My visit to Tire Discounters has been the most kind and heartwarming experience Ive ever had with a store. Tyrone and the staff genuinely care about the people they are helping. They aided my partner and I during a long road trip when we were very short on time. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable and quick! I really wish I could rate more than 5 stars. I had an absolutely incredible experience and I cannot reccomend this place enough. Went in to have air put in one tire.gave tip.Came out with one of there tools in my back tire which was only 5 months oldFilled out a complaint with Jason.In return need hear back .I call n talk to Frank after leaving 2 message.Frank told me it was not there Tool.that they use in their shop.Which was not the truth because Jason when I showed him he took a picture of it he said he didnt understand how it got out in the in lotI had to have my car tow to Ford because I could drive o. It.which cost 45.23 to plug s 5 month old tireFrank told me to call Gary Hayans left him 2 message still havent heard from him.Terrible this has been going on since October 8th today is October 26th have not heard anything from them nothing terrible

Went to get alignment and wheel balance and to see if I have an cv axle issue I was told they couldnt get bolt off sway bar link I need to fix and bring back.. I took car home removed bolt and sway bar link 3 day later I brought car back. I told them my issue starts after 55-60 mph so worker was supposed to drive car to feel what Im talking about he does not but he does an alignment and writes nothing on paper addressing why car was shaking, so I ask why not he tells the manager that day that there is nowhere to drive that fast around here mind you we are 200 feet away from Ronald Reagan Highway, since I getting no help from this manager I figured Ill wait until another is working. Week later I get another to drive car with me he say man something wrong with the suspension let me get 1 of the workers to address it, I ask him not to take it to the same guy who at first could not get bolt of and second time didnt feel or see anything or even try to drive it. He give him the car anyways and he said oh its your rear upper control arm they didnt even give me estimate so I took car home fixed it myself, guess what thats not the issue either. Im pretty much done with this company or at least this location on Winton Road in Cincinnati, Ohio

It appears my original review has been removed. I will say they tried to make things right, just not in the way I needed. After scraping my brand new wheels, and refusing to accept blame even after a tech admitted to me that the tool used scrapes wheels, they offered to touch up the clear coat in house. I asked if this was a professional service they routinely perform and they responded with a no. So I said thanks, but no thanks. That was the extent of the offer to rectify the issue. What was needed was an offer to pay to have them professionally corrected. Unfortunately that did not happen. In the future I will take that vehicle to a different place. Just be aware if you are particular about your vehicle, like myself, the level of care from the techs isn’t the same unfortunately, at least in my experience.

The Tire Discounters at 8512 Winton Rd in Finneytown, OH is more than just tires. These guys are the best! Theyre very friendly, knowledgeable, and their customer service is great. They also have a pickup & delivery service. I didnt know that they were a full service garage. I made an appointment for new tires and an oil change, but they also listened as I described the other issues I was having with my car. Jason called every step of the way and let me know the cost of each replacement part and to get the okay for the repairs. My car runs smoothly now thanks to Tire Discounters and Ill definitely continue using them to keep my car in top shape!

I came in to get patchwork and can’t to find out I needed a whole tire. I was stressed I didn’t come with the money and the manger Jason cook told me about an app that helps with payment plans. And got a whole new tire with punnets that are 2.92 weekly!! Definitely coming back

I pulled up with a almost flat tire, there was a guy available and he quickly got up to offer help and took my car straight in. The process was quick, easy and affordable. The guy at the desk was just as nice and friendly as the guy who took my car.

Great place, customer service was wonderful except one manager. Great selection, but the wait was super long its best to make a appointment. I went for my tire to be changed due to me having a warranty on it. Now when you get the warranty, it is not free. You still have to pay the labor. Just a fyi for people who go there on a emergency tip and the funds are low. It came to about $49.00.

