Our finished product is beautiful! There were a few set backs along the way. Communication was not great. The gentleman that answers the phone was unable to provide any information, throughout the process. Calls were not returned and our awning arrived a month behind schedule. However, they did offer a discount for our trouble.

A very good experience working with Main Awning and having my new awnings installed this week. Les was on time to our appointment, was prepared and understood exactly what I wanted for my windows. The awnings were ready in a week and a half. The Sunbrella canvas is warrantied for 10 years and the finished product looks well done inside and out. The price was very reasonable! Now if he only could do my landscaping too ....thanks !

After taking a look at what Main Awning & Tent had to offer and meeting with a sales rep it was an easy decision to choose them to install our awnings. The man in the office were extremely helpful and our sales rep answered all of our questions. The picture of the how the awning would look on our home really sealed the deal for us.

We had a very positive experience with Main Awning. We were looking to put a canvas roof over an existing pergola we had as we wanted to be able to use the outdoor kitchen area if it was raining. I showed Les a picture of what I was looking for and he was able to create exactly what we needed. The Sunbrella fabric curtains he did for us turned out beautiful, but after the install I contacted Main Awning to let him know we needed to have a few more button fasteners for so the wind doesnt blow the curtains up when in closed mode. Main Awning called us back right away and said that they would take care of it. Main Awning is very customer service oriented and pays attention to detail. We are very pleased with the experience and the end result.

I recently had a patio cover installed at my home in Mason by Main Awning & Tent. My neighbor recommended them. I called the office and set up a time for a sales person to give me an estimate. The salesman was on time, and very helpful. He emailed us a picture of what the awning would look like.
