Bought a car here and Ive had service done here a handful of years now. Reasonably priced and they have a ton of space to work on cars. I think they advertised the best warranty on used cars there is. 5 years, 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).Im glad I bought my car when I did, just before the election!

I’ve purchased several cars, both new and used and this was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Steve was super friendly without being pushy and was very knowledgeable. Everyone we encountered was courteous and we never felt pressured. I left excited to own a minivan despite spending most of my adulthood swearing I’d never own one.

It is very hard to find a good service center at a dealership and this one is clearly not it! I had a 10a appointment and dropped my car off so I didnt have to sit around at a dealership for hours. When you drop your car off apparently that means your scheduled time no longer matters because theyre just going to push you back until they have time for you. I finally received a call at 4:30p and was told that they couldnt duplicate the problem, but my car was ready. Since they took over 6 hours to not find anything the available ride I had was no longer available so I got over there as soon as I could. Since this is my first time going to the service center, and they didnt mention it when they told me my car was ready, I was unaware they close at 6p. When I went to pick up my car at 6:30p I almost wasnt able to pick it up because almost all the service staff had gone home. So to recap...I took off work just so they could keep my car for 6.5 hours and not fix the problem. Ive actually been wondering if they even looked at my car because the problem is very clear and it doesnt take a mechanic to notice it. To make things even worse on the receipt I received it says they did a complimentary car wash and without a doubt not a drop of water or soap touched my car. I would not trust this dealership again if it were the last dealership in the whole city!

They give me a long waiting time About just car wash. When I go for oil change nobody wants to take me at the counter. I can spend money somewhere else but not this dealership. Garbage service.

This review is regarding the service department. I had an issue where I called in to confirm they had a replacement key fob. When I got there to get it replaced they were very busy. They ended up not having the part, but Molly made sure to take care of the issue and reimburse me for the time spent waiting. I would highly recommend using their services for the top notch customer service.

The service team simply DO NOT CARE and it shows from their actions and their attitude.Purchasing my new CR-V from Superior Honda of Cincinnati was a BIG mistake. The vehicles telephone connectivity has never worked properly from day one. The phone disconnects intermittently, sometimes working for over and hour, at other times it disconnects every few minutes. Since I navigate via my phone, this causes frequent distractions and is a safety issue. I have tried three different phones, including two new phones as well as 17 different cords. I have tried to obtain warranty service for this, even having left the car with them for a few days at a time. Despite being told over and over that the problem is intermittent, they only test it for about ten minutes before claiming all is fine or that the cord is the problem. They keep the car but basically do NOTHING. This amounts to a refusal to honor the warranty.Stay away from this place.

At first I was a little intimidated with contacting a big dealership because my credit situation is not ideal. I came in contact with Walter and explained everything to him and he immediately got with his manager to see what they could do for me. I visited the dealership a total of three times and was treated fantastically every time. The process took a little over a week but I was updated in every step. I was looking for a larger sedan or a mid size SUV, and was presented with different options. I ended up getting a 2018 Ford Escape, and I am extremely happy with it. The day Walter told me to come in to do paperwork was smooth and easy. I had my 6 month old son with me and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The car was clean and ready to test drive, with no warning lights or sounds. I am extremely grateful for Superior Honda because they made the impossible, possible. Definitely will recommend to friends and family, thank you guys again!

I bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I never owned a Honda but my experience with buying the car was great. As far as service, it wasn’t as I expected it. My first time I went to get my car serviced, they spelled oil in the engine bay without even bothering to clean it. So I had to clean it myself. The second time I went there, they told me I needed to pay a bizarre amount to get my brake system checked when the car didn’t even have 8k miles on it. My recent visit was really the worst. I sat there for 4 hours to get my oil changed. Then they told me one of my tires had a puncture in the wall and it was irreparable. When I refused their service ( because I already had tires for my other car sitting around), they didn’t rotate the tires and they didn’t wash the car, which is understandable because at the end of the day it’s a service that costs money to do. What bothered me was that I checked all 4 tires for the puncture and I only found a nail that was absolutely easy to take out and it wasn’t even in the sidewall like they mentioned. So, I plugged it myself. The people who are supposed to take your car out from the service area to park it outside played with the seats, mirrors, and had the A/C on high ( which doesn’t bother me but it’s kinda unprofessional). I never have any kind of problems when I take the BMW to get it serviced.(Picture of tire included)