I called the day before and scheduled an appt for tire repair. I figure it was a seal issue as it keeps happening. I got checked in. 2 hours later my vehicle was ready. The tech let me know what the issue was as neither front desk person said anything to me. After finishing, I got in line and waited my turn. Someone came in and got in line to the right of me. The person checking customers in skipped me to go to the person behind me. When I started I was waiting. He proceeded to say the tech didnt let him know that I was finished. I stated that was fine but Ive been waiting 2 hours for a tire repair. He advised that he had told me it would be about 1.5 hours for a walkin. I advised I didnt have a walk in but we didnt need to go back and forth. He proceeded to go back and forth with me to which I declined. This is not the first time Ive had to wait an absurd amount of time for tire repair be it a flat or seal issue. Even without knowing for sure which tire, which I told them which one I thought it was, the seal, with the water test shouldnt take more than an hour. This location is slow, doesnt properly communicate with customers, and needs a few lessons in customer service.

I came in for a tire patch and luckily didn’t need to get anything repaired! Robby assisted me and even came to the waiting room and showed me the nail, which didn’t puncture my tire! Robby is very informative and gave me the best service! He followed up on the age of my tires and I certainly love that kind of honesty! If you live in Finneytown, go see Robby, he is kind and knows how to do business! Thank you so much Robby! I will definitely be back to get my tune ups and tire purchases :)

How often do you have a thoroughly satisfying customer experience anymore? That’s what I just had here: Beginning with the initial contact making an appointment to check a slow-leak tire, when the man made sure my tire was sufficiently aired up and safe to travel until I came back in the next day. To prompt service on appointment day, when they found a nail and repaired it at no charge! (I had bought tires there before.) Customer chairs were spaced not just in the “waiting” area, but throughout the tire showroom — and cleaned three times a day. Everyone wore masks, all the time. I don’t often rave about a place, but I’m raving now. Thank you, Tire Discounters!

They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need or give me a bunch of BS, they where nothing but honest and very far with me and didnt know I was a former tech. I will be going back!

I brought my car in right after opening for a new set of 4 tires. I was told that the installation would be done today and that I would be called when it was ready. At 2:45, having not heard anything, I called the store and was told that it was on the rack and they needed to put the tires on. He estimated 45 minutes. I walked to the store from my home and arrived at 3:30 pm. At the counter, I was told the exact same thing, in the exact same words (I assume it was the same guy that I had spoken to on the phone.) I was told it would be about 45 minutes.As an excuse, the two front desk people (one obviously a manager) and the tire technician, all complained in unison about how busy they were.About an hour later (30 minutes after closing) my car was finally finished.Customers understand busy. Customers understand delays. What they cant understand is being told one thing and then seeing another. If youre delayed... own up to it, give a reasonable expectation, and follow through on it.

Decent service, but they charged me for an optional service called Road Hazard despite telling me they wouldnt. I twice asked for a refund for this, and despite being told theyd do it, they never refunded my money. Slimey business practice. I will buy my next tires elsewhere.

Feel like I been totally ripped off. Good people it’s seem like but bad customer service. How do one call me for an alignment and pays cash and still didn’t have what I wanted done to my car. Never again I paid $160 to wait for my car and to drive away unserviced. Should I call the police cause I really feel robbed?

Waited in line for 20 min while one guy behind the counter talks to customers as if hes a salesman and then when I get to the front to get an emergency flat fixed he says they cant get me in. I went next door to CarX and got service immediately I will never go to another Tire Discounters

While in a bind, they did everything they could to make sure I got what I needed and was put safely back on the road. They have earned my business for here on out. Highly highly recommend

Enjoy the service I usually receive. The people at the desk are nice and respectful. Have been going here for awhile. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at times that works with my busy schedule. There’s also one employee who always seems irritated and in a bad mood when needing to wait on walk in customers or customers coming up to ask about their vehicle. A neighborhood shop should know that neighbors talk and if you’re “that employee” that customers try to avoid dealing with, you cost your company business when the customers begin realizing that a certain employee maintains a bad an irritated demeanor.

