Unprofessional service, no empathy from cashier when confronted with an issue. but I guess what else can I expect from someone working a minimum wage job? i cant expect them to care that much about their job. also some of these workers dress scandalous. its a beauty store so maybe i might be judging too hard but in my opinion, dressing a bit more professional is always the better route unless of course if you work at a bar on the beach.

There was a weird worker, a young female with straight black hair who kept looking at my body while I was entering and passing the isle. I turned and asked if they by any chance have any clothing related items, and she was staring at my waist. She looked at me and asked, what was that? I had to reask. She said, no, this is a beauty store. I already know that! Most, I felt harassed...

These ladies are the best. So kind and helpful and putting up with me getting a load of hair color during a sale. I appreciate them so much. They were really patient with me and never stop smiling through the whole process of me running back and forth getting more dye to buy. It has only been my 2nd visit there and both experiences have been great.Also one was a fellow Nana fan. That also was great to talk about!

This place always disappoints when it come to knowledge or supply of mixed hair products. There are tons of mixed kids in this area Idk why they have such a small section. The woman with the long hair that works their really doesn’t know much, can’t answer questions or help with mixed hair products.

Found what i needed in less than a minute! I had just walked into the store and was quickly assisted by one of the employees. They are very friendly and helpful they helped me find just what i needed :)

I want to give a shoutout to Maribel, Audrey and Tye. They gave me great service. I was greeted me right away, and asked if I needed help. I showed a picture of the hair color I wanted, and they were very knowledgeable on my needs. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any navy blue in Demi-permanent like I had originally wanted, but they helped direct me in the correct direction. They also showed me their promotions going on, which was awesome because I ended up buying great products because of them. They also made sure they answered all my questions before helping the next customer, which I thought was very nice of her.Great service, thank you guys!

They have everything and the staff is so helpful.How can we help, what are you looking for, thank you for shopping with us etc.Sounds basic but you dont get it in many places of business anymore.
