Their service department did a great job repairing an older Yamaha ATV that their competitors would not work on because of the age. Very professional and fast turnaround time.

Every experience I have with this place is a nightmare. From parts availability. To even knowing what parts are in stock. Not ordering parts I had them order. Not answering phones. Really wish there was a place I could take my bike that seemed like they wanted my business.

You really have no idea what you have there in Cincinnati. I live in Houston and have known the service manager Mike Zude going back to 1990. He is THE best. Period. No one will take as much care and attention to detail as Mike. If he makes a recommendation, you would do well to follow his advice because he knows his stuff

Im actively seeking to buy a Honda CB500X or potentially its equivalent. I visited this store when I was the only customer in it, and was ignored by a sales guy who was busy surfing the net while I threw a leg over a few machines. I couldnt find the CB500X they had advertised, so I finally interrupted sales guy to ask him where it was. He got up and took a few steps. After looking around, he replied, I think we sold it, and sat down again. Didnt ask my name, ask what I was looking for, or evince any interest at all. He clearly saw me as an interruption. Now, mind you, they had TWO of the same bike with the same engine in a slightly different style (CB500F). Either one might have met my needs, but well never know. If theyre going to ignore me when Im trying to buy a motorcycle from them, imagine what kind of service Id get for maintenance and repairs! My advice: Go somewhere where the store might actually want your business.

My father bought me a couple ATVs from here over the years and i bought myself a brand new ATV from here in 2019, always my go to dealership for parts, fluids, and riding gear!

Last time I attempt ordering parts here. Its always a waiting game when ordered and after they took my CC info on a Tuesday they promise it would be in Friday, When I checked my account I saw no purchase, i called and had too wait again for over 20-30 min, then was told that their credit card machine went down on Tuesday but I was never contacted about it. Then they said it would not be in till WEDS of the following week so I had to order it on line to get it on Friday. Their customers services in parts sucks no wonder they have low marks.

I applied online for an ATV last week. Havent heard a yes or no or even a courtesy call that they were working on it. When I applied for my 2021 kx100 at cycle specialties they called the next day and had my bike within a week. Bad business.

Slow service and no return calls

I do not recommend buying or ordering parts here. Its always a waiting game when ordered and they promise a day and never gets it then they say it on backorder after ive been waiting for 2 weeks. They wont even call you Horrible service i will not be buying anything from this place i gave so many chances since the first time i bought a atv from them and it wasnt right had to bring it back multiple times and it was brand new.

Brought my v star up to get the carbs rebuilt and some basic maintenance done to it, it was my first time up there, Tom, the owner helped me out and got my bike done and at decent price and in a week, 15/10 will always be going to Beechmont Motorsports for all my motorcycle needs!

Saturday 2/1/20 just called about recall service on my 16 Yamaha R3 and was amazed at the extra mile the staff went to make you feel all warm and fuzzy about taking your bike in. I’m very weary of letting anyone touch my bike from past experiences with dealerships on my vehicles. This will be my first experience with Beechmont service or any dealer motorcycle service for that matter. I’ll be back to update the whole service experience at a later date. Used the wife’s computer for this review being the R3 is her bike but I’m also taking the R1 in for a TPS recall 04/06 R1 and will update the whole service experience with my own personal review. I was in the market for a new motorcycle, but was having a hard time tracking down the bike I wanted. After a number of phone calls I spoke to Joel at Beechmont Motorsports. Not only did he have the bike I wanted, but we were able to negotiate the price over the phone down to the last penny.Two days later I went to pick up the motorcycle. Joel had the bike ready to go. The paperwork was painless and he even helped me load the bike in the trailer.I wouldnt hesitate to buy another bike from Joel at Beechmont Motorsports. I liked my experience there so much, Im sure Ill be taking my new Yamaha back to their store for my service needs.Side note: Joel was also nice to my wife and two year old daughter who was with me. Youd assume anyone in sales would do this, but not everyone does. He seems to be a genuinely nice guy.

Old review: Places like this are one of the reasons motorcycle ridership is dying.Edit: Okay, I think I caught this business on an off day where the employees were a little dodgy and had a chip on their shoulder. The next 2 times I came in for parts or riding gear the man behind the counter was helpful and when he was busy on the phone the next available person came to ask if I needed help. Having a motorcycle shop nearby is critical for me, and it hurts when I have to resort to going out farther away or playing roulette with the chintzy fake-item infested Ebay and Amazon world when these guys are minutes away.

Lots of merchandise and motorcycles at reasonable prices. Its nice to see and touch the things you are buying.

The sales folks are pretty easy going, and are not pushy compared to other locations. Steve is super helpful specifically, so if you go in ask for him. Ive sent multiple customers his way even though I have yet to buy from him. Hes just been great to deal with, and always willing to talk and answer questions if they have the free time. As far as prices go, they are in line with most dealers. They are also willing to price match as much as they can given their size in relation to other stores.

