Just had my boulders delivered from Semco Outdoor. So very Happy with them. Tim did an awesome job placing them. Attached pictures, but Im not a very good photographer.

Stones that were delivered for our flagstone patio were beautiful. Unfortunately they sold us the wrong kind of polymeric sand and it never set it. We did everything we were supposed to as far as a base was concerned but it’s not set. I called to see if they would make it right and all they would do was sell us the correct sand again. Since I already spent a ton of money I was not going to give them a dime more. They will not get my business again!!

We visited Semco Outdoor for the first time and it was a terrific experience! Chelsea was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She showed us a variety of products and answered all of our questions. Now we need to make the decision on stone and place our order.

The place is nice, and easy. I was there with a friend who was getting stones. There was a large Spider plant in the lobby. When I mentioned it, the nice young Lady offered me a clipping. Another associate actually cut it for me. Wonderful Staff!

Wonderful staff. A few weeks ago I was out searching for an activity to do for my job. I work with dementia residents and thought maybe some stone painting would be neat. I only needed about 6 small stones so I stopped by Semco, spoke with a gentleman by the name of Phillip and explained what I needed and he was nothing but helpful. He was nice enough to donate me the 6 stones I was looking for. The residents loved decorating them. Definitely will be recommending this place.

Came out to fix a problem with work they did earlier. When they did this they damaged the door underneath and are refusing to take responsibility for taking care of it. It was a new door. Not now. Can’t understand this business model.

Semco provided 12,000 pounds of Tennessee Untumbled River Edging to line a 300 foot nature trail for my sons Boy Scout Eagle Project. They provided him a large discount and also went beyond when his original order was not able to be obtained timely due to COVID. They increased his discount and provided us with a more expensive stone to make sure delivery occurred on his working day. Top quality organization and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you Semco!

This place has the best selection of rocks from all over the world. You might say this place rocks! Theyll even bring there rocks to your house(for a small fee). They have little rocks to great big ole rocks that just need a home. So you should check this place out and see if you can find a home for some rocks.

We had been shopping around at many places in the area trying to find the right stone for our new patio when I found Semco. I was impressed with how much of so many different materials that they carry and how nicely it is displayed inside and outside. We worked with Phillip and he was patient and knowledgeable as he walked us around to all the different products that we asked questions about. Then he followed through to make sure that we were happy with the products and delivery. We will definitely be back!

What a place! My goodness! Such a selection! Brain overload but thats a good thing. More selections means more ideas to play around with and get what youre looking for which can be had here! We found the gravel we want to use for some simple pathways around the exterior of the house, as well as ideas to further our desire to turn theres backyard into an Oasis of relaxation, pleasure, nature, and fun.

I’ve called twice. Each time I’m immediately put on hold before I can say a word. Then you wait...This place might be fantastic, but the way they address incoming calls leaves a lot to be desired. Invest in someone to actually converse with potential new customers.

I went to a competitor and had one choice of rock. I did however like the rock, but was not impressed by how rude they were. I then went to Semco, and the selection was second to none. This however was not the reason I chose to buy from them, Chelsea at the front desk was fantastic! Very kind, courtesy and patient with an ignorant DIY landscaper like myself. She was able to meet my delivery needs and overall the experience was great. I highly recommend going to Semco as I will not be going anywhere else in the future.

Great variety of stone in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes

Decent service. I thought prices were high. Black mulch $55 a yard plus $75 delivery.Same stuff as Ohio Mulch has for $35 a yard and $75 delivery. Gravel prices seemed more comparable to the competition. Great selection though.

Tons of landscape materials and the inside staff is great.

Horrible experience. Good selection terrible service. Be weary of places with the motto of installation equals acceptance. Update nice try, however we used you as the contractor for the installation. I dont think you want me to disclose the details of how you guys not the contractor messed up.

No pricing on 90% of stuff in their inventory. They want you to ask a salesman for the price on each item. Don’t waste a trip.

Great looking place they’ve got great product but there waaaaaaaay waaaaaaaay waaaaay overpriced I was looking for rock and they wanted to charge me almost 4 grand for what I selected I found the same exact rock somewhere else for a fourth of the price,a thousand. The place looks amazing but I guess it would if ur making than much profit off your customers.

My husband and I went to Semco Outdoor-Cincinnati store and the lack of their customer service was terrible. This was our 1st visit and the last. The boy that we were trying to ask questions was so far removed from wanting to hold a conversation about their products with us. He never looked up as us to acknowledge us.When did customer service become this bad? This is clearly not a place you want to shop at.

Customer service is lacking. The lady was nice but when she had to ask some man about a question we had he was short and didnt make eye contact with her or us. He seemed very flippant.

This is one of our premier vendors. The staff is incredible, they stock a tremendous variety of stone and hardscape supplies, and their facility is a client development reps dream. We find inspiration every time we’re at their facility. A true gem for our region.

Huge and organized array of materials. Good place to get bulk sand, gravel, and dirt too. Very kind and helpful staff. I hope it is always as well run as it is now.

I didnt know where to begin buying rock for around our newly installed pool. Jeff was a great help. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. There was a small error in the shipment - he and Lori made it right. I highly recommend Semco, their products, their knowledge, desire to serve and business practices. I will continue to be a customer (we have many more things to buy) and will refer my friends to Semco. Thank-you!

Not very helpful. Lady behind the counter basically told me to go out to the yard and look around for what I needed. Two people at the counter, Im the only customer and one couldnt show me where things are?

Not a very friendly place to visit, the employees seem very lazy and really dont care to help you. I wish they had better customer service because it is a neat place.

Has one of the greatest selections that I have ever seen for outdoor decor such as pavers different types of stone more different types of stone and you could even imagine that is a plus the negative side of that is if you are looking for just an odd number of such pavers that can range from anywhere from a couple dollars all the way up to nearly $75 a piece you can only buy them by the pallet which is literally usually enough to build an extremely large patio with and in my case I was just replacing some stepping stones that were put in improperly and I only lie needed about a dozen of them and because there was no partial skid I had to cut corners and get a different type of paver stone which even though it was cheaper for that particular type of stone my customer was not very pleased they wanted the very best. so if I had any recommendations it would be to start selling these papers individually or at least in sets of 5or really even like maybe 3 because some of these pavers in my case the ones I was trying to get were $55 a piece

This place has everything you could ever want for your Landscaping needs on Wednesdays and Fridays they have hot dogs and chili always have free Refreshments coffee cookies and muffins, service is Top Notch, very friendly staff and their prices are unbeatable No Lie, all in all its an awesome place to get your landscaping material and love when I get sent to go here to pick up some material for my work just makes my day

Not very helpful clerk kept looking at the clock to get off work. I will go somewhere else. We saw a sample in the store but she would not help . Aldo you demand face mask on before entering . Workers and other customers did not have them on. No enforcement.

What gives with a web site that doesnt have any prices for the products they sell? Per the web sites instructions, I emailed them (using the websites form) TWICE, asking for the price for 1 product. I never received a reply. When I went to the Cincinnati area store, the 3 customer service people were having a conversation with a landscape contractor. God Forbid one of the 3 couldve broken away or even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Once I selected the product (the person who finally condescended to help me was very knowledgeable), the person at the counter couldnt figure out what price I should be charged. I get that there may be different pricing levels for quantities and contractors vs the general public, but it was almost funny for them to finally determine the retail price. This isnt rocket science people!
