The ice cream is good. The service not so good. It was 10 minutes before anyone even said hi to us.

This place has the worst service of any Baskin-Robbins Its a family-owned foreign business with zero regard for their customers.

Only give one star because I had to give something to post my review. They absolutely NEVER have anything besides cookies n cream. I ask for the surprise party ice cream and they said we don’t got that today and named off 3 ice creams flavors that I could order! They never ever have bananas for a banana split either!

The customer service was good in terms of the team members being nice. The ice cream was great as usual but I took a star because they left A LOT of room in the hand-packed quarts that I ordered.

Worst Bask in Robbins I have ever been too. I keep going hoping that its a glitch. NO JOKE : This place actually runs out of flavors. I have been there when they had no chocolate ice cream. I have been there when they have no hot fudge NOR chocolate ice cream. This happens often. Whoever heard of a baskin Robbins that runs out of ice cream. Seriously. How does this place stay in business.

We placed an online order for a birthday cake the 10 year-olds birthday party, and arranged to pick it up at the Clifton location. Upon arriving, there was no cake. (See picture - no cake)So I cannot recommend this location as being reliable. We took our business to Graeters instead.

Very bad customer service, i was there at Monday December 30 at 8 pm, the door signs is open I got inside I asked girl for ice cream she said we closed only drive through is open go there and I will take your orders, then I went over there and waiting for 10 minutes on windows she didn’t open and she didn’t take the order and I left and all people after me left. That’s horrible for business really.

When here on a summer Sunday afternoon and they had no cookies and cream, no vanilla And half of the ice cream case was empty. Employees were less than helpful. What ice cream was the case had ice crystals on it. Very disappointing experience overall.

Just tried to place an order for a Halloween theme cake, was rudely told that I can cauae they need 24 hrs..I needed it for tomorrow, tried to explain that their online services is down young lady explains thats not her problem. I ask to speak with tha manager was told shes not here and hung up on. I absolutely hate this location.

My boyfriend ordered me an ice cream cake from this location for my birthday this past weekend. While the ice cream cake tasted delicious, the birthday message on the top was sloppy and spelled incorrectly. He also told me about the rude cashier when he went to pick up the cake. There arent many options around us for ice cream cakes. but Ill probably drive to Kentucky to get one from Cold Stone the next time Im in the market for one.

Honestly this place just needs to shut down. They never have chocolate ice cream AND/OR their machines are down. Like is this not an ice cream shop as well? Please dont waste your time on this place.

Almost everytime I come to this Dunkin Donuts their espresso machine is out. Plus you cannot reverse your car to get out of line if anyone is behind you or go around since it is one lane. So you are either stuck ordering something you dont want or wait till all the cars in front of you get their orders.

STAFF WORKING AT THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH OF BASKIN ROBBINS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RUDE and PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They always seem to run out of the top selling flavors (Pistachio Almond which is WHY I go there and NEVER get any!)They dont serve these flavors despite of them being on the shelf - the reason being - THEY ARE TOO FROZEN. WE CANNOT SCOOP THEM RIGHT NOW.Clearly, THE STAFF - especially one old/drug abusive lady IS SO RUDE like she could nearly murder you for asking her for an ice-cream. SHE NEEDS HELP!

Baskin Robbins is known for 31 flavors of ice cream, yet cant let you know what all of the flavors are in their drive through. Makes sense

The person helping me, was rude, racist and nasty. She treated me with disrespect and she wiped her nose with her hand.

It supposedly closes at 9pm... we arrived at 8:30. When we drove into the parking lot, the guy who works here (wearing a Baskin Robbins shirt and hat) had already turned off all the lights, locked up and was walking to his car. He flipped us off and sat there smoking on the hood of his car talking and laughing with a McDonald’s employee from next door. Wow!

The ice cream still is good.

They never have anything!!! Its literally 102 degrees today and Im told that not only do they not have ice cream but their stove is down, machines are all down....then why are you open?!!!!

Just came to get a milkshake and they closed the dining room earlier, it was still 7:55pm when the business hours says closing at 8:00pm, I walked around to see if I could talk to someone and whoever was according the Manager was so rude, unprofessional, sarcastic on the microphone telling me they were short on staff and some liability of Dunkin Donuts plus She was just like Goodbye and saying that McDonalds serves coffee but I didnt want coffee so She replied they sell ice cream too, the question is: how you run a business with that nasty attitude, thats the customer service that you give to???

There always seems to be problems with the service and staff. Not sure what type of management runs this location.