TD has now re-won my business for the second time. They have done so by putting my best interests first. Before the sale, the store manager was able to very quickly assess what I was looking for. He asked me the right questions, answered mine, and provided a great value on high quality tires that also came with deep manufacturer rebates. Later, just before putting my car on the lift, he called me to offer an even better option on a competitors set of tires that had just become available in his store - and they were an American brand! I would have never known the difference if he hadnt called me. But I am so glad that he did.TD is very easy to work with, and I appreciated the time they took to teach me as much as I was curious about tire technology, what they look for, and what I can expect and should be aware of. I now have a better understanding of why the tires I bought are the best for my wife and children and our busy schedule. Thats what matters to me, and I cant wait to hear my wifes comments after she takes it out for her first drive tomorrow...

Great place to get tires! Spoke directly to the store manager (JR) who provided excellent customer service. This store can order just about any tire you need. Camaro winter tires are hard to find but JR made it easy! Scheduled my appointment and had my tires switched out in no time. Mike finished the transaction, left out a happy customer. I put air in my front tires that had been a little low the night before an 89 mile trip mostly on I-71. The tires appeared the same as I had left them the night before when I left. As I arrived at my destination, a man called to me from a passing truck asking if I knew I had a flat tire. I had had no indication there was anything wrong--no blow out, no apparent tipping of the car. I had to keep my appointment and could not get help with it until after. I was a long way from home in bad weather and had to get what help I could at the time. I was concerned that the tire had been fixed properly and worried that it might have been damaged and would wear unevenly with the other tire. I make the same trip every 2 weeks and needed to know my tires were dependable. I had bought all 4 tires at Tire Discounters and made an appointment to have them look them over. The man I talked to on the phone was very courteous and said they would be happy to check the tires for me. I was very relieved to hear the stem had been fixed properly and there was no damage done to the tire by going flat. There was no charge because nothing had to be fixed.All my questions were answered and I learned that the amount of air put in tires during cold weather is 3 lbs. greater than during warm weather. I was assured that I could bring my car in twice a year and Tire Discounters would be glad to adjust the tire pressure for me. I was very happy for the service and courtesy I was given and plan to always purchase my tires from Tire Discounters.

Friendly staff, but understaffed. At the time, I was not the only person complaining about their slow service.I went in because my Tire Pressure Sensor light was on. Afraid it was a flat tire that they already fixed, I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. 2 hours later I call in for a status and they say its ready for pickup (he said he didnt call me because I called before he had a chance. They said all the pressures are fine, no leaks, they even tightened the valve stems for good measure. No charge. Great... But why is the tire pressure sensor light on if nothing is wrong? Not sure. He gave me possible problems but Im thinking, well, why didnt you fnd the problem and fix it if you have possible causes?

All the staff are very nice. The shop manager and his team all took time to explain what exactly was going on with my vehicle when the shop was closing, they took us in because we literally had just caught a flat!

I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 12:50, they didnt take my car back until around 2:00, it wasnt finished until after 3:00 and they had to be reminded to reset the oil change notification.

Set appt for 2pm. Dropped car off, and returned 40 minutes later & vehicle still not looked at. I had to ask about car at 3pm, still not looked at. I made my displeasure known! I hope its better next time, too many good places to go, I like the convenience, but willing to look other places if its not better.Communication makes everything better!!!!

Had a rough day at work, and on the way home, I had a flat. Called them at 6:45p. They was closing at 7pm, but stayed till I got there. I had told them if they would put it on the rim, that I would take care of it. They took the time,to put it on any way. I owe them many thanks. There kindness helped soften a very bad week for me. Walked in to get my tire plugged and they had a special for free. I wasnt able to get it done because of where my hole in my tire was located but it was quick, convient and honest. I would definitely come back for other services.

I went to get an oil change, I called the finneytown location 30 minutes in advance to get an appointment. When I arrived it seemed like the representatives were overwhelmed with 2 customers ahead of me. After 15 minutes of patiently waiting I asked the gentleman about the oil change service and if I could be done by noon, it was 9:15.. he assured me it would be! Long story short I went back at 10:45 and my car had yet to be moved or checked out by anyone. Very poor service, no urgency and lack of communication is how I would describe my experience.

