I know this place has mixed reviews but seriously Will was amazing. Yes, I think you might be calling a personal line (as another review stated) but he was friendly and ready to help. I needed an estimate to determine whether I should make a claim on my insurance and he figured out cost within minutes, and went further to find out if the window was in stock right away. He scheduled my repair for the next day and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He showed up when he said he would, replaced my window perfectly, cleaned out the car, and charged me a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Need to have a business landline! Very unprofessional and rude. Definitely wouldn’t do business with this company

Unreliable, window was busted out, they were supposed to come fix it that day, never showed up, ignored my calls. Normally with a broken window it helps to have it fixed when you are expecting it as I then had to go out and spend extra money to get it wrapped until I was able to get a new appointment.

I live on the same street as the company owner and as a neighbor he has always been willing to help anyone anytime and most of the time he is ready to help before hes asked.

Had my windshield replaced. Came to my work to do it. Beat everyones price and was a breeze to work with. Definitely recommend. Someone saying he wont honor a groupon coupon is probably because he was already giving them the deal within his quote.

One ring and goes straight to what sounds like an individuals personal voicemail. On top of that, the mail box is full and cant accept any messages!! Not a good 1st touch point with a possible new customer!

Would leave 0 stars if possible! Horrible customer service! Owner will not honor their Groupon coupon!!! Buyer beware!!!
