Typical Walmart. Good prices, decent employees, well stocked. However this location is one of those that doesn’t have a full grocery store. No produce. Just enough so you have to go to another store to complete your shopping list.

Mixed bag of results. I went to shop for mens bicycles. The store was reasonably clean considering the volume of customers. But there was an unusually high amount of apparent disorder and clutter. The gentleman that helped me with the bike was Juan. He was conscientious and well groomed. But the language barrier between us was formidable. We managed using my high school spanish and his broken english. That said, I didnt appreciate the three employees called to translate for him, also had a lengthy conversation only in Spanish, while their English speaking customer was standing WELL WITHIN EAR RANGE.

Is sad when you buy small items they ask you fir receipt, that very unprofessional, rude and the worst you dont have your policies asking people for receipt and touch pur bags during covid also no social distance the CEO should be ashamed i took pictures so i am taking this to high courts because un ethical way to approach customers shame in CEO OF WALMART I AM SUING I GOT IN VIDEO CAMERAS TRAIN YOUR Employees NOT TO TOUCH OUR ITEMS WE BOUGHT ABD THEY EVEN TOUCH PUR Receipts THATS REALLY BAD.

I like this place because it is always clean and I can always find someone to help me. I like better the one in national City because it has good fruit, vegetables and all kinds of meats. Some fish and well. Gardening tools and BBQ items as well. Check yourself is excellent.

It’s your average Walmart. They don’t sell fresh produce, but what they have is plentiful.What bothers me, and this is a critique of Walmart as a whole, is that they keep doing massive amounts of restock during store hours. It gets in the way, especially when trying to physically space yourself for pandemia safety.

Well Miss Lisa here would not acknowledge me wouldnt talk to me wouldnt service me so finally I heard another person say her name Lisa so I decided to let you know that Lisa is not there to service people of color I was asking where was the boxing equipment she told me to look here or there I said I looked can you please look in your system to see if you have she turned around and gave me a look with those long eyelashes I thought you was going to sweep me into next week but of course as vice president of a boxing school as I teach my kids to remain calm patient speak clearly to get your point across so finally somebody came around and showed me but I find myself praying everytime I come into Walmart they simply dont want to service people of color sad we must pray for their hearts and souls cuz they know not what they do to themselves

I bought hamburger here. No matter how long I cooked it, it stayed pink. Not sure what it was. Wont buy meat there again. Good veggie section. Other than that not impressed

Prices are on the rise and here they don’t seem so bad nice people and fast checkouts.

This walmart location isnt the same it used to, full of weird people, most of the stuff is now locked on cabinets so you have to wait for an employee to help you get whatever youre buying which takes time because they dont have that many employees when its busy 🙄I dont recommend this location at all.

Due to excessive thievery many items are locked up, area has become new skid row rampant homelessness and peddling. Used to be a nice store couple years ago. They still have many in stock items and fair prices.

This Walmart is always packed .I like to get in and out .over all its a decent place .

Easy to locate products when I ask for directions for an item they were very happy to show me exactly where it was at I was in-and-out of the store within a matter of minutes

I like Walmart for the prices. But this is America. The country I served and fought for in Vietnam. I have had 3 encounters with employees who couldnt speak English. It is also rude that the Mexican employees speak to each other in Spanish to interact. I am NOT pregodist. I was married to a Mexican lady and I am dating a Mexican lady now. My son couldnt get a job here in Chula Vista./ San Diego because he wasnt bilingual. That is insane in your own country.It is frustrating. Most employees are very nice and helpful, but they should all have to speak English.

This was the 1st time I went to this WAL-MART and I really thought that it was going to be Ghetto BUT SURPRISINGLY it was a very nice wal-mart because it was well STOCKED ON EVERYTHING, (unlike the national city store ) plus it wasnt all packed either they actually had every single item i went to buy stocked and i was so happy. So now i decided that i will be making this walmart my location of where i will now be doing my shopping i give them 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ More ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saturday, went to the store to the photo shop section and there’s was a line of customers waiting for the photo machine, and suddenly all shutdown . There was a young guy with a mustache, very helpful he help me and the rest of the ladies to go to the Walmart app and upload the pictures in our phone, he was so patience and knowledgeable very proficient in photo computer. I was impress a never expected that from Walmart, please give kudos to that department they were very helpful and another young guy that was the cashier and ring me up when I pick up my pictures a hour later . I regret not getting their names . But you should give them a customer service award .

I usually purchase the same items and they always have them in stock. The greeter used to give out facemasks just in case you needed one. He also said they were hiring.

Everything you need ! I had to exchange something, it took a little long, but hey, I got what I wanted ! Happy camper !

