It was ok young folk are running the inside today. The kids that ordered icecream cones did not eat their entire icecreams threw it away after a few licks..not sure why. Normally its loaded with people here it was fairly busy when I arrived. The footlong was odd colored. Barely had onion or chilli or mustard but had lots of cheese. I did the same as those kids and trashed it.. Slushy was ok not much of a blueberry taste..i might givem another shot. Then maybe not. Not too friendly for a goodyshop

I used to love the goody shop but after the other day never again!!! I ordered a soft pretzel and they let this go through the window! DISGUSTING. I don’t care if it’s an ice cream place this is UNACCEPTABLE! After going back to request a refund I was very upset with how I was treated at the window. I asked to speak with a manager (which her name is Sue) and a girl named Jaiden at the window was like I am right here with the biggest attitude so we proceeded to tell her that she served us a moldy pretzel which she had nothing to say about. Someone in the back of their store yells no it’s not there lying which if you can see from the picture why would I lie. She did give me a full refund but Again go there at your own risk but after this I am GOOD..

On two separate occasions this operating season I ordered a brownie sundae & both occasions I received a dollop of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream, I will never pay $5 again to receive such small portions. I never had that problem in the past 15 years of coming here. Will definitely not be returning after seeing the review with the moldy pretzel. Yuck!

Got to take my son here while we waited on his dad to finsh up his soft ball game up the street. Not only was i the best mom ever for ice cream but i got to be the coolest one as well because ice cream was dinner!!!! Haha dont worry i made him take two bites of a cheese coney and a couple chips before that. So yeah if i can say one of my best memories with just me and my son Id have to say this one. As well they were super polite fast and nice. Plus Im pretty sure he kept looking at the young lady working cause he couldnt stop smiling. If it wasnt that then it was all the different ice cream and things he saw them making and i think i saw him actually drool a little haha. Thanks goody shop i come every year cant wait for yal to open again!!!.

I do not normally write reviews however felt compelled to do so after your staff mocked me in the drive thru lane. I was not complaining, my conversation was pleasant with the girl at the window and it was just uncalled for. I understand they are teenagers but some retraining in customer service is definitely needed. In addition you may want to consider using different cups when serving ice cream “to go”. We asked for cups and got little sundae cups that melted all over by the time we got home.

It was good. Drive thru only right now, the traffic flow was very well marked. Its been years since I have been here. Dont do dairy bars / ice cream stands very often actually, but, its the first day of Spring! I think the portions at the Mt. Healthy Dairy Bar just down the road for the same money.

Could not order from window. Had to drive around and order. Nobody was in line. At least 6 cars left after they found out they couldnt order from window. Girl said it was easier on staff. How long are you going to be in business if your customers leave?

I love this place! They have great ice cream and excellent service at great prices. They open earlier in the year and stay open longer than any other soft serve place Ive been to. I went today and they are drive-thru only for safety. The employees were quick, friendly, and wearing masks correctly. Thanks for great service!

We just went to the Goodie Shop for some ice cream. We literally pulled into the lot at 7:57 pm. There was also another vehicle that pulled in just in front of us at the same time. We seen an employee/manager starting to pull the chains over to lock down the parking lot. By this time it was maybe 8:03. She went to the car in front of us and told them that the car in front of them was their last car. They had taped a sign to their back window stating that was the last car, which you couldn’t see if you are a few cars back. The lady then came to our car and said that the white car was the last one for the night. We didn’t, but what if I would have had kids in my car and they were told no they couldn’t have any ice cream because they didn’t want to wait on any more cars? What they need to do is lock all the areas but one and on the last one, someone stand there to let the customers that are in line out. That way no one else can come in after 8 pm. Also it does say on your website that you are open till 9 pm not 8. You really need to rethink how you close up your lot when you still have people in line.

I’ve been here before many times and never had any problems. I did tell the girl twice what I had wanted because the first time she put it in wrong so we fixed it. I get my ice cream and it’s still wrong. I’m highly disappointed! I walked up to the window also so there’s no reason they should have gotten my order wrong. 🥴

They are only offering vanilla and chocolate ice cream for the rest of the season. You can still do all the toppings and such but the ice cream flavors are down to these 2. Limited hours 2p-8p

Love the goody shop. Have so much variety in there sweets and have other food as well. Like Cincinnati chili, hotdogs etc... such a great place. The people are nice and they just all around care about what they are doing. They handle being busy very well.

