I recently had Queen City Awning install a new awning on my house. I had the same awning installed in 2003 and it lasted until now; 18 years. They had my exact measurements and pattern from my original order and made and installed it in 6 weeks from the initial order.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! All I get are excuses from QCA. Specific issues I keep getting excuses for are a) inaccurate initial measurements, b) poor/cheap workmanship of awning product, c) very poor quality assurance inspections, and d) repeated days-off-work from my end to meet QCA work-crews.

We like the upgrade material that we have.

We purchased a 12 by 8 sun blind for our fourth floor condo deck. Love the sun blind very much. So smooth. Great installation. Easy to move up and down on cable; no stress on 70+ shoulders to do so. Now our kitchen is cooler also, as a result of the blind on the deck opposite the kitchens sliding glass door. Workmen were very courteous and respectful of everything. Highly recommend.

We needed an awning as we have a very strong west sun in the late afternoon. Queen City Awnings service is more than excellent. Andrew came out to our home to access our needs and gave several recommendations. He returned to verify measurements and brought samples of fabrics to choose from. The awning is installed. The servicemen were so polite and made sure we were happy and knew how to operate the remote. Nice to be able to use from inside the house. If you want an awning, you only need Queen City.

We had a great experience. The visit to the showroom took no more than 20 minutes to figure out exactly what we were looking for. The next day the Sales Rep came to the house, measured, picked fabric and provided us a quote. The installation was flawless with very qualified people. This is the third awning my family has gotten from Queen City Awning. The one I installed on April 10 was a replacement for one that had been up constantly for 10 years over my deck. The installers that came were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The awning is fairly large, came in 3 pieces, so it needed expertise to be installed properly which it was. They cleaned the infrastructure and coated any rust spots. They also worked on the 4 outdoor screens on my deck and got them back in shape. Very happy with Queen City Awning.

Bought a solar screen for our patio. Installers were very friendly and showed up on time. Screen works great to block out sun, and we received great follow up from the company for our questions after install.

The crew were on time and professional. The Vista 7005 solar screen serves my need perfectly and looks great!

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the installers were great. I got my measurements from the sales women Kelly. I agreed to the price and the 6 week waiting for installation. I also had to wait another week to get a morning appointment. My porch was all cleaned off and ready for installation. Well they measured wrong and it had to be remade. The customer service is horrible. Her name was Chris. I had to wait another 10 days to get a morning installation. No price adjustment or compensation, just like it or leave it. Please use another company

AVOID!!!Purchased an awning for my deck. After only two week the awning is uneven. I contacted them and they say they would need to send a service person out at a cost of $130. The awning was not installed with enough pitch for ANY rain to run off. After the sale service is TERRIBLE!
