Bought a car with an aftermarket remote start and security device installed, and had a bunch of electrical issues. Brought it here to have those devices removed and wiring returned to factory standard. Jason was the tech who worked on my car, and did an excellent job. Cody was who I mostly spoke to. Went to Cincy Security and Sound knowing that i wanted to put a Radio and speakers on my 2019 Harley, but didnt know exactly what i wanted. They recommended a Sony head unit and two MMats pro audio. This has been life changing while riding. The speakers are clear as day riding down the highway. The Bluetooth, apple car play, and everything about it has been great. I have friends looking to upgrade their stock radio just off how awesome mine sounds! Will be back for any future needs.

This one great shop. Cody is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job. I did an upgrade to my stock 9 speaker system which included small sub built in and an amp.He replaced all speakers and added a super amp and kicker downfiring sub and was able to place it in my renegade where it can’t be seen. They also did sound deadening material in all 4 doors as i do a lot of driving. Sound is amazing.I will be going back for some more ideas he has. We are also going to upgrade my wife’s mini roadster Harmon kardon factory system.I highly recommend this company.

They did a phenomenal job on install and training me on the operation because there are a couple of gotchas. Cincy Security and Sound is a top notch company. I recently had an upgraded radio/multimedia unit and a backup camera installed in my Jeep Wrangler. From the start Cody was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I explained to him generally what i was looking to do and he took me through all my different options including cost and timing. Based on his input I was able to quickly decide which setup I wanted. He drew up and estimate and we set up an appointment for them to do the work. It turned out the radio I wanted was no longer being produced and the new upgraded model of it was more expensive. Cody said that was their problem not mine and honored the original estimate. The installation was done quickly and VERY professionally. They even programed my new radio with all the preset stations that I had on my old radio!! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Superior quality of work and exceptional customer service. Cody kept me informed every step of the way and when the work was completed, the final invoice was less than quoted. The shop is immaculate and, as a woman, I was not intimidated going into the shop unlike when I go to other auto service providers. When I arrived to pick up my car, every surface that could have possibly gotten dirty during the installation was covered and the car was spotless when I left. I very seldom leave online reviews... the quality of work, customer service and professionalism is impressive.

Not sure why they have many 5-star reviews. Communication is very poor. I submitted pictures and described what I wanted to Cody. All I wanted was an estimate but never received it. In fact, I emailed him a week and a half later asking where the estimate was but I never received any response. Poor customer service.

I took my Dodge Charger in because my sub wasnt working. The workers their did good honest work and didnt over charger me with anything. When they told me about everything else I wanted to do with the car, it was all honest fair prices. You wont go wrong with these guys. I had a little trouble getting in because hes so busy, but trust me, thats a good thing. Everyone wants to come here because these guys are the best. They charge $40 to diagnose and anything that takes under 30 mins 👍 also found out that they cover anything that goes wrong with your system so long as its within the warranty time of the product!! I had a complete sound system installed in my 2015 Mustang GT about 3 years ago. The company that installed it no longer performs any work on car stereos. They recommended Cody and his team at Cincy Security and Sound. My issue was there was no sound coming from any of the right side speakers. I made an appointment to drop it off and told them they could keep the car all week since I would be out of town. Dropped it Sunday evening and Cody had it ready to go on Tuesday. The original installers wires had been rubbing on metal, shorted out and fried a component sending signals to the RHS of the vehicle. Cody even sent pictures!! Very professional, explained everything, and very affordable. I will never take it to any other business for anything car stereo related.

Wow, where to begin. First of all I interacted directly with the owner of this company. From day one, he was systematic, first asking me what my needs were. Customer service was his first priority. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He took time to explain everything. He addressed my needs. I actually had problems with the amplifier within the first several months (a manufacturer defect, not something he caused) and he bent over backwards to remedy my issue. There is no other place in Cincinnati I would go. The people here know their stuff; they back it up, and I am completely satisfied with their work.

I was in trouble with a back up camera for my work truck and the people who installed my utility bed cut the camera wire and lost the camera. I have a 98 jeep Cherokee that was having problems with the sound system. I took it to Cody at Cincy Security and Sound and I was blown away by the friendly and knowledge service I received. He repaired the broken wires in the doors, installed new speakers in the rear, and re-wired the head unit and wow! The quality of the work that he did is second to none. Ill never go anywhere else, I would definetly recommend. 10/10

Simply The Best!I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for a shop in Colerain. They put in my remote start on my 2014 Accord so poorly that my car began sounding the car alarm once I tried to start it remotely. The shop told me it was not their issue and they wouldnt replace or fix the system. I took my car to Eric at Cincy Security and Sound and quickly realized how poorly of a job they really did. Wires we crossed and connected incorrectly. The programming was off and the harnising was poorly installed. Live cords were even dangling! Eric removed all of the old unit, restored the car to factory, tested it, and then installed his own from scratch. The precision steps he took ensured he was able to correct all the issues I had. He even installed an upgraded system. You can visually see the difference and the car has worked flawlessly for months now. If I would have left the old system in my car much longer the car would have either caught fire or ruined the computer system. I am so pleased with Eric and his team. I will never go anywhere else again for electrical work in my car. Dont make the expensive mistake I did. Go to the pros the first time!

These guys are master craftsmen. I had them install a smartphone enabled remote starter and dual channel BlackVue DR900S-2CH to my Honda Passport and installation is so clean it looks OEM.
