I had a car window broken out by the weedeater from our lawn company. The company referred me to Wolff glass and it was a wonderful experience. They were all very kind and funny to talk to while they fixed my window. There was water and coffee and even aromatherapy in the air. My window was fixed to perfection and if I ever have another issue I will definitely use Wolff glass.

They clean the cars and slap them on the lot. Checked 2 cars and both had many problems off the start despite what the dash showed.

Cheap, fast and amazing. I came in and as I handed over my keys as they quickly drove off to replace my windshield. Took less than an hour and prices were way cheaper than competitors. Recommend to all.

I went to Wolf Glass to get a rear window installed in my vehicle and was quoted a price that I felt was exorbitant fof the work to be done. Was told that a lady at a desk would set me up and after weighting for more than 10 minutes she wouldnt even acknowledge that I was standing there. I politely commented that my time was more valuable than this and left. I can go to the Veterans Administration and receive more respect.

If I could give no stars I would. This company has a father and son running it. They think they can make threats and accuse the customers of things they mess up. I personally had to take my car back three times and still the windows were not fixed or the correct %. There was scratches on the car and windows that were not there before. I went to ask for them to fix it again and the father (Donald) started yelling at me Im old and deaf I can talk how ever I want! and then the father said Im going to get my son (Brian) on you!. No company should ever make criminal threats at a customer especially when its their fault that the problem was even there. I am absolutely appalled by what happened, how they tried to make me fearful for my life when all I wanted was the job done correctly that I paid for.

Had a windshield replace the price was reasonable and they did what they said as far as getting glass and getting installed. Couple weeks after I had the glass put in, I noticed air noise coming from my windshield upon investigation the trim was loose on the top and flapping in the wind. I guess they didnt install a trim right I was going to bring the problem back to them so they can fix it the driving one day to Nashville on the interstate do in about 70 miles an hour I crack form to the top of mywindshield at the area where the trim popped out of the track. I immediately called them after that happened and it took about seven or eight calls to finally get somebody and when I did they told me that it would be reviewed and it would get back to me. Im a repeat customer and have known the company since childhood. All I got was that I was wrong and that they would replace my windshield that they installed wrong and give me $25 off a new windshield. And they said to give the company owner a call which I did and left voicemails for or five of them and it would never call me back it wasnt about the money it was about the accountability. The Apple Falls far from the tree here I recommend to call somebody else and pay the extra money to not deal with the hassle. I would have I would have paid for a new windshield and have them put it in labor but it was an insult and I recommend not to get glass done here.

Took my corvette to have the back glass replaced, and have the windows tinted while it was there. Was told it would be done the following day. I get there the next day and they tell me that they didnt have the glass and had to order it and it should be there the folofollo day. I go back again on day 3 and I can see my car sitting over there with untinted windows and a shattered back glass, still. I ask whats going on and they tell me theyre waiting for the glass to come still. They mis wrote my phone number when I dropped the car off so they couldnt call me to let me know what was going on either. Fixed that issue on day 3. The weekend goes by. I check in Monday and theres my car, shattered window and no tint. At this point Im pissed that they keep telling me it will be done tomorrow over and over, and that with all this down time waiting for the glass to come they havent so much as tinted my door windows or even removed the back glass yet. They claim they want to do it all at once. Fast forward to Friday, the follow week to dropping in off. They had my car a week and a half, didnt tint a single window, put in a back flass with no antenna so my radio didnt work because there was no antenna in the glass like the correct glass should have had. (Some of them have the antenna in the glass, sone are on the trunk like normal, mine WAS in the glass) on top of that they left the antenna wire just dangling down where it should have been plugged in if there was an antenna to plug in to. On top of that, they didnt clean out the old broken glass shards when they replaced the window so now every time I open and close my hatch I hear a half pound of glass sliding around INSIDE THE HATCH. I cant even get it out without removing the whole back glass again. Worst experience Ive ever had, stay far away. Not only that but since then I have heard horror stories from other people.

Had a appt for a tint. The gentleman wasnt in. He never called me back to say: hey or nay. Unprofessional
