Great knowledgeable staff, helped me pick out a new deck quickly understood what I wanted and knew exactly what was going to be needed for the install. Dropped off the car at 9 am on a Saturday, it was ready to roll before noon. Will be returning for future auto audio needs.

They said if I get there early, I would be able to get my car back within 4 hours. I had to call them after 5 hours to see if my car was ready. If I hadnt called them I might still be waiting to get my car back.

These guys do great work, I met with Tom a couple times to go over what I wanted in my 2005 Corvette. He gave a couple options covering my price range. I made my choice he got the Kenwood receiver and cameras installed and paid a great amount of detail to the positioning of the cameras and the interior look factory. I definitely recommend coming here. Im a car dealer and I regularly take my vehicles down there and have GPS units installed. This is definitely the place to go to get an awesome system and have it hooked up CORRECTLY! These guys have been there forever and it used to be called Sight n Sound. The road construction on Queen City Ave makes it a bit harder to get to at certain times of the day but its worth it to get the best done right!

Xtreme Sound is the best. I was scared as hell because of the location, but these guys are stellar. It looks clean. No wires. No rigging. I told them I wanted a bass knob but without holes in my dash from screws, guys added it with wiring to hold it. It all looks so clean. Also the subs I bought had a cracked enclosure (thanks FedEx) but the dude fixed it free of charge. $112 bucks for a professional job is amazing compared to $200 something by some pimple faced teenager at Best Buy. I would definitely recommend. The owner, Tom I believe, was majorly friendly. His team were also very warm to new people. Next paycheck Im coming right back to get some new door speakers he recommended, again for a hell of a deal, and to possibly have them wire a second battery to take some load off my alternator because these subs make my eyes and jaw shake.Edit: This makes my 3rd visit there. I brought them my friend who wanted her subs installed professionally and they got it all set and clean just like mine. That was the second time, my third and most recent time was to upgrade my door speakers and back speakers. For a great price they had everything hooked up and crisp. I will always come here to get my car set up with the luxuries. Theyre simply the best.

Almost one hundered dollars more than phone quote, and took about a hour longer than expected. Clocks not reset, over all attitude of the staff is the customer is stupid. The work is great. But if you dont want to be talked down to or told everything you have is junk. I suggest buy your equipment from them. Really had I purchased from them I would have only had good things to say. In short quality work terrible customer service. Sugar coat it when you are told no sale dont keep pushing the( you dont know ) belittling. Im adding an edit to this review and Im taking away some Stars so the wires that I brought in were the same wires did they put in my car charge me $50 for man told me the Dwyers they got to catch fire we put it on the paperwork and made me fear did something could go wrong with my car because of the wires I had how the wires I have or solid oxygen free copper hes telling me that they were aluminum clad aluminum copper clad sorry about that and they dont hold heat as well and they end up melting he fear Monger me into buying something else because I brought in all my equipment they know their stuff when putting it in the car their sales staff is ridiculous I recommend going anywhere else I would go to Best Buy before Ill go back to them unless my car catches fire because of their wiring

Had them install a new pair of door speakers after getting a tv put in. Kept getting a miswire reading every time I closed my door the tv would cut out. The manager told me they dont do returns after only having them in for a day.I would never recommend this place to people.
