Had windows tinted, great job. Had a air bubble but they dealt with it.

My window tint is very good. It was fast and covers entire window.

The tech installed my system totally wrong ground wire in the wrong place Amp wasnt hooked into the right place drilled a hole into my body control module which I had to get replaced

Well clearly they are open until 7 pm, got there at 6 pm and was closed, Drove 48 minutes just to turn around and drive all the way back home not happy, and to top it off there was another couple there and they came from the other side of Fairfield, if your hours are not 7 pm change it .

It appears he may have done a good job and you got me in and got me out like you said he would..

Great work done on the rear (20% tint) and side (35% tint) windows of my Camaro. It has been a few months and it still looks great. Owner of the shop also offers free fixes for any bubbles that might occur, but I havent had any issues to-date.

Great Company, I was in and out in under 2 hours, got every window on my Honda Accord Sport for only 249, and they got me in with a same day appointment, completely satisfied with the tint job.

Sloppy tint job too many bubbles stay way its better tint shops around the city

I will not return here. I scheduled an appointment to have my underground lights installed for $289. After I drove an hour to get there, the owner told me he cant do it that day because it would take longer than expected, and to come back tommorow. After coming back driving another hour, I was told my car was too low to do the job and the lights would show and tge need a lift to do it. Why couldnt they tell me this the first time? After already seeing the car. Went to Xtreme Sound, and they installed it with no lift and the lights are hidden. I will not return to this bogus place.

My guy got my truck sounding like 2 gorillas in the back.

I love this place, this is my second car that Ive had tinted, I will be back for sounds.

I was told lifetime warranty on my tint nothing else then months after my windows got broken by someone only 2 of them i ask if i need to schedule and he says i dont have warranty and proceeds to argue with me these people arnt professional at all i dont recommend them best place in cincinnati are the ones over in amelia go to them and way over charge on amp and sub and radio hookups

Quality of the tint is cheap they can book you for an appointment and or u can be a walk in (first come first serve terms)then when you come( after they told you to come at a certain time)they tell you to come back another day and I dont think thats really fair. Also got my tint done here once and I found a few flaws try to get it redone because they say they have a lifetime warranty on their tint as long as you own the vehicle but when you try to go to have it redone under the warranty they pretty much string you along never Again !!!

Alex and the team got me all together. The tint on my car is incredible and I’m always getting compliments on the way it looks after it was finished. Definitely recommend this place if you want great tint and sounds. Plus lifetime warranty? Can’t beat it. Appreciate the works guys!

Took my BMW 750Li in to Exclusive Sound as a walk in. I had to have a Amp replaced as the one in the car was defective, I had no sound in the car at all. This amp was ordered from a BMW OEM website. All quotes to have this done was over $500 dollars and ES did the job for considerably less and they took the car right then. It was ready about 1 1/2 hr later. They will be getting all of my business from here on out 100%. Kudos to this establishment.

OMG it’s big scam. Today I’ve tried to tint my windows and we get appraised by phone for 150$ right after we get there he changed his price to 250$. Don’t believe those scammers. We tried to talk with owner and discuss that situation he was so rude not professional. Don’t even know how to speak with custommer. The owner of the business tried to push me and tried to fight with us. Used not proper English. Don’t even go there.

Don’t come to this place!! Has to come back 4 times for a stereo that did not work and guys that work here don’t know how to properly install the stereo itself. They told me the stereo was defective so I spent $150 more to get a better deck only for my air conditioner to go out!! Took it to my mechanic and he explained to me so to me the stereo was causing it not to work. Called them they told me to bring my car up again for the 5th time! And they closed the shop after I just talked to him 10 min prior and him telling me to come . Just go somewhere else any where but here

Took are car back wiring was all messed radio didnt work while guy was fixing it he broke my key off in the ignition and refused to fix it told me to take him to court also they did my window tint he 2 weeks ago and passenger door is peeling already he was expose fix that 2 i have my paper says lifetime warranty on but i guess after he broke my ignition he wasnt gonna fix please be careful going to them check everything before u leave they wont fix what they break. The owner very childish look at all bad reviews on the facebook page he called my stuff off brand but i bought from him....

Not sure whats going on here, but I asked for a certain tint on my Windows. The owner didnt even sound like he knew if the correct tint was put on. Considering I did not have time to sit and argue, our have time to complain and have the correct tint installed I had to leave. The owner said come back when I can and we would discuss the situation. After a week this guy gets amnesia! After a few more attempts at getting the problem resolved I now have bubbles AS I CONTINUED TO WAIT. I am going to a non bootleg establishment. Do NOT get window tint here if you have a car of value.
