Lovely Bride is the cutest bridal shop in Cincinnati! They have the most unique dresses for the brides looking for something different. I found my dress here over the weekend. We drove from Cleveland just to go to this shop. I do wish you were able to browse a little though the dress selection - sometimes they look different from the online look book but I get that they dont want everyone touching all of the dresses. Besides that it was an amazing experience and Im super excited about my dress that I picked.

I had a fabulous experience at Lovely Bride! My stylist, Emily, was welcoming, helpful, and not at all pushy. They had an amazing selection of dresses. Everything was stylish, but still classic, and very high quality. I was visiting from out of town and Lovely Bride was happy to take my measurements in the case that I wanted to make my purchase over the phone. However, I came back the very next day after my appointment to purchase my perfect dress! After visiting two other salons, I knew the dress at Lovely Bride was the one for me.

I loved shopping at this cute one of a kind boho bridal shop! Its the go to shop for brides looking for made to order, one of a kind gowns. They offer a variety of different designers you cant find elsewhere in the city.Emily assisted me with trying on the dresses and I was so appreciative of her advice & honesty throughout the process. She listened to my thoughts and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Lovely has a wide variety of unique and beautiful dresses! Ive visited the shop a few times looking for the perfect wedding dress and have been met with fantastic experiences each time. The staff is amazing! Emily is so sweet and listened to what I wanted and pulled beautiful dresses for me to try. Although I wasnt able to find THE dress, I would recommend this shop to any bride looking for the perfect dress and amazing experience.

FILTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES!I made an appointment to visit this salon on October 15. Unfortunately, I found my gown elsewhere in September and promptly cancelled my appointment on September 30. I emailed them on October 6 asking when I could expect a refund of my appointment fee. Do you know what they said?:Hi,As it states on our online Appointment Request form while submitting an appointment, the following criteria must be met to receive a refund:- Appointment must be canceled 48 hours outside of original scheduled starting time- Written refund request must be submitted via emailUnfortunately because not both of those criteria were met when your appointment was canceled, a refund is not possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience.Best,Team LovelyEvidently, the owner, Haley Wojahn, believes that my wording “when can I expect my refund” is not the same as providing a refund request. Additionally, why would the store not guide meto send another email specifically asking for a refund? Nope, they wrote that a refund is not possible as if I’ve forfeited my one chance to ask.I called the store to ask what piece of the refund policy I had not met. The person who helped me indicated that it was the improperly-worded email. I was stunned.I’m so grateful I did not make the mistake of doing business with Haley. She should be reported to the state attorney general’s office for her absurd reasoning.

I highly recommend putting Lovely at the top of your wedding dress shopping list :). I went in twice before I found my dress - first with a couple friends and then solo. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience for me - Id never tried on a wedding dress, had no idea what I wanted and wasnt even sure I wanted to go with a wedding-y dress. I worked with Haley who is so awesome and I didnt feel pressured into any decision. I recommend taking the first appointment on a weekday (if you can swing it) if youre looking for a quiet, chill experience.

Such a great experience with wedding dress shopping here. I am one of those brides who waited last minute and now 3 months before my wedding Im running around like crazy trying to find a dress. I visited from Columbus and had a really good experience at Lovely! The shop is gorgeous and Hailey and my consultant Emily were so sweet and hands on, which I loved. It was nice to have a lot of individual attention after shopping at a larger bridal retailer before. However, I was pretty disappointed in their plus size selection. They really only had a handful of dresses available to try in plus sizes. It was frustrating for me because online Lovely Bride touts their stores as being very size inclusive and wanting all brides to have a great try-on experience. HOWEVER, Hailey was super accommodating and offered to try and loan gowns I loved but wasnt able to try on in larger sizes from other Lovely locations. I left feeling frustrated that my options had been so limited, but on the other hand very pleased with how willing Hailey was to help me find the dress of my dreams!

I felt so welcomed after having some bad experiences looking for a dress other places. They were all so nice and helped me find literally my perfect dress. Cant thank you all enough for everything.

Its hard for me to put in words how absolutely amazing the Lovely Bride Cincinnati store is. I looked for a wedding dress at 5 different locations (including RBD), tried on about 50 dresses, and Lovely Bride was, by far, the best store. From their selection, store experience, and the staff, I could not be happier with my experience. I felt like myself with this staff of complete strangers who understood my vision and who I now feel like are my close friends. AND MY DRESS.... I just cant wait to wear it. Lovely Bride was nothing short of amazing for me. I’ve been in love with Sarah Seven dresses since before I got engaged, and Lovely was the only place in Ohio that carried her gowns, so I knew I had to go.When I tried on the Kir gown, I fell in love. But I also desperately wanted to try on another Sarah Seven gown that the Cincy shop did not carry. So what did they do? They tracked down the other gown from another Lovely store and shipped it in just so I could try it. Although I ultimately went with the Kir which I first fell in love with, the fact that they went so above and beyond was amazing to me. It made me feel secure about my decision and thrilled to buy my dress through them.Everyone I worked with was so kind and complimentary, but my consultant Emily was the best — ask for her! Thank you Emily and Lovely Bride for helping me find my dream dress!