Fantastic experience that started by simply putting in a request online. Walter Evans reached out to tell me they were closed for the evening but he’d get back to me the next day. First thing in the morning I got another message. I was able to meet that day and Steve Kaplan was fantastic. I got the chance to meet Jesse as well and then finished up with Rick in the business office. I really can’t say enough good things. Zero pressure, amazing job by everyone involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!! Went to see what they had available was ready to buy. Well they had two 2018 accords. Went on a test drive in the 18 LX car ran great no problems. How ever they were selling a 2018 with 25k miles for brand new 2021 and 2022 prices. Car was being drove by a sales man, golf clubs in the trunk. Paper in window said 22k miles but odometer said 25k. Car had scrathes and deep scratches. Pointed them out to sales man he said would a $100 off be a good price? No, came back with second offer of $800 off. Who in their right mind would buy a 2018 with 25k in that condition for 27,500? I recommend you all do your research dont let these dealerships get over on you. If you dont believe me feel free to try tbem out.

Disorganized. Quoted price and it went higher in next phone call. Negotiated lower price. Came to pick it up and they didn’t have the work completed after 2 days. Price was higher in person and had to talk to someone about fixing it again. Brought in the next day when part was supposed to be in. Called ahead to ensure part was there. Told 1.5 to 2 hours for install of cellnoid. It would be less time if I waited. After waiting one hour was told that it would be at least a few more hours. Terrible customer service

Horrible service! The salesman seemed to be very helpful but it was a facade just for a sell. After waiting HOURS literally I was told they were backed up I’ll get a call in the morning. I was away from home and my car decided to not start one morning (not the battery or starter so I was hoping it was nothing more than the fuel pump). I had to get back on the road ASAP and I looked up Honda service places near me to find one. I found Superior Honda and hoped they could get me back on the road in a day or two. Instead, with David Fischers help, he got me back on the road in less than 7 hours!! He was superb! Kept me in the loop about the progress being made on my vehicle and what needed to be done. Very disturbed that a company will allow you to pay out a pocket for a repair when you allow them to know you have a warranty. I guess calling in a claim is too much leg work. I told the Service Advisor I had a Warranty called the “The Big 5” from Performance Honda he told me I was only allowed to use it at that Dealership which was false information… It doesn’t matter the price of the cost the honestly is what attracts business. My husband and I bought a new car from this dealership. Our salesman was Joe and our experience with him has been negative. We told him what we like to buy and he gave us a few followed up phone call. He told us on the phone that we could pay the car using credit card and we went to the dealership, test the car, and ready to pay. We could not use our credit card because the fee would be to high for the dealership. He drove me to our house to get my check book. First red flag.Second red flag, we also bought body moulding for the car. Joe told us he would follow up with us regarding when we could come and have the body moulding install. We waited and he never call. I had to call 4 times to reached him, he did not even apologized and he seems annoyed that I follow up. When we bought the car, he told us they could install the body moulding on the weekend. When technician called us they told us that it was not true. I am disappointed with Honda superior service, especially Joe as salesman. The positive thing is only that we like the car and the technician did a good job with the body moulding.Edit: The reply below stated that they dont have my name on the system because we purchased it under my husband name. We bought a 2021 Honda Insight, the color is red.

I dont typically write negative reviews but have been let down by this dealership on three separate occasions1. Called to check if a part was in stock. No answer. Walked in later in the day to pick up said part from the parts department. Was instructed that the parts person would arrive shortly. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes. Left empty-handed.2. A few weeks ago, I was interested in buying a car that recently arrived in-stock. Called to schedule a test drive. Was told the salesman would call me back. Left my number. Never heard back.3. Went in to pick up some parts to repair my Honda. Was charged 30-60% above MSRP on said maintenance parts.Ive subsequently taken my business to the Colerain dealership, even though its an extra 15 minutes out of the way.

