Called them for a fireplace repair, they came in about $400 less than the competition and they supplied all factory parts! The guy that did the work was above and beyond. They did great work and real customer service! Couldnt be happier with their people and the work they did. They will be my go to from now on.

Staff was very helpful in determining the best product for our project. Prices were a little higher then some of the chain stores. However, they really get you on the delivery charge. It was $135 to go 8 blocks

Better pack a lunch when going here to pick up or drop off something because you will be there a while. Workers are slow AF and barely speak English

Reading Rock is the Go-To place for building materials for commercial or residential applications. I have personally added their product to our landscape beds and it makes such a difference. Our landscaping company, Comfort Zones Landscaping, LLC used Reading Rock for our Paver walkway and patio. The landscaper felt there was problem with the color of the bricks in the patio. Reading Rock picked up the bricks and brought new pallets early the next morning. Very impressed with their quick response and the Pavers look great!

Salesmen are nice and knowledgeable, but you spend an extra 50% just walking in the door. To be specific, I priced El Dorado stone. They (RR) wanted 15$+ per sqft. AND they were going to make me pay extra for shipping!Stoneyard I bought from in Maryland had it for 10$+ per sqft. I saved 30% overall even after having it shipped here from Maryland.

Very good products and customer service

3 hour wait to haul 2 skids of rock to far for to cheap....I will never haul out of there again. Cant afford to, but on a side note all employees were very friendly.... They also confided that their trucks always get loaded first and that top dogs couldnt care less about outside carriers.... This will eventually become a problem for you if enough carriers like myself review your habits