Wonderful spot, a favorite since I was young. Even during some of the most stressful times in our lifetime, the employees are clearly doing their best to manage overwhelming circumstances. I even saw an employee step out to direct traffic flow in the very cluttered parking lot to ensure no ine was locked in. And of course the long drive-thru line in itself is a damn good indicator of how good their treats are. Hope everyone there stays safe.

Hands down The best ice cream shop around here. I love their banana ice cream soft serve. It a little pricey but well worth the money and wait.. it gets packed on week nights but that banana ice cream makes the wait worth it. Fresh cones too.

And I try calling up there to complain about the older women who was in the window with short hair and I ask if the manager was there and she said she was the manager so I told her about the lady so she told me to hold on and I think she put the rude lady on the phone so I hung up I feel that this place is racis something need to be done

Great little place.

I used to go there a lot. Im diabetic and they had good sugar free. Then their machine was broke down for a couple of years and 2 years ago they quit having sugar free. Havent been since. If Im going to have regular ice cream Ill go to the Mt Healthy dairy bar where you get more and its cheaper.

Used to love the place but now its just a hangout spot for the staff and their teenage friends it seems. Hard to get good customer service when the attention of the cashiers is on their friends and playing around.

Childhood memories. The Goody Shop is hands down one of the best ice cream shops in town. Friendly staff, delicious ice cream AND food, to well reasonably priced! Next time its hot and youre looking for a cool down or just some sweets, The Goody Shop is your place!

I think new owners, the soft serve still good. The drive through menu pretty rough but functional. A lot of parking and great covered porch to sit and enjoy out of the sun.

My second favorite place in all of Mt Healthy! What I love about them is they can add all sorts of flavors to your soft serve for a small upcharge. Variety is the spice of life!

As a guy that likes Ice Cream, this is one of my favorite spots.They have tons of flavors, flurries, milkshakes, banana splits and more. They also serve hot dogs as well for an affordable lunch.All in all, I love this spot.

Goody shop is the best place to go in this area for an ice cream shop experience. Large lot and area to hang around in while enjoying ice cream, picnic tables under an overhang and in open areas. Large list of items and the girls there working the counter are always friendly.

I didnt order because of the dirtiness of the eating area and the smell of dog poop, so I left. I had been there before in the past and really enjoyed their icecream, but now I cant get passed the lack of cleanliness. FYI- this happened in September 2018.

The food was absolutely delicious ! we had the walking taco and the all beef hot dog and they were delicious. We also had a turtle sundae and a regular Sunday and they were absolutely and utterly to die for!!!!!!!!!!The only thing better was the service! The girls that work there are so sweet!!!!!!!!!

Love the staff. We bring our kids here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Only thing that needs work is the drive thru getting backed up on the road but really there isnt alot you can do when everyone wants to go there. Keep up the great work guys youre all amazing

I love going to the Goody Shop; the nuts on their turtle sundae are always amazingly fresh. I also love that I can get the blue smurf ice cream that reminds me of my childhood at Kings Island!

It’s alright. Mt Healthy dairy bar is better- but I come here sometimes when I don’t have cash. If you have cash go to mt healthy dairy bar! If not, well this will do.

Would have gave five starts but my husband had to wait for along time to get his stuff two families after got their stuff before him. When he got his we were ready to go. Normally I dont have a problem with the goody shop. Been going since I was five I think if not younger.

This place is great for summer nights. It has that old, vintage, 70s, feeling. Strawberry icecream shakes are the best. This has a late afternoon crowd, so its best to be there a bit early. Also has a nice open area so one can sit and lay with a dog and enjoy an icecream, but to be with others as well.

Love this place, we go to them all the time and they are always nice to us and make sure everything is correct. We call in our order since we are a place of business and always have large orders-they get it right and never have a problem fixing any mistakes!

They must be hiring people not from the bottom of the barrel, but from under the barrel. Stopped in around 830pm on 4/18 and encountered on of the most unprofessional and rudest people I have dealt with in years. She was running the front window and told me to call ahead next time I want to place a large order We had 4 people in our party....4!! I ordered nacho/cheese/jalapeno peppers. There were 6 small peppers on my nachos and when I asked for more she said thats $.80 Since I paid my order with my CC card, I handed it to her to pay for the extra peppers. She then says Im not ringing up $.80 on a card. I said well I dont have any cash on me so you have no choice. She then went a got a small container with peppers and slid it across the window seal and then took a business card and tossed it on the window seal and said like I said before, call ahead next time. We spent $28 dollars there and thats how they treat customers????? Well, there are WAY too many ice cream parlors within a few miles to put up with that kind of service. I will also let all my friends and family know of this issue with the so called Goody Shop.
