On Saturday 1/9/2021 around 2pm, I received friendly and good professionalism from the team, especially the manager. The manager was very nice and made sure my car was serviced in efficient time. I was given an oil change and my car run so much better. When my oil change was done, he asked was there anything else he can do. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends. Went for an oil change on 4/12/2021. 7 days later I have a oil pressure low signal on my dash. So i check the dipstick and its bone dry. They didnt put oil in. Im calling in the morning to complain because thats not cool. I dont recommend this location to anyone. Today is 4/18/2021.

The new management at this location is awesome and I would recommend this store. I was given a price over the phone and I paid less than that price at checkout. My car was vacuumed and my windows were cleaned in addition to an oil change and checking all of the fluids. I had many troubles with Valvoline and needed to find a place with polite employees who do a good job and dont up charge everything. This is the place.

The manager Holden or whatever his name has overcharged me hundreds of dollars and trying to sell more than what was required of him to fix. How are people like him in a management position scamming on innocent people trying to get their vehicles fixed? Then he told me my vehicle would be ready to go the following day and he wasn’t there so no one knew what was going on and he never gave me a receipt of the work being done. I feel bad for his employees because they have to deal with such a bad person and I’m pretty sure they have to fix what he messes up. Won’t be going back.

On February 12th I took my company vehicle in there to be serviced kenmark Ohio Incorporated we have a fleet account they change the oil fixed turn signal put wiper blades on the wiper blades were faulty I went back today which is which is February 17th to have the wiper blades replaced the employee told me the store was closed for remodeling he was very rude and not helpful at all his name was Durrill he was very rude told me the building was under remodeling I seen no people remodeling no people working there seems like to me he was just lazy and he didnt want nothing to do to me with me he was nasty to me I do not appreciate it I will never ever bring a vehicle back to jiffy lube again

The manager, Finn, was honest and gave me a truly good deal on the work he and his guys did. They came in more than $200 lower than a well respected dealers service department. The price was already solid, and he took well over $100 off. I had all four breaks done, spark plugs replaced, full synthetic oil change, projector headlight replaced, and fuel injectors cleaned, for $360 after taxes.

I loved the oil change service I received today!!!!! I was able to get in and out under 30 min (cabbage patch dance). Price was reasonable since it was discounted thru my dealer. They cleaned my windows, topped my fluids, and super sweet to my girls. Very friendly, efficient, and personable. Will be returning for sure!

My experience with this location was great, when I went in my front breaks were pretty much gone, I was having a rough day as it was and came by just going in to see what I could get just to get me by until pay day. The manager was nice enough to work with me on a price I could afford to get all of it done that day. The staff was super friendly and help full, also had my car done in less then an hour. Also to add my tire was bare and they offered to put one on that was better then the one I had on to help get by as well. Again thank you jiffy lube on Glenway!

Im not a person who normally writes reviews, but I am writing this in hopes that there is an actual owner who may take an interest in my review.The crew was not at all interested in me or servicing my vehicle, they completed what service they provided quickly enough, but were more interested in their own conversation than the task of waiting on their customer.1. Asked for premium full synthetic oil and received mid grade semi synthetic. If I had not been watching them fill the container they use to fill the crankcase, or pointed out that they were going to charge me for full premium at check out I would have been charged for the wrong product.2. They did not check ANY of the 15 things listed on the invoice as OK or COMPLETED.3. Was not offered a look at the dipstick upon completion of the oil change, a later check by myself did show it was full.4. Was not guided out of the service bay on my way out, not a big deal, but there were 4 techs standing there as I left, and not one said thank you or offered to guide me out.5. There were 4 cars in line at the Valvoline Oil change across the street; the reason I stopped at Jiffy Lube, and if this is a regular experience for customers here...… that would explain it.6. In fairness I have to mention that I was given a $10.00 dollar discount after I pointed out the wrong invoicing on the oil grade.Like I said, I am not one to write reviews, but this experience warranted a heads up to who ever owns this shop.

Great guys! I needed an inspection and a couple of forms filled out. I forgot to bring one of the forms I needed, so I came back the next day. The guy who originally inspected my car wasnt there, but the manager re-inspected it without charging me again, and filled out my form. Super friendly, awesome people

Went in for standard oil change. 4 hours later they tell me coolant tube broke but they replaced it AND did a full synthetic oil change for free. Now my engine is running red hot and there was absolutely no coolant in the car. They didn’t mention any of that. I just wanted some oil.. now engine runs red hot and the heat blows cold. Thanks for not charging me guys. Well done.

First they tell us 89.99 for oil change we had 10.00 coupon then came back said oil change is 97.99 they quote it wrong. Then said cooling was a quart low it be 5.00 more then brought us air filter and said it needs change no dirt on it . Said you should change it every oil change. Told us every oil change rotate tires witch they did last time . They keep trying to do something more the car is 2015 not 1999 . Will not come back and we been coming to Jiffy Lube for years .

I would not recommend this place if you are doing car inspections for Uber. I went there, paid my money for an inspection, vehicle passed it. But Uber said it’s unqualified. Went there and asked manger to call Uber, his respond was, There’s nothing I can do about it. Terrible service

Guys here professionally and fixed up my truck

Checkes my fluids immediately after leaving becuase Im naturally skeptical, the Groupon I used paid for all fluids to be topped off, and a new oil filter and oil, they only half drained the old oil and mixed it with a little bit of new oil, left my power steering fluid below the fill line, didnt add any antifreeze, no transmission fluid (and it did need it), and didnt vacuum the car, which the Groupon paid for, but they didnt do. Do not go here, you will be scammed if you dont know what youre doing and theyll waste your time with lies if they do.

Took and hour and half for a oil change when no one was in there! Said they vacuum my car they did not. Gave them 2 stars cause I got a discount.

This place is terrible! I went there to get my vehicle inspected for Uber. Uber denied it saying the document was unqualified. They told me I passed the inspection. I went there for 3 times and the manager keeps on telling me there’s nothing I can do about it. This is not good business !
