I would give this place a negative 20 stars if I could.There was a tall Mexican loss prevention man that followed me around the entire store. I have never stolen anything in my life. When I was checking out and walking out the door he stoped me and asked me if I paid for a few items in my bag. I showed him my recipept that he was wrong, he didnt even apologize that was public defamation of character. I am highly insulted by your store and your employees . However there was a nice lady at the self check out. But I have never heard of a store publicly humiliating someone in that fashion only to find out he was wrong. I would like an apology from that man or there will be serious consequences

Speediness on pick ups and great customer service.

Easy process and fast. Being a mom of two babies this is the best service ever.

I am very annoyed. I was charged for 10 bags in advance. If you can refund the money, you can just charge the correct amount at the time of pickup. As it happens, I had no bags, asked for a refund of the $1 and was told it would happen. I have now, just received a confirmation of pickup with the higher price, no refund and no itemization of the 10 bags. If I dont get the refund ASAP, I am going to complain to the County.

Items were ready for pick up within a few hours. The app is easy to use. As soon as I received the email indicating my order was ready for pickup, I used the APP and clicked On my way. Upon arrival, I was happy to see the employee acknowledged my arrival to the drive up parking area and immediately got my freezer items. Within a minute, I got my order. Great customer service!

To the managers and employee working today at 6:47PM, when will change happen? Multiple events took place to dissatisfied the shopper and your time. I came to see if theres a possibility to exchange the earphones I bought (yes without a receipt)and no one knew the right steps to take. The error caused our time to be extend. Simply, ask the right questions quickly, and communicate with EVERYONE: the customer, staff, manager. come on you can do this.also, I got no recipt with my exchange. lets hope this earphones works, otherwise I will dispute. Excuse me.

My favorite store lol, love target circle offers . Only thing they need to improve is the cleanliness of the bathrooms they’re always dirty, with no toilet paper or hand soap, which Is disgusting because of covid they should keep up with adding more soap in the dispensers

The ability to order something, pay for it, and have it waiting was really helpful. HOWEVER I would have given a 10 had both items I wanted (and needed and paid for) had they both been available. When I purchased both, the website said there was inventory of both, but shortly after I paid, I received an email that one of the items was not in fact available. It turns out however that when I checked in the aisle in the store to buy another of the one I had bought online, the item that was said to not be available, was in fact available! So someone didnt look very well. But the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would purchase things again this way.

Go to target go to get a pep pizza pay for it and sit since they are making it. As Im sitting there with a hungry kid I notice the hot area now has a pep pizza. Crappy service that they couldnt even tell me my pizza was done and someone could have taken it.

I wanted to do a price match item from Walmart.com and the cashier literally told me “you should go to walmart” instead of actually doing the price match as their policy supposedly says. Really poor customer service.

Always preferred Target over Walmart, a bit pricier and less selection but Im a big believer in quality over quantity. Plus I like that I can get most of my favorite items without having to wait for an associate to unlock it from a display.

Love the store layouts, the new renovations that most targets have undergone make the place feel homier. Opposite of their competitors, where I dread going even if they have better deals. Too crowded at the competitors and not as clean. I love shopping at target and their app makes it better. I enjoy getting some deals once in awhile through the circle wallet. One of the best things target has to offer is the drive up experience. I have two little ones so sometimes i dread going shopping, but with drive up I can order online and just wait in the parking lot for my order to be placed in my trunk. I have ordered through drive up quite a bit and have never had any issues.

So I purchased two Healthy Choice frozen meals from the Broadway Chula Vista store the other day for my hubby and I. I heated them in the microwave as per directions. When I looked at mine I about vomited!! The potatoes were black!!! They were rotten!!!The worst part is my hubby ate his before I could stop him lol I pray he doesn’t get very ill from eating these! Target you should be ashamed of yourself for selling rotten food!!! This is disgusting!! I will not be buying these ever again!! And what’s up with the rude people they have been employing there lately too!!! I had a lady I asked for bags three times and she looked at me with a blank stare! When I asked her if she heard me she snapped at me with a horrible tone!! I don’t come to target to get abused by their employees!! She also wouldn’t bag my groceries as she checked them, just piled them up till the end then bagged them. This isn’t a quick sufficient way to bag! I may be going elsewhere if this doesn’t improve!!

Its just a regular Target but not organized compare to other Target.

The attitude the employees gave me throughout my visit. Walking in the store I noticed things on the floor such as trash clothes and price tags. Once I couldnt find the items I WAS INTERESTED IN I asked not one but 7 different employees including two supervisors. I was very patient and understanding but the responses were completely sarcastic.

I came into the store with my mom and grandma. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee who looked bored and didnt bother looking up from their phone. My grandma approached the employee to put hand sanitizer on and she wanted to make small conversation with him and he made a stank face and just nodded to her uninterested. I almost lost my ish, but honestly I rather just go to the Targets in North San Diego. They have better service and less attitude to costumers.

