Nice staff, friendly service, good ice cream, dough and coffee. They do have some Halloween stuff up my ASD girl couldnt handle but my 8 yr old shrugged it off. We got ice cream and coffee for four and it was ridiculously inexpensive. Will be back.

Lovely place with some really tasty ice cream and cookie dough. I tried the Affogato and I loved it. One should also try their side by side options, which is ice cream with cookie dough.Parking could be a problem in this area, theres a lot right next to the parlor but youll have to pay $6(0-2 hours) which I think is ridiculous.

The side by side was great. Surrounding neighborhood was nice, and I felt safe. I LOVEEE the interior. It felt millennial and contemporary.

Delicious! I tried the cookie dough Sunday and it was fantastic. The cookie dough is made fresh right in the shop and It tastes WAY better than All the other cookie dough shops I’ve had. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pricing was extremely fair, it actually surprised me how affordable it was. As of January 2021 it is still takeout only.

From the time we walked in the door we knew this was going to be a great experience. A young man explained the menu from beginning to end & made some suggestions. We got the edible cookie dough & ice cream side by side. Absolutely delicious!! Would recommend to anyone 10/10 will definitely be back. Quick, friendly, responsibly priced. Also, very neat area of Cincinnati & a lot of character on the inside.

I got my ice cream and cookie dough delivered, and upon arrival I saw the employees at Pendleton Parlor had written a cute message on the cup carrier saying to order again soon and have a nice day. That sweet message put a smile on my face and I knew immediately it was going to be great, which it was! The amount of ice cream and cookie dough they give you is really big for the price, and everything tasted amazing. Ill definitively get it again, and next time Ill brave the heat to go in person!

Stopped by last weekend while visiting Cinci. We ordered a large peanut butter shake and a large cookies and cream shake. Im a peanut butter lover and Ive had a hard time finding a good Ole pb shake in the area I live so I was overly excited to walk right up and order one. The shakes had a perfect amount of thickness and flavor. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions from the menu. We didnt try the cookie dough, though it was very tempting. Its a nice little parlor that had some cool decor to look at while we waited. Well be back next time we visit!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while so I’m pleased that I got to go, finally. Honestly, the cookie dough is really good. I thought the ice cream was going to be like hand scooped but they just take a singular flavor ice cream and mix in the other topping. For example, I got cookie and cream ice cream. So they take vanilla ice creams and mix in Oreos. Totally fine by me because the lady put in big chunks of Oreo.The Oreo cheesecake cookie dough is amazing. The lady gave us a sample scoop on top of our order and it was so good. Idk how they make it but it was only limited edition so I’m sad to see it go.It was a quick service, no line when we were there, and mask are mandatory so don’t be shook because it says it on the door. There are a lot of options to choose from on the menu besides ice cream and cookie dough too. I am definitely returning to this place before I move.

For those wondering, this is soft serve! I love ice cream in all forms, but I want you to be aware that this is a soft serve place. I got an awesome peanut butter/cookies and cream double scoop and it was amazing!!!! They blended it up like a blizzard and the smooth, creamy ice cream was a great way to finish a night. The place had a cool old school vibe too. Definitely give it a try!

Finally tried this place for the first time and it was a great visit. They have a fun menu with some great options. Their soft serve ice cream was great, and it is nice to know we have a good place to grab some quality soft serve downtown. The cookie dough was quite good as well. They also have some good looking shakes and other creative items. Definitely give this place a try!

Incredible. I wasn’t familiar with Pendleton Parlor before we stumbled across this while in town visiting the Museum Center. What a concept! The five of us got five different combinations and they were all perfect. I feel like it was a great value while being delicious and plenty to consume. I give this place a hearty recommendation. Go there on a date or take the whole family. You’ll be a hero either way.

This is my FAVORITE ice cream place to go with friends! The side by side ice cream and cookie dough is the most amazing dessert I have ever had and I cannot emphasize enough how much I LOVE it. I do wish they had a small size because the one size they offer is kind of big (but it is so good I am not complaining). You seriously need to try this place if you have never had it!!

This friendly neighborhood ice cream parlor is cute and charming and their menu of coffees and ice cream has something for everyone. My go-to is the Nutella peanut butter shake (GF) and there are many gluten free options here. They have both scoop and soft serve and I like the soft serve (creamy, not grainy) so almost always get a shake or sundae with that. This is a great place to go after a long walk downtown when you’re ready for a treat.

Much appreciated how the cookie dough was placed on the side and not mixed into the ice cream. These people know what their doing right here.

