Had a screw in one of my tires. Took it to Honda WITHOUT an appointment. Kat took care of me at the Service Bay, and in less than an hour, my tire was repaired and I was back on the road! AND - at NO CHARGE - because I bought my tires at Neil Huffman Honda! Love this place and the people who work there! Thanks so much!

I have a new Subaru Ascent and bought it at NH Dixie. It is a long way to go to get warranty oil changes done so NH Honda said they would do it. I live in Southern Indiana and decided to use them.I dropped my car off 3 hours early and they got my car done hours in advance of appointment time and were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Was offered 4 free services when we bought our 2016 Pilot late last year. Went early last Friday to collect. Was greeted by Katheryn first thing in the Service Bay door. She was great! Was directed to the Customer Lounge that was clean and had comfortable seats and also tasty coffee. After a short wait for full service Katheryn came to get me with Keys and explanation of future services needed with gentle suggestions. Will look forward to coming back again when next service is due. Hope Katheryn gets out of the heat soon.

Expedient service with honest and reliable advice. I cannot say enough good things about the service team here. My wife had an alternator issue and her car broke down while picking up my son. The service dept was able to start immediately on the repair and completed it very timely.

I came in to have my rotors turned and also found out he could run a diagnostic test to see if a code for a recall that has been coming on/off randomly was stored. This is my second time visiting Neil Huffman Honda, and the service was just as superior as the first time.When I arrived for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush and fill, there were probably five cars ahead of me in line. I thought I would be there all day! I was out in about an hour.There were two of us and a baby, and only one chair available in the waiting room. Apparently a woman had walked by and noticed that I was walking the baby, and a few minutes later she returned with a chair for me. I hadnt said anything.Everyone, EVERYONE, is so friendly and personable! Jay checked me in and out quickly and efficiently, all the while telling me about his little girl and his baby on the way.I plan to always have my vehicle serviced at Neil Huffman Honda!

Received a recall notice from Honda concerning the fuel pump for my 2019 Civic sedan, a serious safety issue since there was a possibility of the pump failing while driving. I was able to book an appointment at Huffman right away. The service dept. is run efficiently, the Service Advisor who took care of the check-in and details of the recall was handled by Scott Kimball who is professional and knowledgeable. I had a number of questions after the repair and Scott was extremely patient and thorough explaining what was done. Huffman provided outstanding customer service and I plan on bringing my Honda to them for future repairs and maintenance. Also I will more than likely buy my next Honda from them.

Took the car in on Monday morning for a recall notice and had the oil changed with an inspection of anything else that the car may need. Checked with them on Tuesday to see if they have done the inspection and oil change yet and they had not done it they had done the recall notice only checked with them again on Wednesday they still have not done the inspection or the oil change. I was supposed to pick the car up on Friday so I called them at 8 o’clock on Friday morning and they stillHad not done the oil change or the inspection service writer said he would call me back in one hour finally at noon time I went to pick the car up and they were just in the process of changing the oil and do an inspection. They found a few items that needed some attention which I expected that’s why I left the car with them for a whole week but at that time I did not or want to leave the car with them.

Our 2 year old CRV was giving us a bunch of messages on startup and then go away, took it to Huffman Honda they diagnosed could not find a problem. However, Service manager Scott Kimball told us to bring it back immediately if it happened again and they would work us in for service. Two days later the same thing happened and the car would not start, we jumped it and immediately drove it to Huffman and they got it in and found the battery was the culprit, it was fixed under warranty and works perfectly.

I had my 2006 Accord towed to Neil Huffman Honda when it suddenly wouldnt start one day. Id exhausted my own abilities to troubleshoot it and was left stumped. All told, the car was down for about a week, they found the problem. I really appreciated the communication I received while my car was with them. Scott, my service writer, was fantastic he was nothing but respectful and professional. While I hope I dont need to bring my car back, its great to know theres a trustworthy place nearby to take it for service.

The staff was friendly and professional. They communicated with me prior to and during the service to keep me updated on the progress and expected completion time.... and they finished very close to the time I had been quoted despite this being a very invasive service. When I picked up the car afterwards it was just as neat and clean as I had left it....but with lots of new parts so that it can run for another 100,000 miles!

From the first guy that greeted me until I drove out the garage door, these guys were helpful and patient with me. They explained things fully and even gave me some tips on how to reset my tire sensor system, which was completely unrelated to why I came in. I just mentioned it as I was leaving and the serviceman took extra time to teach me. Thanks guys!!

To whom it may concern, I have personal had service here a few times. Mainly do to I only try to have service done by a HONDA dealership to avoid unprofessional repair mechanics as much as possible.The most recent was dealing with an issue of a shaking engine... Which took sometime to find the cause of the issue, cause it would come and go. Which is hard to pinpoint.But the service personnel Jay I worked with. Was due diligent, helpful and will try to reason with reasonable people.Overall well service and professional.I would have no issues going back for my Honda vehicle service needs.