I would like to say how friendly and helpful the folks at Beechmont Motorsports are. I have bought two scooters from them and they made it a fun experience. Parts department are great also. Looking for new seat for one of our scooters and he was great.

I had an issue with a carburetor rebuild on a Honda GL1200. These guys are the only dealership in the area who work on older bikes. That is worthy of 3 stars. After calling the shop and having done the work myself to replace old 0-rings and vacuum lines, the carbs no longer leak.The only issue I have is that the shop should have let me know the o-rings could be a problem, and that the vacuum lines where brittle. I would have gladly paid them to replace the o-rings and lines when the work was done, rather than have the take the cabs back off of the bike.Tom the owner was respectful and considerate when I spoke with him on the phone. I believe these guys are good folks and worthy of a second chance.

Me and my wife have been there a few times just window shopping, and the salesman is always very nice. Even though I did not buy I know I will in the near future. I really enjoy your shop.

Went to look at an ATV and got some help, found the atv I was interested in and received little to no help. Another customer walked in and seems I didnt exist. Poor customer service.

First experience with them, purchased a quad, and it was enough to lose me as a future customer. Unfortunately, the lacked of internal communication and lack of follow through on things discussed caused enough frustration to send me elsewhere in the future.

Stopped in to look at some bikes, staff was helpful even I disclosed I wasnt going to purchase a bike at this location. Parts staff was awesome too.

Since 2013 I have bought 2 scooters from them, one new, one used. Both were priced right and Tom worked with my financial circumstances to help me get the scooters that I wanted. Steve is awesome and a trip to the shop feels like friends, not an impersonal business. I get to test ride available units and talk scooters a bit with the sale guys. I know several scooter customers of this shop and they have nothing but good to say. Whenever I get questions about my scooter I send people to see Steve. They will be treated fairly and usually have a pretty good inventory to view in the scooter line. I hope to see them in 2018 to look for a second scooter. Go in, get acquainted, look around and you will find the local support you need to keep your scooter running. Thanks Tom and Steve!

Nice place, didnt like how I was approached.. talked to a salesman about getting a bikeand told him I was looking to finance and was told unless I have a 630 credit dont bother... In the manner that acurred that made me feel as if they dont care about the customer they care about the sale only

I was riding through Ohio and my rear tire went flat. Stopped at 3 different places that were unwilling to help. Got in touch with Beechmont and they were EXTREMELY helpful and were waiting when I got here and showed us to air conditioning and took my bike right in.

Terrible experience, dropped off a shock that I was told they could ship off an get rebuilt within a week in June, as of July 31st it hadnt moved from the desk it was placed on when I dropped it off. Worse than that, over a two week period I called and was told to talk to Tom about it. Four times Tom said he would check getting it to somebody to get rebuilt and get back to me either the same day or next day, and never any call. I am not the kind of guy to kick and scream to get you to do your business, figured I would have patience and a responsible person would eventually get something done. That was a mistake, maybe squeaky wheel does get the grease. I only have so many opportunities over the summer to ride with my kids, missed 6 weeks waiting on this.

Went looking for a new half helmet and they had one I liked in my size. Service was very good. The only reason I dont give five stars is be sugar they were having an issue with their credit card system.

Came in on a Saturday after calling ahead to confirm they had 9.48mm valve shim kits in stock. When I arrived, I learned that they would only sell me individual shims for roughly 2 dollars a piece, which means I’d have to spend $600+ on some shims when the kits go for $55 a piece when sold as a kit. I had no other option but to stop working on my bike and order a shim kit in the mail. Changed my rating from 1 star to 5 again because ultimately this happened due to my lack of research and preparation, not an actual issue with Beechmont Motorsports.

Beechmont Motorsports is the best! I brought in my own tires to be mounted this weekend. The price was very reasonable, and the service was extremely fast. I dropped the bike off at 10am and it was ready by 1pm!! I called a couple shops before Beechmont and they wouldnt mount tires unless I purchased them there, and their service times are ALWAYS long. I will definitely be using them for all of my service and parts needs. The staff is also really awesome and friendly, BJ in service was great!

Stopped in to grab some glove liners and a balaclava before heading out on a long cold ride. The first employee that assisted me didnt know what glove liners were but a second employee let me know they didnt sell them. However, I did find a neck gaiter for a reasonable brick-and-mortar price.

Been doing business there for several years. They have the absolute best motorcycle tech in the business. Jennifer is great in parts and the owner is very customer oriented. Will continue to do business with them as long as the current tech stays with them

Came in to get replacement battery - simple Yuasa but they didn’t have one in stock so they ordered one (and I paid for it). I was told it would be ready by end of the business day Friday (yesterday) and would receive a call. I didn’t receive a call so I came in this morning.They didn’t have the battery yet. When asked about it, the service guy said they tried calling a bunch of customers yesterday to update us but all voicemail boxes were full so messages couldn’t be left. However, I had no missed calls on my call log and my voicemail box is not full.They had no idea when the battery would be in. I work with my machines so obviously this is was not a tenable situation. They refunded my account and I left.