My first time at this unit. It was very clean, organized and the staff were very accommodating. I found my items needed and proceeded to the check out. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I shop here often. They have a good Auto Department here. There is a good selection of batteries and tires. There are plenty of auto accessories inside too. A Best Buy store is right nextdoor and a Dollar Tree store is across the street on the corner next to the Walmart auto center. There is a McDonalds at the entrance of this mall just as you get off the highway. There is a nice Aldi Food store in a nextdoor mall. Somebody at the Corporate Level failed badly by not having enough shopping carts at this location. I have been here a couple times recently and there are not enough carts for customers including myself otherwise I would have given this location 5 Stars as an overall rating. August 19, 2021.

Great place to find anything you need. I was rv camping in the area and needed supplies. Found everything needed.

Parking is horrible. This store is large but not the cleanest. There is however a large baby section with a big variety.

LoL I started using PayPal for all my purchases and Walmart is the only retailer who advertises that they take Paypal and actually have PayPal services available. 711, CVS and Walgreens made the same claim and failed miraculously. So the only retailer for me as of now is going to be Walmart till further notice.

Walmart on Broadway needs more self check out counters. Their current waiting time is 10 to 15 minutes.Walmart on Saturn /Palm Avenue needs more staff in their Customers Svs/Money Transfer Dept. Their current wait time is 10 to 15 minutes. Actually, all Walmart locations under this department needs more staff because they cant seem to catch up with the demands. Thank you.

Walmart has been one of my best convenience stores to shop at. Always good prices even though that its personnel is not always available when you need them. They also have lots of variation in all their items. I guess one good ways to describe this convenience store is that they got almost everything you need.

All Walmarts are essentially the same. This one is no different.Parking plenty. Ranchero singing out front. Some cute chicas. All good.

I was looking for some shirts in the kids area and a rude lady came to me asking what I was looking for I was like well I’m look for a shirt size large she responded rude “ what do you mean large tell me what size “ I was like size 12 - 14 she responded me you can’t see there the sizes you can’t read that ? How rude she almost yelling me and telling me if I can’t read I was in shook really these never have happen to me I when to make a claim about it and the lady was like really you sure you didn’t like interpret it wrong she is a good employer I’m like wow so now you doubting about what I’m telling you okay I understand if you think she is a good employer but this happen I will never come again

Worst customer service ever. Rude staff seems that you have to be rude and have attitude and never smile in order to work here.

I was trying to get an item out of a locked cabinet since Saturday. There is a button on the cabinet to press and an attendant will come to you. I was pressing that button for about 20 minutes and no one came, there was quite a few customers, I got frustrated and left. Tried again yesterday, same thing. After about I saw a staff member walking by and asked if I could get someone to help me. Finally a lady who told me she works in another section and is not one of the assigned attendants for the locked cabinets got the keys and helped me. Mind you it took about half an hour.

Loved this place... I went in for one item and came out with twenty! 😁

Hate the self check out. If you spend hundreds on groceries give the customers a helping hand.

I understand why products are locked up but hate chasing workers down to open the case. Make more keys available.

Low stock in 10/40 and 20 /50 gallon of oil for car.

Very well stocked but is very crowded so it makes for long check outs.

When you need assistance they help you to find your items.

I like going to this store because they have everything youre looking for, it was kind of crowded but not too much on my recent visit store is conveniently right off the freeway 5 and palomar there is a lot of parking available and the workers are very knowledgeable helpful and available for your questions.

I love this walmart as my grocery and tecnology store because it has a large selection of groceries and also it has a quite large selection of tecnology.

Clean store, helpful clerks and the self-checkout is quick and efficient

I find that they are always well stocked and I love the bargains on their clearance racks. And the customer service is pretty good also.

Its a good size Walmart. They tend to have better stocked than smaller branches.The plus side is that it is a Produce Walmart. You will find different variations & other products you normally dont see on the other nirmal sized ones.

They always (most of the time) have what you go look for, grates deals.

Overly crowded small aisles, smaller than other Walmarts. Always pallets in the middle of the larger walkway behind the food aisles.

No communicationYou could not get a phone call from this store for your life; customer service/option to speak to an associate leaves you on ringing for 5 mins until the phone abruptly hangs up. Really wish they could work on fixing that.

I had been avoiding going into the store so I ordered online and in store pick up. I was still hesitant due to the about of traffic the store generates but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of their pick up station. They also had a couple of employees checking that everyone entering had a mask on. One guy tried to go in without one and was returned by the employee. Good job!

Only Walmart I know of where you have to go through all kinds of BS just to get a pair of socks. You have to wait for someone to unlock them, then they take them to a register with a long line, when I just want one item. F that I walked out

It is a good store I found all I needed.

Needed to return a product that was defective. Didnt have any problems getting the refund so that I could get another can to finish the repair that I had purchased the first two cans of product for the repair. When I went to checkout I only had to wait a few minutes to pay and get back to doing what I needed to do.

Everything I need is here, at a lower price!