I went there for a gift for my daughter. The cashier was very helpful, Carmen offered amazing customer service and had such a nice smile and well mannered. One of the best cashiers ever. She offered better customer service than other cashiers in the past.

Probably the worst run Target in San Diego. Sad but the store is not well kept, the customer service department does not give you the courtesy of a Hello, we will be right with you. The staff seems pre occupied with other things much more important than customers needs. Who ever is the Manager here needs to be re-trained or re-placed. Morale is always low and the staff never or rarely smiles at you. I do not base this review on one bad visit but rather several visits over the years. They should take a lesson from the Target in Plaza Bonita and it is not because of the neighborhood because the Costco next door is a very pleasant place to shop. It is not the people but a reflection of bad training or lack of supervision by a non-existent management. Shop elsewhere.

Worst experience Ive ever had of all the targets, Ive have ever visited as a Shipt Shopper. I am a Shopper! I am on the clock! My customers orders have already been paid for, all that is needed is a representative to verify my items, so I can begin delivering these items. But yet they make me wait in the worlds longest checkout line with other customers who actually need to have their items checked out and paid for, which is what the line is for! On top of that, the representatives are so rude and disrespectful in general, its like they never took a training in providing good customer service. Will never shop there ever again, until they fix how they treat their on the clock Shoppers and customers, I advise others to do the same.

Glad store was open early. Happy for senior days, but would like more than two per week. Target takes great care in safety, and the crowd was handled well both inside and outside of the store. Store being constantly restocked, and workers helped people so it didn’t become a zoo.

Its been a great with the latest store improvements, its much cleaner now. I will say that the lines are still a bit slow and should really work on that.They could also work on the staffs customer service skills, most members lack this and dull the store experience. Parking is bad.

This store is not Customer friendly. I feel That there is no need for accommodations for the . I’ve been now many occasions and being a handicap person myself. I am never able to find an electron a car that works. On my recent visit to this store the one in on the handicap cart that was available was not charged up and no one saw fit to plug it In.

This Target is always clean, they are taking steps to ensure people stay healthy and social distancing. The employees are friendly and kind which is important during these times.

They are supposedly hiring so I filled out the application and came in to the store the next day with my resume in hand. The manager told me that I was supposed to set up my own interview through the application. Ive gone back in to my application on my phone and a desktop and that is not an option so they obviously just do not want to hire people.

Good one. I bought a portable charger at Target. The guy working there was really cool. He was wearing a shirt of The Smiths. Not only did he know the product but he acknowledged my shirt as well. Anyways I give him a 5!

Found most items and checkout was fast.

The bathroom is horrid and disgusting!! Seriously a woman just took her son in the smaller stall with the toilet looking like that and came out with it looking the same. Scary!!! There were 2 other empty stalls not including these 2 she could have taken him into, but anyways. There is no reason with as many people on shift the bathroom should look like this. If the maintenance is too busy then honey put on some gloves (management) .. I know when I was in management I wasnt above cleaning. Represent your store!! It is your responsibility..Electric carts never charged or always unavailable.. Mess everywhere, come on Target you can do better. It used to be anyway.

Target is a great place to shop for the family on the go. You can get groceries as well as home decor and other items quite quickly. This store has great craft beer as well as snack collections. I definitely recommend visiting for a trip, just be cautious that you will definitely buy more than you were planning to. Great shopping experience. Five stars.

They have some pretty cool finds. Actually found this cool little faux neon light there in clearance aisle. Hoping they had more but I was lucky to find just this one. Affordable too!

Like the fact that the store is not always jam packed like your competitors, parking is easier also. But your employees customer service skills need much improvement.

I went down to purchase a tv, on the website was 379 but when I arrived they did not match the price and I ended up paid 399 at the store. I love target but I hate the experience with employees here. It is usually the same person who gives me trouble. The only time I actually get help is when my favortie cashsier is there. Oakley always helps me find things and helps me find what coupons I can use. I got my target red cards because of her and I hate when shes not there because only a few people are competent here .

I like Target and all the products they sell, but I find the new layout to be confusing, like walking around in a maze. The displays look really pretty but I cant seem to navigate it as smoothly as I used to. I avoiding going as much as possible.

Small selection of instore shoes but great customer service.

First off, this place is amazing. The cookies are like no other, especially their creme-filled cookies. And when I go looking for toothpaste and mouthwash, they have a lot of options to choose from. For office/school, the supplies are of the highest quality, and they even have pens, markers, and colors you might not find elsewhere. And the toys/games section changes to allow for more variety, making it a must-see for the game enthusiast. Highly recommend this place for everyone who truly expects more.

Worst Target ever. I have been to this location multiple times and was happy the first time. It was down hill from there. The employees for the most part or nice and helpful. The actual store is a complete mess. The kids cloths were not stocked. I was actually in shock to see how few racks of clothing there were in the baby/toddler section. I was there looking for plain onesies and they were no where to be found. The stuff that they did have was completely disorganized and not in the correct spots. The time before I went and although the womens underwear was on sale, there were none to choose from. I ended up putting the few I had in my hand down and leaving. Completely disappointed in this store.

