Entirely understaffed and the store is a complete mess. The Sushi section had limited stock and were out of chop sticks and soy sauce. Attempted to talk with the young lady at the customer service desk and she told me I dont know. I dont work in the Sushi Department. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 20 mins. Never connected to a representative. This is your flagship store Kroger....I dont understand why its such a disaster.

This was my first Kroger store.. Im from the West Coast we shop at Krogers brand Fred Meyers. This is the first time Ive been asked by the police / security to get off the bench that is provided to sit down. So if you drop a husky at Kroger and youre waiting for your taxi dont sit on the bench thats provided. How about you take the bench away...

My experience has been good here for most generic experience. Awesome to be this close to downtown. Missing some of my normal staples but saves me a bunch of driving trips to go outside the city.

I really like what Kroger did with this place downtown. Its nice and clean inside. Good selection of foods that are easy to prepare.

Overall solid grocery store. Very nice to have one downtown. However, this Kroger’s prices are more expensive than other nearby Kroger’s. There are sometimes restocking issues with certain products.

I like the convenience of the location. It is good if you want to get something quick. Parking is another story.

I visit this location several times a week. Its always clean and the workers are very nice. I love the sushi and fresh shrimp boxes with cocktail sauce.

The store looks good from the outside. It was not on our agenda to go in but its in the heart of downtown next to Court St and you have to really hunt for a parking spot. Should be a parking lot close to the store for better access.

Its nice and clean, roomy. Meat and vegetables are displayed nice and freshly. Cashiers are respectful and polite courteous also. Atmosphere is relaxing makes your shopping experience wonderful.

This place is amazing. Small quaint grocery store. I loved shopping in there.

All of the low cost items are ALWAYS out of stock. Selection is obviously geared towards yanking the most dollars for the least product, and is definitely aimed at specific demographics rather than overall demand.

Super clean, very well stocked and plenty to choose from, this is a vast improvement from the previous location on Vine St., shopping on the first floor and a full eatery on the second floor. Yes they have elevators if you are unable to take the stairs.

Great place. A little smaller than regular Kroger store but it actually looks like a Wholefood store.Beer and wine is one the 2nd floor.Use your Kroger receipt for free parking at the parking garage.

Free parking in the adjacent garage makes this super convenient. They used to need validation for the parking tickets, but at this time all you do is keep your ticket in your car and put it back in the machine on the way out. As you have a three-hour limit now to buy groceries, if you are actually going there just to go to the grocery store, you will never exceed this limit. The selection the store surprisingly good given its small size, you can find all of your Essentials, as well as their fair share of upscale or Gourmet ingredients as if caters to all of the citizens of downtown

Very typical of a city grocery store. Wine and beer was not accessable when we went because it is on a different floor, but the prices and selection was good.

I live right across the street and this place started off awesome. Removed anything half way decent from their shelves, have to drive to NKY or Oakley for most good products. Also, if you are open until 10, don’t have cops turning people away 30 minutes early! Newsflash, I can grab a box of Mac and cheese in less time than the person still walking around in there looking at vegetables. Truly the worst store with unpredictable hours according to the “cops”.

I love shopping at Kroger on the Rhine! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I take the bus and it so nice that I can go downtown, visit the library and shop at Kroger. All in one trip.I cannot say enough about my experiences and am so happy that Kroger is downtown!Thank you - All of your staff for the wonderful job they are doing.

While I do think the Kroger missed an opportunity to offer the downtown community a true supermarket, this store is quite the improvement upon the Vine Street location. With a prominently placed and well-tended produce section, and aisles of decently stocked items, you should find the majority of your domestic needs. With that said, bulk items are rare at this location, and the restaurant space on the second floor wouldve been better utilized by housing a pharmacy or expanding the adult beverage section. Also, it can be problematic to get your groceries to your car, if youve parked in the garage. Depending on what level youve parked, the wheels of your cart lock upon leaving the elevator.