After having dinner down the street at Lucius Q, my friend strongly suggested that we come here for a bite of dessert. I’ve been meaning to check this place out for a while now and I’m glad it finally happened!I’m not up for straight up scoops of cookie dough, but what my friend suggested, the flurry, sounded perfect for me! So I built my own! I wanted to try their seasonal Oreo cheesecake cookie batter, but apparently they were out. So my second choice was birthday cookies. The woman working there said she liked them slightly better than the regular sugar cookies because it was the same recipe but the birthday cookies had actual cake mix in it. Sounds Yum! Anyway, so I got a flurry with birthday cookies, Reese’s cups and peanut butter sauce with swirl ice cream. It was delicious! I would happily return to make another of the exact same thing.Just a heads up that the flurries only come in one size and it’s decently large. It looked to be the perfect size to me. I would happily eat one on my own and not share. Not too small and not too big.

Man, I love this place! So many fun combinations of things to try. I’ve always had a great experience stopping in, and today had an equally awesome experience ordering for delivery.

Ive only been here once but I have to go back. So yummy eating cookie dough, and the ice cream is delish too. Its a cute little space with seating for smaller groups, but its down town so more of a grab and go to a park. Plus youll have less guilt burning calories while you eat all the goodness. I went with friends after brunch and we split a scoop and still had some left over. So you dont need a lot for the satisfaction.

Ordered a shake with Uber eats. When it arrived it had no straw?!? Seriously how am I supposed to drink a shake with no straw? Call the store and the girl who answered was completely difficult about it. We don’t send utensils she says it’s not our fault. Wow What a clueless and unpleasant person. Who talks to customers like that? Who doesn’t send a straw with a milkshake?!?!? You have some idiots with bad attitudes working there.

Loved this place! It was a long walk from The Banks, but is only a couple blocks away from street car. Right in middle of resurgent OTR this gem is making amazing ice cream treats!Also setting this place in 5 star territory is the service. The young lady working there was amazing, making us first timers feel more than welcome!

Definitely my new favorite ice cream shop in Cincinnati. They keep it simple by offering vanilla, chocolate or swirl, which are all extremely creams and delicious. You can add topping and other things to mix in. I would suggest the side by side where you get some ice cream and edible cookie dough. You cant go wrong with whatever you order.

I had a cookie dough sundae. Honestly the raw cookies were a bit too much on the bottom of the sundae but the hot fudge was great! The staff was super nice too. Its worth checking out. I only give it a 4 and not a 5 because the cookies were too intense for me. I also wish there were more options to sit in and enjoy my sweets with those I was with.

This place was amazing. I had the side by side with espresso ice cream and the brownie cookie dough, which was the the flavor of the month. It was delicious. The espresso ice cream was the best part. It wasn’t too sweet which I loved and had the best flavor. While the side by side was great. I would probably get just ice cream in the future because I had the worst sugar crash afterwards. Worth it though!

This place is the bees knees! We order it at least once a week at work because its soooo yummy we cant get enough! Tastes JUST like regular cookie dough. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could!

The Parlor is such a fun and beautiful spot in Pendleton! The Mocha Java Whip (a mix of ice cream + coffee) is my fave thing to get here. All the peeps on staff are super friendly and dope. Also, point your camera in any direction in here and itll look swell on the gram :)

I love this place. I have been waiting for it to open up since I first moved into the neighborhood in February. The flavors are great. The reason for 4 stars is that the portions are too small for what they charge. When you order the large and the ice cream is actually half an inch below the rim it’s a problem. I decided to order the small after that and even though it was above the rim, it was not enough. The guy next to me had the same size and his was much bigger. Consistency is the key here! And it should always be well above the rim! I will not be back unless I feel that I get some value for my money.

This place is super cute! Im a huge fan of all things cookie dough, so I was immediately game when my friend asked if I wanted to join her here. The staff was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations.We were there close to Halloween and we were digging the decorations at the time. The parlour has an old school feel to it, and the vintage candy machine in the back was a nice touch. On the flip side, the gigantic Bumblebee statue was new and yet equally cool.Because I couldnt decide what I wanted, I opted for a peanut butter milkshake to enjoy there and cake batter cookie dough with sprinkles for later. Both were very yummy and I will be back! The only thing that would improve this place for me would be to have a peanut butter cookie dough option! They wouldnt be able to keep me away if they ever add that to the menu!

The cookie dough has a mousse consistency. It does pair very well with soft serve ice cream. The service was excellent and very eager to educate first timers. Lots to explore on the menu.

I have been twice now and enjoyed my experience both times. The first time I got a cookie dough milk shake and the second I went for just a solo scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough, and both were very good. The employees are incredibly nice and work quickly to make your order. The ONLY reason I chose to give a 4 star rating is because I wish they showed the prices and size options of each item on the in store menu. It would be helpful to see the value and portion size of what I want to order before I make a decision.

I just went in today and the worker there was super nice and new exactly how to answer any questions I had. I wish I had a free hand to show yall my cone. Get the LARGE CONE. You get a big amount of icecream and an oreo crumble for 4.50. I know it sounds like a lot but once the ice cream is in your hand its totally worth it!! I had the chocolate cone with oreo crumble.
