15. I waited all afternoon, cancelling plans I had made. He never showed, and no curtesy call to let me know he wouldn’t show.

The experience with Kent Glass was a bit of headache. But that is not for lack of service.We had to wait on a special order glass for our downstairs living room window.The 1st trip resulted in the wrong item being brought out.
