The coffee Gelato is gelatomazing! 🍦

The guy working at the Findlay Market location today was very rude and short with us. We were the only customers at the time, so it wasn’t due to being stressed or busy. My friend changed her mind and wanted a double instead of a single. He refused to give her a bigger cup because “he didn’t want to waste a cup” so she had a double in a small cup which ended up being a total mess. This was after he gave snarky, sarcastic answers to any questions we asked. He was such a jerk that I didn’t even bother getting anything.

Got the cold brew. It was good but they give you gelato lids making it very difficult to drink.

Fresh gelati and sorbetti is created every day in their kitchen with growth-hormone-free milk from Ohio and, whenever possible, produce from local farmers. Never any artificial flavorings or extracts. Michael, the owner, studied traditional gelato techniques with Italian pastry masters in New York City. He also attended Penn States legendary Ice Cream Short Course at the Berkey Creamery. Prepare to be in a treat.

I have had Dojo several times and it has always been great. They have unique flavors which makes the experience of eating gelato even more fun. I wish they would bring back the rose flavor! It was amazing.

I had coffee here. Actually I had latte it’s awesome, I loved their bean smell and latte. Price is little expensive. They do have variety of gelato too. Actually I’m not from cincy I’ll be visiting again when ever I’m back. Highly recommended.

Dojo Gelato at Findlay Market Biergarten. Life is Good. Update: You MUST get the melted chocolate theyre now serving with homemade marshmallow, they torch it before you then steam the melted chocolate drink; its the best non alcoholic and kid friendly Winter drink in town!!

Always changing seasonal flavors that are creative and unique. Portions may seem small but are the perfect amount.

The gelato here was delicious! I had the Vietnamese Coffee flavor and it was great. My sons had the strawberry, which tasted so good like fresh strawberries, and the Bees Knees. The Bees Knees is probably the best ice cream or gelato I have ever had in my life!

Today I made my first visit to Dojo! I love the atmosphere of Findlay Market, so that gets them off to a good start. I have to say I went in with high expectations...and that might be why I ended up being disappointed. I was told by friends and saw on their Facebook page that they usually have very unique flavors, but I guess I went in the wrong day.I sampled the Salted Caramel first - the flavor didnt have quite enough depth to pull off the sweetness. I sample the pumpkin and it was pretty nice. I sampled the Dark Chocolate and it was very yummy, but I didnt want to go with such an everyday flavor. When I asked what flavors were the most popular, I was the Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate and Coffee. So, I gave the coffee a try and it was by far the best! I ended up taking home a pint of Pumpkin and Coffee.Over all I was pretty pleased with the quality of the gelato, I just had different flavor expectations. Definitely worth a visit in case they switch up the flavors soon.

If you order 4 single scoops itll cost $16, but if you get a triple and a single scoop its $10.50. ice cream tastes good but pricing is not family friendly, why couldnt they charge me for the triple and the single instead of 4 singles? for the cup?! am I missing something?
