Lulu was amazing! I believe she said she had been a hairdresser for 35 years, 😲 which would explain her level of competency and efficiency. I got lucky finding her when getting my hair colored out of town.

DON’T GO HERE. I asked them to cut only a short part of my hair and they ended up cutting more than what I asked for. I didn’t check the reviews before but this had happened to a lot of people!!! Please don’t go there they don’t listen to you, they’re not professional at all.

The lady did not understand what I wanted and seemed to have an attitude because I had long hair and a lot of it. I asked for the dead ends to be trimmed and to do long layers. She had me stand up and chopped off at least 4 inches straight across. The layers are choppy and she dry cut it. (I’m not sure if that’s normal practice but every haircut I’ve ever had was with wet or washed hair) If you have long hair and you want it to be styled then I wouldn’t recommend.

I have been a Fantastic Sams for about 30 years and I am pleased with it, throughout the years I have seen to many faces but the service is always the same great customer service. Lulu is my stylist most of the time, she is very honest friendly and interesting the clients needs, today was no exception she was great. I come here every couple of months to get my Hair Cut, ever since Last year. Lulu makes the whole experience very pleasant with her professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail, I walk in a Hairy Mess and Walk out nice and Clean.

Been coming to this location for years. Lulu is my stylist, Very professional, friendly and has always done a great job. On the negative side, there’s a couple of new faces that should take lessons from Lulu on customer service.

I wasnt impressed at all. I get my hair done somewhere else but I was in need and this one was close by. I ended up with Yesenia (guessing from the review below shes building a terrible track record). I have an A-line cut that I let overgrow so I explained that I wanted it shorter but not like a Bob. she showed me some pictures and we came to an agreement on one, at this point I thought wed be good, wrong. After the shampoo (which was terrible, I felt like she barely lathered) she goes right in without asking the usual and important questions like where my part is, how long I want the front, etc. by the time she was finished she had parted my hair right down the center which is terrible for an A-line with long bangs not to mention once my natural part set in it made my hair look lopsided and she didnt even blend the back properly. her excuse for that was my hair needed a color so it wouldnt look like that and I needed to straighten it, in her EXACT words I only blow dry I dont straighten unless you want to pay $7. I was beyond disappointed not only in my cut but the lack of professionalism. Having been in the beauty and spa industry myself for many years, this experience was unacceptable. I saw other clients who seemed like regulars come in with other stylists And I envied the service they received. it wasnt until the end where I only paid $12 did I realize you get what you pay for. Maybe it was my luck but Yesenia... you could use some extra training girl.

Lulu was terrific. She listens to hear what I wanted.,not what she wanted. Woo-hoo

Rushed haircut. I asked for a simple cut 2 on the sides and a scissor trim on top and the lady got upset when I asked if she could run the two through for my sides.

Didn’t know what they were doing and messed up my sideburn. I now have to wait for it to grow. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they gave me it for free because they messed up.

Not really happy with the outcome of my haircut... I called to make an appointment and no one answered, so I took a chance and went... only 2 stylist were in and handling multiple clients; so I give them props for that. I just wanted a trim on top and shape it a little on the sides and back... the stylist that I got was nice but didnt get what I wanted and also asked me how other stylist cut my hair... I told her that I just tell them what I want and they do it... but still asked me how they cut my hair or what they use to use to cut it... so I told her that I always get 0 guard to 1/2 to 1... all I got was 1/2 all over and very not so trim... she told me that my hair was uneven from previous haircut and I told her what happened at the barbershop... she just cut the unevenness and texturized my hair randomly and I started seeing strands falling onto the cape .. she just used the scissors randomly... I would never ever in my life come back to the salon... rather drive the extra mile

I took my daughter to get a haircut, there was only 2 girls working one was on her cell phone and the other one was finishing a cut. Neither greeted us when we arrived. Once the only hair dresser was done she just asked what we needed, again no greeting! When i told her show short i wanted the haircut she the nerve to say that short... ok? Her attitude was rude a so unprofessional. I told my daughter to get up from the chair that we were leaving and her she had the nerve to said i didnt have to be aggressive. So I told her maybe she needed to work on her customer service skills. I will never go back to this place!!!

Straight garbage. We ended up waiting an eternity just to get a haircut. They put people who showed up after us ahead in line and ignored us when we inquired about some of their pricing.

Ive been here at least twice before and have never had any issues. However, its been a month since my last cut here and I still shudder everytime I blowdry my hair. My hairstylist took a remark I made about how she pronounced my name personal and as a result, took it out on my hair. Thanks Yesenia! I dont even want to go into details about my visit but I dont think Ill be visiting anytime soon.
