Did an amazing job on my front windshield of choosing the best darkest without having to hard of a time seeing at night. took a little of time to dry on the windshield but after drying looks good. most likely will be back for more service in the future. very friendly and helpful staff.

I was driving my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax with a 10 lift on 38s.I was on a cross country road trip when I had a pretty serious issue. The rear U bolts had come loose and the rear axle nearly came out from under the truck.I located Spade Kreations and got towed there in the middle of the night. In the morning Rick Spade assessed the problem and he and his crew got right on it. They fabricated new U bolts, located and picked up dealer parts, put everything back together and got me back on road later that same afternoon! The charges for the work they did were perfectly reasonable, weve all heard horror stories of being taken advantage of when experiencing an out of state breakdown. All of this without an appointment, and they were obviously a very busy and productive shop with multiple jobs and custom builds going on simultaneously. Extremely impressive place and people.I would like to say that the story ends here but it does not! Actually, this is the part of the story that really sets Rick and his crew apart from all others.Not long after I got back on the road headed south out of Cincinnati, on a bridge approach I hit a hard bump and snapped a leaf spring on my travel trailer!I called back to Spade Kreations but it was now just after 6:00 PM on Friday evening and they were closed! Ugh!I was stuck on the side of the road again!! After wondering what am I gonna do now, Im going to be stuck here until Monday and beyond. Suddenly my phone rings, it was James, one of the guys from Spade Kreations. He says, HEY JOE!, one of the guys from the shop was on his way home after work and called saying he thought he saw you on the side of the highway, are you alright?I could not believe it!!I told him what had happened and he says, alright IM ON MY WAY TO YOU!!Next Rick Spade calls me and says, I FOUND AN RV SUPPLIER THAT IS OPEN UNTIL 8:00 PM AND THEY HAVE A LEAF SPRING IN STOCK!I am literally stunned!!James, Cody, Kenny and Rick Spade come and pick me up, we run around and pick up parts and tools. They got the truck and trailer off the highway to a Cracker Barrel parking lot where they jacked up the trailer and worked on replacing the leaf spring. They stuck with me and the job until after 11:00 PM on Friday evening!!!! These men all have families and busy lives and yet they would not leave until I was good, and back on the road.Not only do these guys do the most incredible crazy custom work, they are truly amazing people!!!You absolutely cannot find any better, dont go anywhere else!!!

Worst experience ever dont go.i went in for a camera my daughter called yesterday in first 10 sec they forgot all about her and stir g me up to come yesterday couldnt make today I came it said with yesterday or tommorrow.so forgot her details of everything and looked at me as if I didnt matter and didnt feel like I was welcomed at all at all..i finally got him to listen we went out to car and he said after asked him to get out because he just want ed to sit in my car .he was done with looking at what he said. Worst salesperson ever and he makes the whole rotten they were even try I g to help his experience to go farther with the deal.he said I needed a lot if parts to do that I took my bill thru the fairy land expensive and it came out to be 650 more than 450 so at the end he added a mother part..well I wasnt roughed by it Ive been around the hating salesman schemes keep in mind this was a gift for Christmas too ME!!.SO I SHRUGGED IT OFF. AND TOLD MT DSUGHTER TO NEVER GO THERE WITH ANYCKIND IF BUSINESS TGEY NOT ONLY NOT LISTEBED TO HER BUT COUKD CSRE LESS AT WHAT SHE WANTED TO BUY ONLY. WHEN SHE CALLED AND HER THRIR EVIL REPORT THEY TGEN SAID IT WOUKD BE 650 THE OTHER WAY..KEEP AWAY TGEIR I TENTIO S ARE EVIL..

Fantastic custom car shop with vehicles showing off what they can do. Mild to wild. They fit me in last minute for some window tint. Super happy with the customer service and guidance in picking the proper tint. The show trucks and cars onsite showing what they can really do is mind blowing. Their big lifter dodge with custom push rod suspension with airbags is stellar.

