I called for a passenger window replacement for my work truck and they were able to send someone out to the truck the same day. The entire process of getting my windshield replaced today was a breeze!The gentleman in the office (Trevor, I think) handled my claim with insurance quickly and accurately over the phone a couple days ago. Called around to a couple of local windshield replacement services as well as Safelite, and Clearshield offered the best price and fastest service time. Scheduled the appointment on a Monday and the next day was able to have the windshield delivered and installed (a big plus is that its included in the price, versus an extra $30 for Safelite). Joe, the technician, was prompt and professional and gave ample notice before arriving, and then had the new windshield installed in less than 30 minutes. They replaced my side window 2.5 years ago after it was smashed by a would-be thief. Took care of it the next day after other shops couldn’t or wouldn’t locate the replacement. ClearShield checks all the boxes! Ive used them several times for company vehicles. Today I brought a vehicle in for a chipped windshield and they were finished in 15 min. Joe fixed my windshield the day after I called. Originally we had planned on having him come to me, but it was supposed to rain all day, so we waited to see and as it started, he asked if it would be alright if I came in for my appointment.
