Kudos to this company for the excellent service! The repair of my refrigerator that is not cooling was attended effectively yesterday. They have everything that is needed for the service. The technician made the whole process so easy and flawless. I dont see any problem with his work and customer service throughout. Highly recommended!

The service Simmons and his family provided was very professional. He made sure the diagnostics of my washer were done properly by trying different parts. He definitely knows washers. I had previously paid someone else to fix but he only scammed me. Simmons replaced the motor from my washer for $65 since he knew about my situation. My washer has been working properly for 2 weeks now and if ever I have an issue Ill make sure I contact Simmons again. I am very thankful I didnt have to spend more money on fixing it or purchasing a new one. I recommend GE Monogram Expert highly

Called GE Monogram Expert based on Google reviews. Alan answered right away. After having me describe the issues with my washer, he had me send the model number to him for further research. Within half an hour Alan called with some information about the required repair. After going over everything he mentioned that the best course of action might be to purchase a new washer. Who does that?! Im grateful for his honesty and will definitely be calling GE Monogram Expert for my future repair needs.

The front-load washer wouldnt lock the door. We really couldnt wait up to a week to do laundry which is what other places wanted to schedule us for. We called and Gonzalez at GE Monogram Expert was extremely helpful. Got scheduled the same day and fixed quickly. Very reasonably priced.

My refrigerator stopped working :0 its a great refrigerator which I had for only a couple of years. I tried to find the warranty and couldnt. Then I called Taylor of GE Monogram Expert. He came as soon as he could, fixed the issue, and explained to me what happened very clearly so I can avoid this happening again. Very recommended!

The dishwasher was leaking. Called GE Monogram Expert & Henry came the next day. Immediately figured out what was wrong, fixed it & then before leaving, cleaned out the refrigerator vents (howd he know it was never done?). Henry is very knowledgeable, personable & rates very reasonable. Definitely will call him again if I have any other problems with appliances.
