Love the selection, especially the Barbour outerwear. It is pricier than LL Bean/REI but it feels like quality.Customer service was excellent. I had no issues exchanging a Christmas present without a receipt two months later. Was assisted with fitting as well as reviewing options. It felt like my business was important to them and thats pretty cool.

Chandler is awesome. I’m so glad you have a guide in the store. It’s super convenient to come in book and pay for an outing right there and get outfitted at the same time. Plus he’s inexpensive and the discount we get for outfitting after booking is exceptional.

Great advice and they fixed me up with new line for my old rod, plus they lubed the reel and made sure everything was in good working order. Looking forward to hitting the water!

I have several Orvis rods and various other fishing product and I think they are great. Always reliable and the rods have a nice cast.

I took Fly Fishing 101 today, 7/13/19. Very good class because of multiple great instructors who taught our session. First Class-thanks!

Just awesome, my girlfriend and I attended the fly casting class, there was no specific 10 and 1, 10 and 2, scrape the ceiling specifics, it was heres how it works, try it out and well guide you through it. Which took confusion out of the equation, plus there was plenty of staff to go around and help. Theres plenty more to rave about but the class is free, try it out for yourself.

I took the Fishing 101 course today, as I have been wanting to begin fly fishing for a while now. Bob, Mannie, and Xavier did an excellent job in giving a great jumpstart in techniques and gear, and I left with a bunch of new Orvis goods and knowledge. No pressure, and Xavier did a great service in setting me up with a gear outfit. Ill be back for the next class/session.

I love this store. They staff is so friendly and helpful. They were great with helping me get a new rod and reel, but also just helpful with where to find the right fishing spots close by. Highly recommend stopping in.

An okay store. Orvis is just super over priced and Im really only interested in the fly fishing and that to me is sub par. Tolerable but there are closer better place I can get flies and supplies.

Hands down Orvis makes the best dog beds on the market. They are pricey but they are comfortable, there are a variety of options, and best of all they are extremely well-made! The exterior fabric is removable for washing AND IT DOESN’T FALL APART WHEN YOU DO SO!Customer service is great too... we had purchased a bed online and tested it out for 2 months before deciding that it was just waaaay too big (really too big for anybody to really want it). I brought it to the store and they helped me return it on the spot (no issues with a dog having used it for 2 months or anything... there’s no limit on return policy unless the product is visibly damaged).Overall, you get what you pay for in quality and customer service. I would never buy a bed from anywhere else.
