I called and left my info for service multiple times and no one (the mechanic) bothers to call me back. I left my name early in the week and they cant even call me in the same week just to tell me when it is possible to bring in my bike for service. I guess when business that good you dont have to care about customer service What a headache.

Family owned and operated. You can tell by how nice they treat ya! I appreciated the attention I got when I was looking for older bike parts. They have a HUGE selection! Blew my mind that a dealership had so much! I can rebuild a few of my old bikes now that I can get replacement tanks and fairings close by instead of cheap Chinese knockoffs from online!

The staff seems nice and they probably do great on parts but they need to update their photos on here. I drove 40 minutes to find out they closed most of the store and it is now just a small glass storefront with maybe 10-20 bikes sitting in a small room with a parts counter. The photos are misleading, there in no vehicle inventory to look at.

I have been using this shop since High school, I am 53 years old. All good experiences, the parts sold to me have always been correct. The service has been excellent. My own buying experiences have been superb, I have recently bought two new motorcycles from this service dealer. Western Hill Honda has been going strong since they opened in 1963.

The environment was upfront and friendly. I had a hit and run accident just up the street from them and they worked well with the insurance agents upon the fix of the incident .They answer the many questions I had, do to the fact I had no idea how the processes worked and maintained professionalism and patients for me to understand what all had to be done. The replacement of the parts I believe was timely mannerly and strongly agree that they didnt halfway anything. Thank you everyone and I will definitely recommend you to people I know.Thank youFor all you customers out there please remember that asking questions on how things are, or done isnt a problem. Its all about having the capacity to learn and understand what to do and how to get whats right for your service.Because you should already know what happens if you assume.

Dropped by bike off for some work. I was informed that it would only take about 2 weeks to have work finished. I called to check on my bike with multiple reason why they would need it longer. I finally got bike back after they had it 2 months. I drove bike home at it on road for all about 5 mile. Restarted it take it out and it will not run. I called they said bring it back it now has more issue then when i took it to them. I ask for money back on the damages was told i would speak to the owner. Than never happened had to pick the bike back up myself and trailer it home do to the fact it does not run. Spoke with owner and he refused to help out with this matter. This is freaking nuts and would not recommend taking anything or anyone here unless you want to get screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know about all the bad reviews... but.... I will share my experience.I just found this shop today. I went there with my 2 small boys to look at dirtbikes and talk to the guys there. EVERYONE was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I didnt buy anything today, I will be back in the near future to buy everything I can for my toys. Their pricing is very fair and these guys say they can get most ordered items in 2 business days. I mentioned I had a Honda snowblower. No problem, they can get parts for that also. :) This is AWESOME to have a local shop that can offer so much. This is worth its weight TO ME in gold. I need a 110 sized dirt bike for my kiddos. This will be the place I purchase it. Thanks guys. 5 stars here. :)

Western Hills Honda is an incredible resource for the vintage moto enthusiast, as Hershel has a huge inventory of rare parts. These guys are all very helpful when you have questions. Its always fun to stop in and see what vintage bikes Hershel has in the back of the showroom.

Theyve taken good care of me. Took my 99 Valkyrie Interstate in for carb cleaning & adjustment a couple years ago. On the way home I noticed a minute little flutter so took it back and they worked on it some more. When it still had that little flutter I thought maybe it was just me and decided to live with it but the manager insisted they wanted to make it right. They took it back again and found the problem and corrected it. It ran as smooth as new after that. Sold that bike & bought a Goldwing. Just had them put a new tire on it for me(completely painless) and plan to return whenever I need someone I trust. BTW, Im in N.Ky and have a Honda dealer a lot closer. Thanks Western Hills

Made 2 offers on a leftover 2012 Yamaha. Kelly Blue Book and other bikes on Cycletrader say my offer was reasonable. Apparently the general manager seems to think a bike thats been sitting in the showroom for 3 years should still get full retail.

My wife and I went to a small scooter store (metro scooter) looking to buy my wifes first scooter. We were treated very poorly so we drove another 30 mins. down the road to western hills. Cant remember the kids name but he treated us great and gave us his full attention even when I was lusting over all the old Hondas. We bought her a new metropolitan and they are even delivering it. BTW we live and hour and a half away. Thanks again and Ill be sure to get my next bike from you guys.

I took my YZ250f for a carb clean and what a hack job they did. They left my sub frame loose, carburator bowl loose, and replaced my fuel line with an oversized line and no clamps which it now leaks fuel. They did not set my idle or the air fuel mixture screw. I also asked them to bleed my brakes and they didnt. They only charged me for 2 maintenance hours which I would of paid more for a quality job. I will never go there again or recommend. Their technicians are hacks!

They did a recal on my road star but didnt keep a record of it. 2000 miles later the bike is leaking oil from the area that had the recal done. Had to call yamaha customer service and they called western hills yamaha. Yamaha was told that they would look at the bike but I would be responsible for the cost of the repairs. Dont waste your time with these people as either they dont know how to work on bikes or they are just to lazy to do it the right way. Beechmont motor sports now gets all of my business.
