Poor customer service. Attempted to pick up a few yards of mulch...left without any mulch. There was an operator but he wasnt interested in selling any mulch. We found Agro at Ross, Ohio. The mulch is higher quality with outstanding customer service.

If youre thinking of ordering mulch from this company, DONT. Their mulch delivery is from Hendels Tree Care and Landscaping. Do a search on that company and see how poorly rated it is.I ordered their black forest mulch. In one word: garbage. It had large chunks of wood and rocks in it. It seems they die the mulch just before delivery. That die gets on and stains everything. Dont let it touch your concrete! Price wasnt good either. Avoid!
Just called to ask a question about dumping old mulch and shrub trimmings. The woman who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me.