The prices and selection are great. They usually dont have somethings because they run out but they will check other stores and they do have them. This store sometimes carries things that are hard to find in other bigger targets so you never know.I have the red card plus I use cartwheel so I always save money and my dog gets cute things that pet stores dont even carry.

This Target is usually pretty clean inside and out. You still have careless shoppers that leave empty shoe boxes on the floor, frozen foods in the checkout line candy section, clothing on the floor, etc. Employees are helpful and somehow put up with all the Spanish speaking shoppers. I admire the employees. I couldnt do their job. The store is well stocked and even has a good grocery section. Overall, I prefer this place over Wal-Mart.

The manager of target and manager of security Martin never explained why I was kicked off the property with the police called on me.I was later informed he has a manager named Perry.Martin called the police on me to leave the property and I cant get a response from Perry Martin or Corporate after a 2 hour conversation with corporate and Martin regarding the misunderstanding.This was December 26th so I thought this matter would be resolved faster.* February 4th - still cant figure out why I was Banned for 1 year from Target lol

Out of frustration for being racially profiled in this Target. I put my middle finger up high for them to see. The biggest F You to businesses like this, is to not give them ANY of your MONEY! Recently I had a wonderful experience in a Target store that was not this Chula Vista Broadway store location. BUT a few days ago at the Broadway location, a worker gave me a bogus rule about their bring your own bag 5 cents credit. I left the store called corporate, kept them on the phone and returned to the store. I had just ate breakfast at that location. I asked for the address of that store, per the customer service representative on the phone. The in store worker, pointed and said the address is on the door. I told her, her rule she spewed out at me is nonexistent. I told her she must be seeking power because she has none in her everyday life, I told her shes pathetic! I was not raising my voice until a mystery manager came over, asking if there is a problem, and telling me not to raise my voice at her, that I have to respect her employees, and that I cant point my finger at her. I told her I could do all three. She claimed I was disrupting the store. I told her she is disturbing the store. They were livid because I called Target and had them on the phone during their biases. I left on my own accord. F them! Absolutely not getting my money. Do you know how much power there is in not shopping somewhere. My wish is that every person who receives biases, bad service, racism, or disrespect from a company, simply stops giving them ANY of your MONEY. Ive run into one superb worker. Bathrooms are disgusting! All pics are from the same visit. One toilet even has blood on it. Make that two superb workers, Sherry and Arturo! The two of them show non biased, excellent customer service. Some workers exude biases. When I get bad service here, I put back my merchandise, and dont give them my money. Some security and staff watch, certain people. Today a team leader named Matty came to the womens bathroom door and told me to let others use the bathroom. I had left my large purse and jacket in a stall while I refreshed my makeup for five minutes. A customer proceeded to enter, I let her know that my belongings were hanging, but she could go in. She declined and said thank you to me, and I said my apologies to her. Then a worker opened up the bathroom door while I was in the stall getting my purse and jacket. I told her dont open up the bathroom door while Im in there. Matty complained to a worker that I had an attitude, I told him absolutely. Some of these workers are jerks and more. While people like them bother paying customers and follow and bother certain people, other people are stealing from them. JERKS!

I shop here often. Good all around mix of everything. Better quality clothing vs Walmart. Because of its proximity to the trolley station, it can get crowded, especially holidays. All in all a clean store, I recommend if in the neighborhood.

The healt restrictions

The dollar to three dollar section was quite empty and messy.. Gave the appearance the store may be closing.. This is my target and I typically find no fault. The smell of caramel corn is overpowering.. Regular popcorn smelled tempting enough. I dont smell that anymore. Found all items needed plus a housewarming gift... Line wasnt long, cashier helpful.. Red card and cartwheel used. I love tarjet.

So my wife ordered something online to pick up here, it was an Enfamil Gentlease ready to use 15 ct, and when we got home we saw that the box was already opened and missing 3, really, I know my wife forgot to check the item before leaving the store, but how dare you guys giving an open package of a baby formula? Next time ask the customers to check the items if they are fine, because that was unacceptable.

Great store. Employees are helpful. Theres a great chance of finding items that appear in the weekly ad. Prices are pretty good too. The only bad thing about this store is that it can get pretty crowded.

I went to this location tonight and had a HORRIBLE experience with the customer service returns. The worker Ana was the RUDEST ever!! I had an item that wasn’t coming up even though it was online and from the store, i asked if there was anything that could be done and she said no..and she said she could give me ZERO DOLLARS... yes...you’re reading that right, she said she will give me $0 and she could keep it item!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!!! I reported to her manager, Loraine, who was great. She was very professional and helped me. THANK YOU!! Customer service job has the key words “Customer service” and Ana needs some 101 training on it!!!

The food section has a lot of brands that you cant find elsewhere. Quiet and nice, doesnt get crowded. Staff is really nice