The guys were top notch and everyone very helpful. Took my ATV in for work and then later had a carb rebuild and I was impressed with their service department. Great job by BJ in service and Chris the mechanic. Wouldnt hesitate at all to use them again when needed.

Recently had my 1986 VFR serviced after sitting for some time. Mike in service was able to track down my no spark issue quickly and get it back up and running as good as new. Excellent all around dealership.

I purchased a 2017 Grizzly 700 EPS from them back in February. I was in the dealership several times before I finally pulled the trigger. Joel was always patient and informative. He let me know when the bike I wanted was in and had it all ready to go. He even ordered a Viking for my brother at the same time.When I brought the bike home, the handlebars were loose and I called the dealership. The owner immediately drove to my house, picked up the bike took it back to the shop for the quick repairs and then redelivered the bike to my house.They are awesome and assist me with the service issues I do not perform myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have a lot of bikes and motor vehicles, but i didnt appreciate how i was treated. Went In looking for a good bike and had a worker come by and tell me i couldnt handle that bike, without even knowing me?

This was by far one of the most awkward interactions I have incountered in a long time while trying to buy something. I walked in pretty excited and after a few minutes of being inside, the atmosphere left me feeling depressed. It felt like a bunch of introverts were hired to be salesmen. I literally walked in smiling and stated that I sold my last bike and wanted to buy another one. While standing by a bike, I told the gentleman “this is the bike I want to buy”. I figured that was very direct and he might actually want to pay attention to me but he gave me minimal interaction and kept clicking on his computer. I asked if I could test ride before buying and he said I would need to schedule a day in advance to ride. I’m sorry, but if someone told me “I want to buy this bike but I need to at least ride it first”, I would be bending over backwards to make it happen. Long story short, I will buy the exact bike they have, just won’t be buying it there. This place is a joke and I would never recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! My fiancé and I went to buy a bike, not only was it $1,500 over KBB, but they also wanted to offer a 21% interest rate! We ended up going to Cycle Specialties where we could buy a brand new bike cheaper and at an interest rate of 3%.Not to mention the salesman was rude.

Baffled that a crf petcock was $52 for oem or $48 aftermarket. Looked at your part, found it online for $12!!!!!!!!!! A 400% mark-up?! And the woman at the parts desk looks at me with a straight face and says I need to replace my carburetor because the O-rings I need arent on the diagram.....um, what¿? if its not listed on the diagram you have to buy the whole part. So are you basically saying that if I brought in my bike with a fuel leak you guys would replace the carburetor even though I just need an inlet o-ring? Welp, see ya.

I was in the market for tires to fit my Yamaha V Star 650. Id been doing research and settled on the Michelin Commander II. Their prices were very competitive and they were able to mount and balance them the same day with me bringing in the two wheels off the bike. Ive dealt with Justin and Tom for parts and accessories and BJ in service. Ill be wanting a new helmet soon and appreciate Justins expertise. By the way, the new tires are great. They grip much better than the Kenda Kruz I had on the front and the Dunlop 404 on the rear. Thanks, guys for a pleasant buying experience!

Service staff is top notch, but sales staff and parts department can be rude at times. Parts department is overpriced, and I just always walk away disappointed. I keep giving then chances because its a 5 minute drive from home. But to be honest Id rather drive the 45 mins to Middletown Cycle. Those Middletown guys treat me like family and go out of their way to get what I need. Dont bother with Beachmont motosport unless you want to buy a brand new bike at sticker price, otherwise they just dont care about you.

I am so utterly outraged with Beechmont Motorsports. TWO TIMES IN A ROW they have mis-ordered parts for my bike. All I wanted was a new front brake lever for my Kawasaki KLX125L. First time I order it, I get a clutch lever from an RM-85. Second time, I get a front brake lever from an RM-85. The clutch lever fit, and it felt quite a lot nicer than the stock one, so I decided to keep it. However, the brake lever is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The bolt hole is deeper, meaning that it doesnt fit, the part of the lever that keeps it within your reach is over 1 centimeter smaller on the one they sent me. HOW CAN SOMEONE NOT GET AN OEM PART FOR A BIKE??? I have already done a 10 second google search, found an OEM parts warehouse, and ordered a new lever for half of the cost, shipping included.The people were very nice, but the labor rates are high (50 bucks for the installation of a new tire, which I provided, and tube, which the old tire had already been removed) and they are incapable of ordering a part for a dirt bike, even with two attempts.
