Love Bath and Body Works from lotions to candles and body sprays! I do wish the prices were lower though I feel they are only affordable if on sale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized.

I love that i came here at the right time. Theyre having their semi annual sale woot woot 😉. They have a lot of good deals to choose from, 75% 50% 30% and alot more. I will definitely come back for more items. So if you are looking for a really cheap deals for colognes/mists, hand and body lotions, hand soaps, candles and more, this is the best time to visit this store

I thought about giving less stars but thats not fair to the other great sales associates. I made an order online to pick up in store. I got to the store 15 minutes after they opened and was greeted by the male sales associate at the door. He asked if I wanted a spritz of hand sanitizer and welcomed me in the store. I said thank you and entered and let him know that I had an online order to pick up. He then asked me to step out of the store, that I needed to wait outside because they dont want online customers in the store. I understand that they are at limited capacity but there was no one in the store as they had just opened 15 minutes prior. I informed the sales associate that the other day when I picked up an order they welcomed me into the store and I ended up purchasing more than I ordered online. The sales associate then tells me I can wait outside for my order but once I have it I am welcome to come inside and shop more. I did want to pick up some more wallflowers today in the store but that sale will be made at another store now and I dont think I will ever go back to the Otay ranch store in the future. There are two stores closer to me yet I came all the way out to one that refused a sale. Disappointing.

All body care sale going on. We went a little later in the day, but they still had a good selection and enough registers open so that the wait time wasnt too bad. The staff here is always nice and overall I just really like the mall its located in.

Staff at the front door is rude. I like to shop at this Bath and body works because its close to home. Unfortunately today I did not have a good experience. The lines were long & I didnt have time to stand in line so I decided to leave. After I walked out, the staff at the front made a rude remark with one of the other staff & they both laughed. When I walked back to get her name, she wouldnt even look at me. I dont think her behavior was appropriate or funny. She shouldnt be in the front if shes rude. Ill shop at Bonita instead.

I went there on MONDAY AFTERNOON on 1/6/2020 at around 2 PM. There were two women staff there. Im not sure about the shorter staff but I WAS REALLY UNPLEASANT ABOUT THE TALLER STAFF WITH LONG BLOND HAIR!!! Im not sure if she is an owner or just a staff. I just wanted to see what a body lotion smells like but there was no tester there so I just asked her to let me smell it. And she didnt say anything and just open a drawer very hard and took a tester and let me try it with a very annoying attitude. She was really rude. I will never and ever visit this store again! She ruined the BBWs good image!

I am a black women in America and I was followed and harassed by one of the employees. Well I experienced that on every occasion. It’s unfortunate since this is my neighborhood mall.

Good place to shop when having a sale. Otherwise quite pricey. Also needs to have more cashiers. Long lines most of the time. Ideal place for unique scents.

So bad they didn’t want to valid a Retailmenot coupon for some reason I got upset and I left Without buying anything and on my way home I was thinking that probably I over reacted and I was about to call just to apologize to the guy and then I found out for a friend that they where offering the email coupon to other customers, so it was just about me, so good thing that I didn’t apologize lol, on the other side I went to other BBW on Plaza Park way (El Cajon) just because I was in the mall and the employees there super nice and helpful I got the coupon without asking, something for sure is that I never going to go to this store anymore, luckily for me plaza Bonita is just about the same distance

Very good store of things for the bathroom, good scents. More scents and items are coming out continuously. There are good gifts and it gives a feeling of freshness and of taking a spa home or office. You have to take advantage of when there are promotions and use coupons that arrive by mail so that the offers come out better.

I love walking into this place it always smells delicious!

The times that I have gone to this store they have treated me well, they always offer me help and a bag for what I am going to buy, also the store is clean and tidy, it is also well stocked and the parking lot is very large, the mall is very nice, the store is easy to locate