I thought I was going to have to buy a new tire because of my flat but it turns out it was only the air valve. They replaced it for super cheap.

My vehicle needed two new wheel bearings. I was told that the service would only take a few hours. Two hours into the work, I was informed that one of the bearings could not be located at any local vendors and the soonest they could get the part was the next day. Obviously I was quite upset about this. I returned to the store two hours later to find that the part had been located and installed on my vehicle. JR was very helpful in explaining the situation. Even though it took longer than anticipated, the original issues were resolved to my satisfaction and I trust that the work was done competently.

Slow, messy Fri night oil change and tire rotation. 2 hr 20 min despite having an appt. Only one tech available at low volume store. Inspection report was created but neither provided nor discussed, though I did snap a picture. Expected to get info on brake pad status and battery check. Fresh oil drips under hood on engine cover, intake manifold, radiator hose and radiator cover were not wiped. Oily fingerprints all over driver door frame. Finally my driver info center Trip A mileage counter was reset for some reason.

Been bringing cars here for tire/wheel work, alignments, etc for years. Very helpful... theyve never tried to get me to spend money on things that dont need fixing.

I went in to have car looked at for low oil pressure light on and service engine soon light on. The person I was talking to at the counter did not really want to help me push me off to the side and told me to write my name and number down and he will give me a call when he get a chance. Take it in mind I wasnt on the phone I was right in front of him in person with the computer right in front of him. I told him nevermind I started to walk away and then he wanted to explain there really was no need for explanation he just didnt want to help me I would never go to that location again or even a tire discounters. It was the Tire Discounters on Winton Road across from Krogers in Finneytown

I went here a couple months ago to get a new tire after I ran over something. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the mechanic told me that the tires are in terrible shape and I needed four brand new tires. I got the car a couple months before this experience from a trusted friend and mechanic who just put four new Good-Year tires on the car. No visible wear could be seen on the tires. He just tried to take advantage of me because he thought I was a naive 18 year old. Took it next door to the Car-X and got excellent costumer service. The mechanic told me the other three tires were in great condition. I have always went to Tire Discounters, but will not go anymore.

They are friendly and I feel they are honest and up front with you. Their prices are reasonable.

Be wary when having tires installed. I had locking lugnuts on my wheels, they stripped the socket, and could not remove it costing me an added expense and going to dealer to repair, not to mention having to go back to install the tire. Then they broke the TPMS sensor and could not replace because their programming machine was broken.Personnel were all friendly, prices were competitive and fair. Free alignment was a big plus

Great place and JR is the absolute best. Guy was cool and nice even though the phones were ringing off the hook and people kept coming in. Got 4 new tires and an alignment and so far, I am happy.

Ive been going to this location for years without any issue. Two months ago I had a battery replaced and ever since then the car hesitates when starting particularly in the morning or cold. I just had a chance to stop in yesterday and have them look at it. They tested the battery and its fine. That the issue could be coming from anything probably electrical. Asked if theres any other tests they could do, no. Where would they reccomend me to take it, an electrical specialist. Id avoid this place if I were you. After paying $200 for an oil change and a battery thats caused issue since installed, I expect better service than, could be anything, sorry for your luck. Today, it wont start at all.

Stopped by last week to get 1 of my tires looked at. I wanted to get it patched up because there was a nail in it. I was informed that it couldnt be fixed & I needed a whole new tire.. I was also told they couldnt find the lug nuts to take off my tire. They searched the trunk, glove department, arm rest.. nothing. They said I should take it back to the dealership and ask for the lug nuts. At the dealership we pop open the trunk & there are the lug nuts! I was also able to get my tire plugged (fixed) & get a oil change all within a hour at Carx in Westchester. I didnt need a new tire like they were trying to sell me.

They took me in right away, but they need more help. Always short staffed.

Only place I go to get my oil changed in my Jeep. Very honest. I always find out if they can do what needs to be done first before going anywhere else.
