I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. They are always so willing to help with anything. I went there today looking for candles for my wedding and one of the ladies who worked there.. (maybe the owner?) was so willing to help. She helped me on everything that I needed. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me today. She gave me the best price possible and helped me so much. Thank you factory direct candles!! You guys are awesome! This is the only place I can get candles for a discount. I have to catch 3 buses because I live in Pleasant Ridge and the store is near Western Hills Plaza. Great deals but I love to go there when I use my coupon from either online or from Reach magazine. Im planning on going back there after Christmas for more discounts.

I accidentally went into this place thinking it was the outlet store. I was looking for an entertainment center. Instead I find all these amazing scented candles at 50%+ off regular store prices. Although I didnt get my entertainment center I did get 3 candles for 4$ one of which is a 17 ounce candle all high quality.
