Nice little coffee shop in the heart of Northside near Hamilton and Chase (best two streets in all of Cincinnati, tbh).2021 is year number 15 for Sidewinder and their crest has to be the best this side of the Mississippi.Menu includes Espresso, Food, Coffee, Tea, Smoothies, and Bar.The Mexican latte is delicious and not even remotely too spicy. Highly recommend!

Cute little spot with lots to offer. Stopped in for a quick caffeine fix and I was surprised at how delicious my iced coffee was! Hopefully next time I am in that area Ill be hungry so I can try a sandwich or other snacks they offer.

A fun meet-up place! Ordered the lavender soda, and mostly tasted seltzer, but the blueberry bagel was top notch.

This place had a really nice feel with helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. You walk in to a room where there is a number of options to choose from. Pastries, coffee, and refrigerated snacks are all at your disposal. The staff was very accommodating in helping change a drink to your specific needs. They charged nothing extra to make changes that best suited our needs. I highly recommend this establishment and I hope they succeed for years to come.

Heres a coffee shop with more than adequate seating and any type of coffee beverage you might want and good strong Wi-Fi. A great place to sit and visit. They also have some baked goods that are delicious.

Went here just prior to COVID-19. Very cozy and cute atmosphere and staff was very friendly and informative about ingredients in their beverages. I have a cinnamon allergy so they happily steered me away from anything that included it. I tried the lavender beverage and was very pleased!

Sidewinder is a pretty decent coffee place. Northside has a plethora of decent coffee places and this one stands up to the best.I tried a simple americano and was satisfied.The overall vibe was a little felt a little stale and I wish it felt less sticky.

While I am not a huge coffee drinker personally sidewinder is always a cant miss when in the north side. They have one of the best chai lattes in the city and their brown butter cookies are my favorite cookie ever (and I have eaten and made a lot of cookies). The staff is always friendly and the hip vibe cant be beat. There drink menu is extensive and include coffee and tea centric cocktails for those interested. Definitely worth a stop on the Northside!

Decent stop for coffee, never visited non-covid so I cant attest to normal operation.

They roast their own beans and the flavor of their coffee is a testament to that. I dont go anywhere else anymore.

A great place to sit and enjoy coffee and other treats and visit with friends. Front, back and outdoor seating.My wife and I went here this morning for a little breakfast and had a Danish, a muffin, I had a cup of coffee and my wife had one of her potion coffee products. It was $18.50 and then we put a dollar fifty in the tip jar. So it was a little pricey but at the same time everything was very good and we would have spent $20 on breakfast wherever we went.We went to the back dining area and left early because it was so quiet we felt everyone in the room could hear what we were discussing. Could happen anywhere.

They feature artists paintings every month! Not only that... it is obviously a better choice than starbucks. Better lattes, more options, etc... and its in walking distance from my house :)

My friend and I came here a few months ago and had a great time! We both got coffee (a French kiss and a turtle mocha) and a croissant, both were equally delicious. It’s a great place to sit and do homework!

Not a place for coffee. The lattes come out sour ( probably from the milk they use) and the coffee comes out bitter. I didnt bother to ask what roaster they use. For the locals it seems to be their hand out spot.

You have to keep your eyes open or you just might pass up this fabulous small restaurant. Ive been in several times. The counter service is great. The food that I have tried I wonderful. The will make your order with changes if you need them to. I very highly recommend you give Sidewinder a try!

Coffee selection is good. Their small food menu is always nice for a quick bite. They have good vegan/veg options too!

Nice an cozy.

Convenient spot on campus to grab a quick bite or a cup of coffee. Though they serve Starbucks products, it doesnt quite taste the same. (Perhaps they use different syrups?) Its hit or miss. Ive been disappointed by the seasonal latte flavors, but might actually prefer their vanilla syrup over the real deal. Dont forget to grab a punch card--buy nine coffee/espresso drinks and get the tenth free.

The kindest staff, a calm atmosphere. great for meetups or studying or just hanging out. great food and drink selection, including alcoholic drinks. pricing is average for a small coffee shop. definitely the best coffee place in the area. push the door to get in 😉

This is a nice place to sit and talk and catch up with friends. The staff is freindly and the coffee, drinks, and food are very reasonably priced. I would recommend Sidewinder to anyone in the area.

Consistently a solid product. I do miss when they used la terza, however this is a small complaint.

I love coffee. Ive spent a fair amount of time in coffee shops, and Sidewinder definitely is one I frequent. Its got a nice chill vibe and a neat outdoor area for sitting out back. Gets a bit tight at times and occasionally there is not enough seating for all. Coffee is good, one of the better house blends Ive sampled.

Hands down the best part of Sidewinder is the atmosphere. On several different occasions I’ve gone there to have my coffee and read or meet with a close couple of friends to catch up in a cozy place without the stuffiness found in more chain establishments. The coffee shop remains true to the Northside area even with the changing demographics, which is also a plus. The coffee and other beverages are pretty solid with only a couple situations where I could tell that they may not have used my preferred milk replacement. Other that all around good place.

