Bought a $150 water pipe 6 weeks ago. It was in storage closet and we heard it break last night. I called Hemptations last night to see if they offer any warranty? The guy only said Ive never heard of a pipe breaking for now reason? Thanks for the help bud! I went to Glass Monkey in Covington to get a replacement and will not be back.

Please PLEASE read the bad reviews on this store. I am new to my mental health journey and I brought some folks in who did not have enough information to be able to self-medicate. These guys do NOT have enough knowledge to HELP people. Go to Cincinnati Botannical Depot or Ohio CBD Guy if you need help self-medicating. It is utterly ridiculous that a business that claims to be founded in love cannot educate themselves enough to realize that their actions are hurting MANY on their journey to better mental health. Unacceptable.

I love this little shop. There is so much to see and experience. Their incense selection is top notch. Boxes, cones and sticks to fit every taste. Lots of hemp products for your home and pets and a sweet hulk of dog to greet you. I wish I had gotten his/her name. The young men behind the counter were friendly and knowlegable and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely a great shop to visit.

Umm...this was my first time there. The service was horrible...I had been wanting to visit, but wont return. The two gentlemen there bearly wanted to help...the one with dreads offered me dog food instead of snacks for my son (he has Sickle Cell), the snacks help him with pain..when I said this is a dog snack..they both laughed??? I was prepared to spend much more than I did...but wont go again. The other guy tried but his demeanor was just like really not wanting to show me anything or explain the items there..to top it off...once I made a purchase...they gave me $15 more than they should have...and took an elephant it seems to correct my change...my son will enjoy his 🎂 gift, but I wont go back..unfortunate...those two were horrible.

My go-to for CBD flower (Hemp For Victory & TKO are incredible for the price) and other goodies.. Wild Berry Incense in dozens of fragrances; hemp-based clothing, accessories; Homestead CBD Chocolates and their blackberry CBD Seltzer each have 20 mg per serving.. would highly recommend. Theyve been featured in High Times for years, prices cant be beat. Pipe selection is a-ok and they carry RAW papers (my fave)

I bought a Hemp Belt, Nice ! I love it

They are still selling kratom. Good for them to not cave in to the bureaucracy surrounding the ground up plant leaf and pulling it off the shelf. Prices are insanely high ($17 for 25 grams vs. $55 for 1,000 grams bulk), but it is quality and readily available versus offering online if you cant or dont want to wait.

They have tons of cool stuff. Decently priced. Good hours.

Their synthetic chemical products of what appear to be similar to plant like substances cause extreme side effects such as seizures because they are Sprayed with dangerous and hazardous chemicals. Do not purchase anything from these stores or you could be at high risk of death! They seem to market their product to the drug addicts, sick people, and mentally ill.

Bought a product that ended up not working. Called to let them know and they offered for me to bring the item back into the store, but they refused to take it back. I asked for owners contact information and I never got a response from them. I did not like how Hemptations handled this situation, and I will definitely not be going back to this store. Why would I go back with such poor customer service? NOT recommended to anyone... Sour taste in my mouth.

Wide variety of clothing, incense, and alternative health products. Parking was a little tricky, I parked in the lot just behind the pay lot & across from the Bakery shop. No problem.

Was extremely excited to go here couldnt wait to see the place. This place place was nothing like I expected. Its a small smoke shop the staff was horrible and not welcoming at all. Its 2017 so what I am Africa American. I did not go to steal or make trouble just wanted to see the place and get educated. I went to the wrong place for that Cleary!!!! Never again best wishes with the attitudes there.