Superior, I say this with a heavy heart, you are not SIMPLY Superior anymore. After having purchased my 2015 Civic Si Coupe here for a good deal, and having good warranty service, I hoped I’d find another deal when searching for a 2020 Civic Hatchback in December of 2019. Despite seeing a 6-Speed model (what I wanted), the salesperson wanted over $2500 over MSRP for the car (this was pre COVID, mind you), with no thought given to my loyalty. This was the first problem. Fast forward to 2021, my car had a well-documented failure occur, causing an accident. The vehicle had 20,000 miles on it, so I trusted Superior would work with Honda to make it right. Boy, was I wrong! They accused me of a laundry list of things, most of which I had no idea what they were saying. Then, the Service Manager gave me the run-around, and blamed the fault on me. Afterwards, I agreed to let them make a quote for the damage repairs, a very big mistake. Not ONLY did they hold my car hostage for 2 weeks, they ordered parts without my consent or agreement to repair, and the body shop called this stunt “part of the process.” When I was finally able to free my vehicle from the clutches of Superior, I took it to a different reputable dealer and body shop and had the work completed for much less than Superior’s ASTRONOMIC quote, in about half the time Superior said was their “optimistic” estimate. All in all, Superior falls into the same bin as Jeff Wyler now, a terrible dealership that exists solely to get one over on unsuspecting consumers. This place has experience a dramatic shift in the quality of work, no wonder they can’t keep service workers anymore.

I am buying a car today and am just trying to decide which one. My boyfriend and I went into the showroom here just wanting to ask if we could do a test drive. 2 people came by to ask if we’d been helped. We said no, they said they’d try to find someone to help us and walked away. Meanwhile an employee was sitting near us alone. We assumed he was working on something and wasn’t able to assist us until an older couple walked up. He then went immediately up to them asking if he could help them and ended up leading them back to his table. My boyfriend and I waited several more minutes and the employees never came back by. Update: Someone did finally call my daughter and the rock chip has now been fixed.I co-signed for my daughter to buy a used 2018 car there. The car had a rock chip in the windshield. They promised they would call her to set up a time to bring it in and get it filled in. They never called to schedule after my daughter called them several times. Also once she got driving down the Highway, there was a strong smell of weed coming through the vents of the car. Will never shop there again.

I went in to get an airbag recall taken care of for my 2005 Civic. I was addressed by David Fischer and he was friendly and open about the process the minute I pulled in. He even addressed a few other parts I was after and answered some questions I had. Funny guy, too. I was a little worried about some screws or plastic parts being broken since the cars a little older and has a few fixes that need addressing here and there, but it was like no one was in my car. Great seating area as well.

Superior Honda wasted two whole weeks of my time and were not able to fix the issue with my car during this entire time. I took my 2016 Civic here for an air conditioning issue (compressor) and was told it would be nearly $1,500.After agreeing to this price, since the 2016 Civic AC unit has a 1234 Freon system and cannot be repaired by your neighborhood mechanic, I was told that it would take a week to receive these parts from the manufacturer.I was supposed to be in Ohio for a few days on my way to Arizona, and thus needed the AC for the Southwestern heat, and had no choice but to wait. HOWEVER, even after a week, I was told it would be AT LEAST another week, with no guarantee.Being that I had a set start date for employment, I waited as long as I could before I had to leave and the shipment STILL hadnt come in, a full week after I was told that the parts would arrive. I had to drive 2,000 miles in the summer heat into Phoenix (mean temp. 110 F) with no air conditioning after waiting two full weeks for absolutely nothing.Obviously Superior Honda has no control on the speed at which mail arrives, but this whole two week nightmare could have been avoided had they not jerked me around, not wasted my time, and given me an honest estimate of the arrival of the parts.Superior Honda wasted my time for two whole weeks and sent me away with absolutely nothing. I did not receive any apology or consolation. They offered no work around and denied all of my requests for a temporary fix just to get me to Phoenix. Take your business elsewhere.

Great experience, specifically with William. After making an appraisal appointment, he had the car I was interested in clean and ready to go for a test drive. He knew the issues that I was having with my previous car, and took a driving route that let me see how the Honda Fit would handle roads that were previously difficult with my Focus. During the buying process, he went above and beyond in helping me with financing. This was my first time purchasing a new car, and his patience is what made me decide to buy from Superior.

After a long weekend with the end being a flat tire due to a Cincinati city pothole i wasnt in the greatest of moods. To add to it I had to have the car towed and play phone tag to figure out what was going on with my car. But after realizing how busy the service department was and being treated with the upmost respect from David they have earned a customer. Hell I may even look at getting my truck there after my car lease is up. All in all I had an awesome experience, and they were able to get me back on the road. Great job guys.
