Rude store associates. Were not helpful with anything. Also wouldn’t let me in the store with a COVERED drink. What a joke, you’re in a mall.After I finished my drink and found something I wanted to try on; I was told that the fitting rooms are closed on weekends only, and if it didn’t fit I could always return it. I don’t want to make another trip to this store.Horrible service horrible policies. Overrated store. I’ll give my business elsewhere, and you should too!

Chris was very helpful like always with helping me find the pants I wanted. He even went above and beyond to get them for me because he knew exactly where they were after showing him them on my cell phone. This isn’t the first time Chris has been very helpful so it was long over due for a review awesome job Chris.

Poor customer service, unfortunately

The manager Chris who is always working, he is so nice. He knows how to do his job and he takes care of his employees and customers with so much attention and hard work. The employees always seem to be happy to be there when he is working and he always helps out to find what we are looking for. My son and daughter adore him and he is always taking his time to help us find what we are looking for.Unlike other employees, he does not judge us or have attitude even if you can tell he has not gotten enough sleep the night before. This young man has the best customer service skills and personality, a lot of people should take after him.

If youre 30 and still wear skinny jeans this is basically your only option. It smells like weed and everyone there is 12 but thats the price you pay for never growing up and dressing like an adult.
