Great place to do business with! Friendly Knowledgeable and Fair Prices! I always follow there detailed planting instructions and have zero problems! If you dont plant and water properly its on you not them!

Be sure to ask them if they will refund you the price of any shrub, if they are not able to provide you with the same shrub to replace it, should it die within a year. They gave me a REALLY hard time. They eventually refunded me the cost of the plant, but ONLY the cost of the plant...not the sales tax. They are very difficult to do business with & do not want to honor their so called warranty.

Staff is always courteous and professional, willing to assist you with any problem you may have. I showed up after closing hours and they were still willing and happy to stay and help me with what I needed. I have been shopping from them for years and have never had a single complaint about a plant, bush, tree or any of the employees alot of which have been there for years.

The staff and owner are not just helpful but extremely knowledgeable. Will order anything for you. Go that extra mile ...if they dont know they research it. Here is where you will get that extra special plant. Quality is excellent, prices equivalent. May have to look alittle for the driveway but worth the trip.

We have done business with Holscher Hackman for 24 yrs and have always found them very friendly.Their advice has always been extremely helpful and readily given. Their wide assortment of plants is beautiful. My husband and I enjoy just walking around their grounds.

Called ask a simple landscape question about how many bags of mulch I would need. Couldnt bother to takw the time to figure this out. I am aware you can Google mulch calculator and figure this out quickly. However, i was driving it could not access my phone beyond blue tooth. Made call to other businesses and they had no trouble helping. $1300 in lost sales to you.

I love this place. It has one of the nicest layout and the healthiest plant selection I have seen, and I have seen them all. I work for a government agency that purchases lots of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals; and this place has some of the healthiest and fair priced trees and shrubs that i have seen. They were the only nursery in all of Cincinnati that carried the awesome tree Leyland Cypress Gold Rider.