I went to Spade because I needed expertise. I wanted to upgrade the factory speakers in my car. I questioned multiple times verbally and in writing as to whether the sound would be an improvement on my existing Bose speakers and was repeated reassured that it would sound much better. I was reassued that I would feel the sound. I asked in writing if I could go up another step in quality because I was afraid I wasnt going to be satisfied with what was being proposed and I was told I wouldnt need that and would be fully satisfied with the package they put together. Well, $1,500 later I cant, and wont listen to it. I was shocked and disappointed when I turned it on the first time. Its awful. Does anyone know an audio shop with real expertise who will actually listen to the customer and deliver what they promise? I have to get this nightmare fixed and sure dont trust to take it back to Spade! If you know what you want, they may do quality work. I dont know. I would not recommend going there seeking advice on car audio or expecting an accurate description of what youre getting given my experience. Or maybe the rep just assumed they knew me, and knew I didnt really want what I clearly described and advised I was willing to pay for. I dont know but it not a good experience at all and I wouldnt go back.*EDIT* After being extremely disappointed with the job that was initially completed, management looked at the details of the situation and determined their crew member made glaring errors in what was communicated to me in writing and what was actually installed in my car. Management took the necessary steps with the employee, and was committed to getting the job fixed for me. It sounds awesome now - just like I asked for the first time! They were very friendly and concerned with my experience as well. I would go back again having had my unpleasant situation fully resolved.

I have been a Spade customer for over 10 years. Every car I have had that I have done upgrades on from window tinting to auto starts they have been the go to place for me. Took my 2015 F150 here for a spray bed liner. They did a great job. They took their time to mask properly, remove the bed lights and the tie down points. Bed was scratched up and now it looks great. Highly recommend!

How does a custom paint and body shop not do airbrushing? Waste of about a half hour for the guy to walk across the parking lot to tell me in 2 minutes they dont do airbrushing so if you want custom paint dont go here youre wasting your time the staff was really nice I guess if you want rims or tint or something like that theyre probably great but custom paint no

I brought them my 2016 Designo Cardinal Red Metallic C300 Mercedes-Benz to get my windows tinted. I am so very happy with the work they did. It has been about 6 months now and everything is perfect. Not one air bubble or imperfection.They took the time to show me different rides, so I could select the perfect blend of shades. I went with 50% on the windshield, 35% on driver and passenger, and 20% in the rear. It looks so beautiful, going light to dark in the rear. Exactly the look I wanted.They gave me a great price, got the work done fast. Everything was done super clean. And most of all they treated my ride with so much care and love and respect, as if it were their own. Could not be happier. Super friendly and qualified staff. Thanks again!

Was told 2 hours for tint...took about 4. Door panels were left dirty from the solution they wipe onto the windows. Feel like theres scratch on the dash that wasnt there prior. The quality of work is terrible. All of the windows are uneven and you can clearly see areas where the tint didnt cover the window. Extremely disappointed with their work and I honestly dont understand how they have such a good reputation. Could I take it back and have them fix it? Yeah. But, if they didnt do it right the first time, how likely is it theyll do it right the second time. Id rather just have a refund and just take it somewhere else. Negative starsJust to be clear. I reached out to them after seeing their reply to this comment. I was told someone would reach back out to me and that has never happened.

I got my windows tinted for mustang 4 years ago and loved the Job they did on it. Never had any issues. Great service and fast. Now getting my 18 Toyota Tacoma tinted! I recommend them for all tinting jobs.

If there was a possibility of negative review I would give them -5. I had an appointment for remote ignition install with them for next month. They called me last week with open appointment this week and moved it forward. Got confirmation again on the day of appointment 3hrs before. I go there and they tell me they don’t have the part and sold out. I mean 3hrs prior they confirmed the appointment and did not make an attempt to check stock. Can’t believe a business could have such bad service and I wasted a work day to drive an hour.

I did not receive a 5 dollar discount for this post. It is because Im not making it for the discount (already paid). I just got all windows tinted including the sun bar. And damn does it look good. I have a 14 Charger and Im working on making it look meaner. Just looking at it now makes it look 5 times better. They did a great job and I will follow their instructions on how to let it cure and if it messes up, they have a lifetime warranty.
