This makes the shop extremely accessible, near other spots like the movie theater and many restaurants and easy to find.QUALITY 5/5As before-mentioned, the portions are generous. My son got the regular mangonada he loved it, coming from a picky eater. I added pineapple to the mango sorbet and it was amazingly delicious, will definitely return for more sweets! Customer service was amazing as well, the gals were friendly patient with my on going questions! Keep it up!

Theres only 2 people working here. Imagine that, the line is so big it is actually out the door. Their products are good though. Really crowded and hot inside.

Loved the authentic ice cream flavor🍧🍨🧁 with fruits loaded. The freshness and taste is amazing and is consistant atleast for the past four years that I have been eating here. The straw with spice and tangy tamrind flavor is a very nice touch. I would definitly recommend trying this place atleast once for the taste.

Definitely one of my new favorite places to get ice cream in Cincinnati! This place has incredible Latin American ice creams, personally my favorite is the mangonada. Additionally, they have a very nice section of juices and other tasty treats available. Give this place a shot if youre ever looking for some delicious ice cream with flair

I think this is the best Ice cream Ive ever had. Im sorry I never noticed this place before, but I will be sharing it with friends. My wife had a mango chili cocktail, I just had the pistachio which was out of this world.

Loved the flavors. I would have given a higher rating if they would slow down and strain the fruit flavors that have seeds before freezing the ice cream and sherbet. Its annoying to have to keep removing hard particles from my mouth.

My dad went to get drinks on his birthday and was sad when he came back because on of the people working their was mean to him he tried to order it how wanted it but in the end he got the wrong drink it was wayyyy Spicer than usual s ok he couldnt enjoy it.

My favorite place now . I feel in love right when I walked in service is sweet, welcoming, generous and tasteful and colorful

Is a good place, first time there, I really need to go back and try different ice cream flavors, service was good, only thing there is not AC in the store maybe was broken it was so hot inside not only for the costumers but for the workers and wearing face mask they were sweating..

Very yummy homemade icecream!! This is a Spanish speaking establishment. But they were super nice to me and spoke English to me. Highly recommend giving them a try!!

This place was great. I got one of there popsicles and I dont think Ive ever had a better one. I was just somewhat confused when walking in as I wasnt sure exactly where to go to order. Otherwise it was great. Fair warning the staff is native Spanish speaking and much of the menu has very limited English on it. The staff did attempt to be accommodating and got us where we wanted to be.

Randomly came across this place and was amazed! Fresh fruit smoothies with exotic imported fruits, incredible sweets, huge variety of candies and other small treats, and a vast array of ice creams/popsicles in the freezers. Great place to take kids, and something for any kind of sweet tooth.

This place has some good ice creams if you know what you are ordering plus other desserts

I ordered a cake for my husband.worst ever.no experience in decoration.the flavor of the cake was not good either. And i was charged $45 super small size.....apparently the owner has a book full of choices for cakes that he doesnt even have to offer..they lie so much.not recommendable.

I asked for a cake from their catalog and they gave me one nothing to do with the photo or the size that I ordered apart the price that I paid more than 200 dollars the supposed cake for 90 people did not reach me even for 50, the taste or presentation was worth that money. HE IS VERY DESPECTED

I had to give a low mark this time.We ordered a tres leches cake for our sister and we were told that it cannot be delivered until after 8pm. And my other sister (we already have 3 YEARS buying enough cakes from here) offered some extra money to do it a little earlier.We reached an agreement.Then he called me by phone and asked for a deposit of half .. (the money for the cake AND THE EXTRA was SAFE !!!) We have bought like 150 cakes in 3 years from here ..But this time .... we decided to go elsewhere.Also ... the cake that we ordered previously ... they lost the order even though I asked for it by text and they sent me a text to tell me that I had to call to make the order ... and I even returned the photo I wanted on the cake. .We had to leave it paid and GO BACK to pick it up (its like 40 minutes from home).Wed better use another bakery in the future

Order a tres leches cake for my birthday. Let me tell you this cake is boxed, it is very dry. When I entered they had my cake open and not in the refrigerator. And to cost 40 dollars x a box cake and very dry it is horrible. I am going to stay with the Mexican bakery always for my cakes I do not think I will return to the michoacana