2nd time bringing my civic to this location, I believe I have dealt with Scott both times and in my experiences he has been very helpful and professional, Can’t personally speak for the rest of the place but my 2 experiences in the service department have been good experiences. Yeah a bit on the pricer side. But the first time I was there they did have to work on my car and again my experience but you get what you pay for, the work was done right so in my opinion yeah its pricey but its done right and effective.

I was there for 10 minutes standing in the service area and no one ever greeted me or said I’ll be with you. Nobody was on the phone or with customers. I finally asked if this was where I check in and a guy responded someone will be with you in a few. I completely understand being busy but just an acknowledgment would be helpful in the future.

As of this writing, this has been the best service department Ive ever dealt with. Up front, helpful, considerate and not pressing for work that may not be needed.We have a 2011 Honda Accord with right at 155,000 on it. Expect to get another 150,000.Id highly recommend this service dept.

I bought a vehicle battery with a 100 month warranty from another Honda dealer. When I brought my vehicle in (due to the battery not holding a charge) they took care and tested it right away. Found out the battery had a bad cell and they got right to replacing it. The battery was under warranty so I only hade to pay for a pro rated amount. We are very happy with all 3 of our Honda vehicles and the service we receive at the dealer.

So, the Service staff (Autumn and Ryan) is awesome!Honda warranties are terrible! We had a 100 month battery (thats 8.3 yrs for math challenged folks) that had a bad cell in it after not even years. What the WARRANTY DOESNT tell you is... 3 years full warranty. 46 months, 50% cost, so a new battery and labor with new warranty - $182.00!!! Dont do it. Go to Advanced Auto Parts. Ridiculous.Oh, and to Jason (Salesman) in the Showroom, your Service Dept. doesnt open until 8 am, not 7:30 am. Thanks for having me stand outside for 30 min this morning...

Woof. That was rough. To start, nobody was ever directly rude or mean or anything like that. But we werent exactly happy when we finally got our vehicle. The vehicle seems great so far. But more than anything, we were just exhausted, and glad that it was finally over with.My two biggest complaints are the lack of respect, and the upselling. We were so sick of the upselling techniques. It was pretty clear that the sale was more important than our needs. It was very important to them to cater to our needs, but only within their narrow boundaries (such as financing through the dealership).Overall, just not a good experience. They seem to have given us a good vehicle, and they never let down their friendly attitude. But we just felt abused somehow. Thats how my friend put it, and it seems to fit the bill.

Neil Huffman Honda Service Center is the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Jay Howerton runs an amazing department. He will go above and beyond to take care of customers. He treated me so kindly and talked me through every step of the process, getting me the best price, responding to my calls and emails. DAndrea is an amazing asset to their team, too. As a young woman, its comforting to meet with a woman working at the mechanic, where Ive often felt talked down to, belittled or taken advantage of by condescending men. DAndrea, and Richard, in the service center were approachable and kind. They explained everything and even though I have a Ford and not a Honda, I will always drive to Indiana to have my car taken care of here.

Absolutely top notch. I called them to set up an appointment for the recalls on myairbags, even though my driver side airbag had deployed. While that was an extremely unusual situation, they were nothing but professional, polite, and helpful the entire time. Each time I brought it in they got to it quickly, and I never waited more than an hour, including the time they were working on it. Best of all, even though the airbag had deployed like I said, I only paid $79 for diagnostics, and they got Honda to sign off on the rest of it!Im also at specially like to give a shout out to and recommend Adam Burton, who was my service advisor. Hes extremely polite and prompt, he kept me informed, and was available at any time.Great folks here, and they have a great representative in Adam.

Crooked Service department. Cross threaded my friends lugnut, didnt fix it, then quoted her to fix it. The last time the wheel was off was a month ago and was hand tighten and torqued.3 calls were made Friday, March 6th, 2020 and one message was left asking for a manager to return their call.

I had a unique situation where water was getting into my crv. After doing their best to fix it, the guys here stood behind their work when it started leaking again. The tech Isaiah was extremely thorough, and once we figured out that this was going to be a job only a collision center could fix, service manager Jay Howerton gave me his personal phone number and stuck with me through the entire process as I dealt with my insurance company to reopen a claim so that I wouldn’t be out any money to get my issue permanently fixed by their collision center. It was a shame that Jeff Wyler’s collision center didn’t fix my crv correctly the first time, but I’m beyond grateful that the service guys at Huffman helped me get through an irritating situation. Isaiah and Jay are classy, respectful guys and they even gave me a free oil change for my trouble.
