Always fully stocked. Employees are busy always stocking so aisles get a bit crowded. Not the greatest customer service but it does have everything

This place was great. Had almost everything I needed and was clean and sanitized. The employees were nice and helpful. Definitely my preferred place. Everything seemed up to date and it was not crowded. It was an open space which helped. Bathrooms, outlets, parking. Check!

We made an online pick up. It was very fast and easy. I am glad Walmart has made this service so easy to use. We never have time these days and it really helps us out.

Its a good store. Unfortunately, a few of the items I needed were out of stock. Has more to do with the supply chain issues right now.

So this is what I have to deal with today from the grocery delivery department Ive been waiting for hours for my Express order to be delivered. The people on the phone or unprofessional and they put you on a pause without even placing the phone on hold for like 5 minutes. They cant reroute drivers correctly or call you to give you an update on whats going on. I bet in about 24 minutes when this department closes I wont receive my groceries tonight that I needed for dinner. This Walmart is horrible especially this department!

They need more open cashiers! Lines take forever!

This is the newer Wal-Mart in Chula Vista. Since it was already a K-Mart the layout and parking was already built to be accessible. The lines can get a bit long and stretch into the aisles. The self check out area is also big with 8 registers, even though the lines are long there they move very fast.

Nobody ever showed up at the battery center....maybe they should keep them unlocked

Prices are good for certain things I buy but a lot of times the exact items I need are out of stock. Forget trying to call first for a stock check. Self check-out lines are kind of long. I suggest designating half the self check-out registers for customers with less than 10 items AND ENFORCING IT.

The best Walmart Ive ever been in. Clean, organized, well lit, friendly staff. They also offer a fleet of about 15 motorized mobility carts the disabled.

Everything was fine. I had to ask employees to direct me to the items I was looking for and some were more helpful than others. The cashier, Dalilah, was very nice, as was the young man at the cosmetics station, who helped me find the board games.

I understand it is not the person at the exits fault because he is doing what he is told to do. There should be no reason for him to block my exiting the store to check my receipt for a tiny bag of stuff. If I was walking out with a large item or a bunch of stuff, then fine. Back off Stan!

This one I believe was on Hst Chula Vista. Its closer to me and my daughters but they are ALWAYS out of food merchandise. Also it seems like the clothing areas arent as big as like Eastlake or a couple of the others.

Well-stocked, well-staffed, organised, everythings fresh and new and good quality. Nice big clearance aisle!

Not crazy about going to Walmart since the pandemic started, so I was hesitant with all the back-to-school customers; however, the cashier was so nice that, just to have someone smile through her mask, greet you nicely, and help you was well worth it. Wish more people will start acting like her and stop acting pandemic-entitled.

Traffic is horrible. 35 minutes for ice and Beer.And The associates, Dont know anything They just work here.

There is not much super about this super center. Although they have groceries, their selection in the other departments is mediocre even for a Walmart. I did not find any of the items I was looking for and left this Walmart empty handed. I would at least have expected them to have a self watering plant pot. Nope, not even that. Will not go here again.

Clean. However, often shelves are poorly stocked or run out of some items quickly. If you want an item locked in a case, expect to wait a while before someone comes to open it for you

Easy shopping self check out lanes on both sides of the store are a huge plus.

Always enjoy one stop shopping and the supercenters provide this. From food, clothing, gifts, back to school, yard products, I can go on and on.

The store is clean, I like that, they had what I needed, but they need to have more associates working the registers on a holiday weekend.

This Walmart recently opened and is nice, new and clean. I hope it stays that way. There are other stores in the same shopping center that allows me to shop everything I need in one visit. Very convenient.

I dont shop at Walmart for varies reasons and my experience today was a good example as to why. The customer service was below average expectations. Its very unfortunate that workers are the reason why I decide to walk away from a purchase.

Its a brand new Walmart less than a year a believe. Its nice and clean. People are friendly. Its a solid store in my opinion.

Very new place, this was open right where Kmart was before, next to the Costco, it was nice, the people working there were very nice and helpful. I usually go to the Walmart in Eastlake, but today I decided to go there for the first time and few things were missing and done of the shelf were not full yet. I know in the next few months theyll be up to speed. Price are ok. There is plenty of parking.

Love Walmart for one stop shopping.

Always open 10 to 15 min late especially on Mondays so if you start working at 7 am and were planning to stop at this location to grab something quick go somewhere else because you will be late for work

Currently the curbside pickup service is understaffed so service is very slow. Normally its exceptional!

They always have what I want. Lots of electric wheelchairs for disabled people. The one in Walmart in Broadway in chula vista they need more of those Electric will chairs.

Christmas decorations are beautiful and I always find something that I need, or better something that I didnt know I needed!!Really dont understand the parking lot though. So many spaces for energy efficiency/clean air cars up front. It seems like more than for handicap. Then you see big trucks and SUVs parked in them. Whats up with that??

Worst walmart ever. Everything is always sold out and only big sizes for men. They keep all they cant sell on display and Everything u need cant be found. Bout some cloths for my kids and alot of them where hanging on the wrong hanger. Disappointed 😞

Im used to the Wal-Mart at Eastlake. Everything here is reverse so it took some time to find things. Its convenient and has just about everything and the customer service was pretty good.

We went in and got what we needed went to the register and was checked out within 5 minutes that was the fastest time Ive ever been at a register at Walmart.

This place is a mad house. Staff is the least friendly out of any WalMart Ive ever been. And forget about trying to buy a product thats locked up(alcohol). It takes forever. Even though at least a dozen employees walk by and dont say a word. I get mad just thinking about having to go to this place.

This the best Wal-Mart store i have been to.

Waited over an hour for grocery pickup after receiving the message that our order was ready for pickup. Arrived and no stalls were available. If you do not have the personnel to run orders out and you have a huge backup, then orders are not ready for pickup….

The lines were a bit long; seemed like most registers were open.

Found most everything I needed.. as usual.

Our work is always nice at that particular Walmart theres always do that any Walmart you go to lets try to look at the website before you go there if sometimes they dont have what you want

Way cleaner than the one off the 54, also there is waybless stuff behind locked glass cabinets unlike the one off the 54, which means less time since we arent waiting for a team member to open a cage to get a screw driver.
