Called several times for snow removal. Each time was told to call back in an hour and he would see about getting someone out. On the 3rd call, he told how busy they had been and that frankly he was tired. Said he would call back but never did. I was trying to hire him for a service, not asking him to do it for free.

Roger went above and beyond in searching for Canadian Hemlocks trees to replace 9 Large White Pines that were obliterated by the storms 3 weeks ago. He got the job done quickly and at a fair price.

I was told all of my rental properties would be plowed and iced. Now my tenants are saying none of the properties have been cleared. When I call, it goes straight to voicemail, so I cant ask about the service. Do not use Groundtakers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars I would. I called to buy some firewood and was spoken to in a condescending tone. Online it said the business was open but when I got there no one was there. After ending the extremely rude conversation, the owner CALLED BACK to harrass and berate me. This business needs a class in customer service.

Met with Roger on Saturday, bid by Sunday, work completed by Tuesday evening and landscaping looks fantastic!