Great convenient location if youre downtown. Theyre usually stocked better on produce than my neighborhood Kroger. This location has awesome lunch options and a huge sushi selection. 4 stars because they dont seem really friendly here, the cashiers tend to be slow, (use the self checkout), and youre likely to run into panhandlers at the entrance.

I went there 2 times and got food off salad bar both times meat was spoiled and next time the fruit was bad. Wasted $15 dollars.

Delightful Kroger! Amazing array of deli offerings in the refrigerated cases. I was thinking of living downtown and this sealed the decision. This store makes downtown living super convenient. Hate to bepicky, but I have two product comments: the Cole slaw in the salad bar was disappointing. There should be something better. Also. no full size containers of Breakstone cottage cheese! My one big complaint is the loitering around the entrance. Management - are you reading this? I tire of being hit up for money when I go to shop for food. There are locations nearby where a free meal can be had. This needs to be addressed.

This krogers is a smaller version of Kroger so dont expects to see everything you see at the other ones still a cool spot

After visiting this location, I was highly impressed with the selection of high end items and cleanliness. A huge selection inside a store that is compact. Will be going back soon.

New kroger store downtown. This is the first time Ive been here. Its very clean and it is a good grocery store to have especially for the residents that live in OTR and downtown. The upstairs is nice too. There is a food court and a bar on the 2nd floor to grab a bite to eat and get an adult beverage if you wish. Overall this is a great addition to downtown.

I love having this grocery store downtown. It makes things so much easier!

Great addition to downtown! I bought some of the sushi for lunch and it was really good. They have Marx hot bagels, which is my favorite bagel shop period. They have Eli’s barbecue and campfire foods which are a hit with my family.

Was so excited for a new and improved Kroger store in downtown Cincinnati, but I really think Kroger missed the mark. Downtown folks need a true grocery store, the second level food court should have been used as a pharmacy, expanded meat and seafood counter, expanded adult beverage with liquor, and so much more. There are a lot of other places folks can get food downtown and is not needed inside and already small Kroger store. Also why dont you offer any curbside pickup?

An attractive, fun little grocery store. Youll have to drive to Newport for some speciality items, but this is a fantastic location for a quick trip or weekly grocery shopping. Clean, well laid out, and well stocked.

This is a really great Kroger in an excellent spot and has convenient parking (enter the garage off westbound Central Parkway right after Walnut Street), park on third or fourth floor of garage. The parking is free for just visiting for less than a half hour. Buy something and keep your receipt if staying 30 minutes to 3 hours for free parking.They have a decent variety in produce and deli which is great. The offerings in the rest of the store might be less than other Kroger stores you might go to so Ill be going for the staples here and the more obscure items Ill get elsewhere as needed.

Its a nice Kroger but to be honest, I try so hard to help the harmless, but it get old every time you leave you get hit up. I wish Kroger could at least make them go to the side walk and ask.... All the staff at this location is always very very helpful and always willing to help you.

Solid Kroger with fresh produce. However if youre looking for a full selection, you wont find it at this location. Its limited, but what they do have is quality.

Newer Krogers Grocery Store, very clean, short lines, well stocked, and a Starbucks area on first floor, plus more businesses on second floor including an alcohol store, elevator, and parking lot on top ..

This Krogers on the Rhine its a good place if you just want to run in and get something real quick without the hassle of a lot of carts and things in your way cuz youre in a hurry you can go there get what you need and get out.

My wife and I were impressed with the downtown Kroger. Should have been built in over the Rhine or the West end years ago.

My 1st and last time shopping this location. Customers were loud and unruly all over the store. Folks outside soliciting customers for money. A lot of my items I normally shop for was not there. My pre-made salad lettuce was bad inside.

So convenient living downtown and having a grocery store so close. Of course it doesnt have quite as good of a selection as bigger Kroger but it does the best with the room it has and has a great cafeteria/bar area upstairs. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
