Best little coffee shop in Fairfax! Nice people, drive thru is interesting.*

The coffee is great and they have the best bagel sandwich in town. The staff is also incredibly nice.

I love stopping at this shop on my morning commute! Their coffee quality, exceptional customer service, drive-thru speed, and food items are leagues - and I mean LEAGUES - above other nearby corporate coffee shop chains.

Very good coffee and lattes. Wish they were open even later as I recently moved from Washington state and the majority of coffee shops there are open well into the evening. (I love a 6pm latte!) Highly recommend the lavender latte, though, yum!

Their coffee is delicious! Love their iced hazelnut latte and the muffins are perfect to pair with it. They have so many flavors and combinations to choose from that it can be overwhelming. However, they are kind enough to walk you through and make great recommendations!

Really like the coffee here and the staff! They have a rewards program and try to greet you by name. I order a customized sandwich which could be annoying but they are always so accommodating. My husband loves the coffee cakes and Chai tea too.

This place is the best because they have the best employees. Theyre so friendly and know my name even though I dont go there on a regular basis. Plus, they offer a free coffee if you buy coffee beans there. :) They really know how to make you feel important and welcomed.

Great value, good food. Coffee is tasty, breakfast sandwiches are huge, pumpkin bread is delicious and moist. Service is fast and super friendly. We actually took our toddlers in and sat at the counter: no guests to disturb, and we could run all over the small space.

I would give serious consideration of skipping Dunkin next door and go here instead. Both the food and coffee here are way superior than the chain shop stuff. The drinks are amazing compared to most places around. Support this business! Never had a bad experience here.

We had never been here before, but were looking for something local instead of going to starbucks. Everyone ordered a mix of drinks, hot and cold. Everything was excellent and everyone was extremely satisfied with what they ordered. Price was close to starbucks, but the quality was definitely better. Highly recommended!

Drove 30 min to get this coffee just to get told they close at 12:30 instead of the 3 o’clock their website says. Had to get Dunkin right next door

I was in twice recently. They asked if I wanted room for cream in the Sumatran I ordered...coffee this good DOES NOT NEED dairy! Therefore, I declined.They put me in their rewards program, first name/last name is all they require. No marketing scams...fantastic.The people working in The Coffee Shop even have brains and are able to converse a little, as opposed to the usually aloof service you find elsewhere.

I tried them on my way to work one morning and Im already in love with this place! They have a drive through and walk-in option which makes grabbing a coffee or breakfast on my way to work really convenient and the employees are always so friendly and quick. Ive only gone a handful of times so far and one employee already knows my regular order! I usually just get a latte, but I just tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and OMG! They make them to order and it was so delicious! Dunkin Donuts is right next door, but they dont hold a candle to the service and quality that The Coffee Shop on Wooster provides. Put this place on your must try list!