Still might go to coffee shop in Cincinnati. Either one Im grabbing a coffee to go someplace quick or getting one to enjoy, maybe with some booze in it, in their lovely Garden on a nice day where they have bunnies. And did I mention its a coffee shop with rabbits. Id give it six stars if I could.

Amazing coffee, and great baked goods when fresh. I did have a led than stellar experience with a lemon bar that tasted like it had been in the fridge too long, but honestly their coffee is so good that Ill forgive it. Its that amazing. Definitely try if youre in the Northside area.

Energetic medium sized cafe. I was helped by August and Andrea who were extremely helpful! They too have pumpkin spice late. Admittedly its better then the Starbucks version.

Super chill, unique coffee shop comfortably located in the middle of Northside. Love the layout of small front area, large room with plenty of tables, and bunny garden nook in the back!

Nice selection of coffee and some alcoholic drinks. Got the hot toddy and had decent spice. Lighting is a little dark for my taste but super cozy.

Stopped in late night with friends for a cup of coffee and sweets. I got a cocoloco and a vegan good morning muffin. Both were really good. Im not vegan but I was super surprised how dense this muffin was. Friend got a lemon blueberry scone (i think) that was good but definitely a bit drier texture.

A bohemian coffee place. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. A little pricey, but not as corporate & comparable in price to Starbucks. Healthy & not food options, with vegan & gluten free choices. Small outdoor area with a resident bunny during warmer months.

My experience was great. Celebrating 5 days in a row of being nothing short of happy and the baristas were phenomenal. Super down to Earth folks. Very peaceful and perceptive establishment.

Sidewinder Coffee is a nice little coffee house right in the Northside neighborhood on Hamilton Avenue.It looks very small as soon as you walk in and it has one or two tables in the front, but theres a short hallway that leads to the back which has about 10 tables. There is also a back area, patio outside and small venue.I love it Ive been there twice in the past 2 months and I will definitely go back again!

Coffee is great

Excellent cup of coffee. I like an Americano, since I actually *like* the taste of a good cup of coffee. This coffee is sources from quality producers, roasted properly, ground well, and made just right. I would trust the baristas here to recommend something. If I go back, I will definitely pick up some beans as well.

Came here on Sunday afternoon with my husband. Its nice that they are open later than a lot of other coffee shops especially on a Sunday. I ordered the unsweetened matcha latte with almond milk because they were out of oat milk. My Matcha came out promptly but had clumps of powder still in it. It also was not my favorite tasting matcha. I tried to drink down most of it, especially since I went with a medium. It was just too lumpy to get down and I ended up throwing it away. I hate wasting things but this was definitely hard to drink. Hoping they can improve on making an amazing matcha latte in the future so I can return.

On entering Sidewinder I noticed only two tables both taken when I placed my order. It turns out Sidewinder has outside and back room seating and plenty of space to enjoy their excellent selection of coffees and hot/cold beverages. Enjoyed the experience!

Great little coffee shop. Ample places to sit inside and out. Some art. Great coffee. Try the Mexican coffee made with chocolate and chili powder. The only thing missing here is tater tots on the menu and a little tv playing old cult classic movies all day.

Great atmosphere, great drinks, and great staff! However, the chocolate croissant was doughy and thick instead and light and flaky. And chocolate in it was rock hard though the croissant had been warmed up.

Coffee is fantastic, new daily fair trade offerings. Love their Mexican Mocha, in which they add cayenne and cinnamon. Food selection is limited, but what they offer is delicious. Inviting back patio, friendly bunny.

I really like this place and their coffee and try to stop in when Im in the Northside area. I have a strong belief they serve one of the best iced vanilla lattes in the Cincinnati area, which I always enjoy. The service is always great and the people are friendly. Their shop has a good atmosphere so it never hurts just to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Highly recommend going here if youre in need of coffee in Northside.

Ive ordered several large containers of coffee to serve over 100 at funerals. The staff is amazing, helpful, and prompt. The regulars even pitched in to help me out to the car! Thanks for the wonderful service folks!

Great little neighborhood place. Friendly baristas. Theres a booze side of the menu with top shelf liquors either straight up or craft drinks and light fare and baked goods for sale. Try the Mexican latte. Everything Ive ever had there is awesome and theres a bunny in the courtyard. At least there was. Bonus cool points for having luchadores decoupage on the table.

Ive been here several times and never got the WiFi to work consistently. A nice place to grab a coffee and chat with friends. Not your best option if youre looking to do work on your laptop.

I am a coffee aficionado and in my humble opinion, Sidewinders has the BEST cup of coffee on both sides of the Ohio River (Cincinnati / Covington & Newport). I dont know where Sidewinders purchase their coffee beans, or maybe they use mineral water from Arctic Glaciers.... But Ill take a simple cup of Sidewinders coffee over a Starbucks Carmel mocha choo- choo Oh LaLa Latte any day of the week!....and to be clear, I really like Starbucks. Sidewinders coffee is simply, the best coffee I have ever tasted.

Incredibly friendly staff, with a cozy interior. The chai tea I order is always amazing and served promptly. It is tasty while I admire local art work that is often on sale. Their is also an outdoor patio.
