Had an excellent experience with Screenmobile of Cincinnati. Service reps Corey and Rob were knowledgeable, hardworking, personable and patient. Had a tricky patio screen door and they made it work well and to my satisfaction. Prices were reasonable and fair. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Philip Cash was really wonderful. He was trusting, efficient and really kind while replacing every screen in my home. I would absolutely recommend Cash (and Regis who was my point of contact). I contacted this company 3 times last week. Each time I spoke with a person and was told they would have someone call me back and discuss what i need to have done. Nobody ever returns my call. The last person I spoke with told me he was personally escalating my call. After much frustration, I do not want to do business with this company that has such shoddy customer service.

Regis responded within the hour to all my of emails, and when the time came, Cory came and did an excellent job. Not only did they install my screen quickly and efficiently, but he fixed my door for me as well! It’s hard to find great people like this these days and I highly recommend them. I will be using these great guys again to install another door and more screens throughout my house. Excellent work. Thank you.

I contacted Screenmobile for repair of my screened in porch. I got thru quickly and within a few days I had an estimator at my home for measurements. I was put off right away due to the fact I was told multiple times just how difficult the job would be, lots of sighing by estimator? I needed a new screen door and sections of the porch needed to be rescreened. I was told the construction of the porch was old and too high and scaffolding would be needed to reach because the porch sits above a garage. The downspouts were in the way. I asked for an estimate with the repairs or all new screens and frames. I was told I would be getting a call back. Its been two months and not a word. It was apparent for the beginning that this company wasnt interested in the job. Dont go to the extent of coming out discouraged a potential customer and then never get back with them.

I spoke with Regis and received a quote for French screen doors. Corey completed the measurement and installation. These guys were on time, knowledgeable, and the install went perfectly. I am hiring them again for additional work at my home. Thanks for a great experience!

I spoke to this company regarding installing a screen door at my daughters house. I asked for a quote, and the person on the line repeated my request “you want a quote for putting in a screen door?” I told them yes and was quoted $100. I thought that sounded great so I asked again” that includes the door?” Yes! the man said. I repeated “$100 for the door and installation?” He replied “$100”. So I booked an appointment for August 25th at 9 AM which was a couple weeks away from our phone conversation. He was a nice man on the phone. August 25th comes and we wait, watching for them at 9 AM. We wait 30 mins and their truck finally rolls up. A young man comes to the door and says “two windows and a door right?” No, I said, it is supposed to be a screen door installation. He then asked me if today was Wednesday. It’s Tuesday I said. He scrolled through his phone and then said there must have been a mix up. I told him what had been quoted and what for. He said he would go to his truck to see if he had one, he also talked about “building one”. He came back from his truck and said to install a door it would be $239. He said “you may be able to work something out with them since they messed up”. I offered $150 but was told no, they would not do it for that. Very frustrating after you wait two weeks and then because of their apparently poor organizational / communication / customer service skills, my daughter does not have a screen door. I could have called another company and probably had a screen door installed a lot sooner at a fair price.

Edit: After receiving an email stating what happened. Im giving 4 stars for communication and Ill be getting an estimate from them.Ive called twice. Gave all my information twice also and never received a call back!

Screenmobile installed our retractable double French door screens. They had the quote available within minutes, product ordered within hours and installation completed in two weeks. The team is VERY responsive and easy to work with. Professional and great experience. Highly recommend it.

I had my screened porch re-screened on June 9th, 2020. Elias and Cory worked for four and 1/2 hours, solid, with two of those hours in a downpour of rain, to get the job done. I am very impressed with the finished results and the affordability of this service. Its nice that they repair your screens in place. I dont have the capability to remove the screens to take them somewhere to be repaired. I also appreciate that they cleaned up any residual debris of the existing screens or webbing. Not all handymen clean up after themselves once the job is done! I highly recommend this company and know you wont be disappointed either.

Screenmobile did a fantastic job installing our new screen door! My husband and I were pulling our hair out trying to get a screen door to fit and install ourselves....it just wasnt happening. Screenmobile came to our house, custom fit the door to our needs right on site and it is perfect. Even better, the price was EXACTLY what they quoted on the phone - parts, labor, tax all included. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
