This is in university area so finding a parking spot is hard. Generally I used to visit Caribou in Minnesota where I used to get dark chocolate hot chocolate but to my disappointment I couldn’t find that here. The lady at the counter was not paying proper attention to the request being made, Customer service could be better. Taste of the beverage that was order was average.

Nova lox is really good. Coffee isnt that great.

I went with my friends for breakfast and everything was very good. I had the 5 cheese bagel with the bacon egg combo. I look forward to going again.

PRO-TIPCome here during school breaks, this neighborhood is a ghost-town when school isnt in session. Parking was a dream and the shops were empty.I had a lox bagel and my co-worker had a tuna salad bagel. So delicious! The service was excellent and the food great.

The cashier was rude and not friendly. He didnt even give me the correct change from my order. After taking a couple of bites from my sandwich, I realized it wasnt made right. The employees seemed annoyed that I wanted my sandwich remade. Would not recommend!

The line went by fast. We put our food in and got coffees. I went to pour a cup and there was only coffee that was cold or decaf. The food came out all separately. After we sat down we realized that we didnt get our fruit cups. I approached the cashier and asked and she replied: were working on it. Okay. So I sit down and start eating. My fiance ordered the nova lox and the cream cheese was gritty. My food was okay. Halfway through our meal our fruit cups arrived. As we were leaving the whole staff were sitting while the restaurant tables were dirty and the coffee still not fixed. Bad times from a usually good establishment.

Take a great breakfast sandwich and put it on a gourmet bagel. They also serve good coffee (iced soy lattes included). The coffee isnt the best youll ever have, but its good enough. Its the bagels that count!

The service was good but the food was horrible. I had the swiss egg and ham horrible! My daughter had the chicken and tater we both hated them immensely. On the other hand my wife had blueberry with strawberry cream cheese. She went the regular way we shouldve followed her lead! Better luck next time! I hope!

They have a great selection of various bagel-based sandwiches, with a decent amount centered around fresh eggs. Sandwiches range from the classic Santa Fe to simple bagels with what seems to be house made spreads. Excellent flavors and bottomless coffees keep me coming back.

Love the bagels, not the limited hours. And they removed the outside tables, not good. Nice staff, good prices.

Good bagels and good coffee make this my regular breakfast stop. If you buy one of their good quality but inexpensive travel mugs or bring your own, its $1.10 for a coffee refill, and the coffee is good.

Despite the bagel being toasted, it still seemed cold and chewy. The egg on it was also cold, but not frozen at least. The bacon didnt seem fully cooked either. I guess I just like my coffee a lot stronger than what they had. It too seemed luke warm

My boyfriend had to go back to the register and order again because he never got his food, & the cashier told me I couldnt order a spinach, mushroom, & swiss sandwich off the signature menu because they were out of spinach bagels (even though the menu specifies that that particular sandwich comes on a 9-grain bagel, not a spinach bagel). They were busy at the time so the employees may not have been paying attention but it sucks that my boyfriend and I were the ones who got forgotten and misinformed in the rush. The food & drinks that we did get were delicious, though.

They were out of most varieties of bagels. My wifes bagel looked as it they schmeared cream cheese on it and then licked it off.Very limited parking. Had to park on 4th floor of parking garage next door. $2 and the elevator wasnt working.

Good bagels, but the place was a mess. Tables needed to be wiped down. Even with no customers, the staff didnt seem motivated to clean up. Instead they texted and ate bagels.

I highly recommend the farmhouse sandwhich. For a leaber option, my personal favorite is the southwest eghwhite. Their food is so good!

More expensive than a Panera or Starbucks for breakfast bagels, but well worth it. Large variety of egg sandwiches, bagels, and smears. Freshly brewed coffee every day, along with soda and teas for beverages.

I literally just left out of this restaurant. I place the order and the guy who appears to be the manager starts making my drink but when another customer comes that he appears to know he stops making itband starts holding a personal conversation with her. And then he starts using her phone to find himself on Facebook for about 3 to 5 minutes to send her a friend request he cant find himself. The other worker who has just give me my food says to him make her drink. Then she says give me your phone and I will find myself and I say can you make my drink so I can leave please. He replies okay I got you. Are you okay? I tell him yes but I wanted to say no Im not okay you stop making my order to have a personal conversation with another customer meanwhile Im standing here waiting on my drink!!! On another note this restaurant is pretty much clean the only thing I dont like about it is when I come in and the restaurant is dirty but you got no customers and employees are sitting at the table talking or eating food.
