The appliance Depot is a great company. They have excellent customer service. Yadi was extremely helpful and helping me make the right choice for a refrigerator. She was very kind and courteous and professional. Very upbeat personality. The delivery personnel Marco and Jose were also very courteous and professional. They took their time to make sure everything was in place before they left. If you’re looking for appliances like refrigerators stove washer dryer, etc, this is the place to go. They are reasonably priced new items some are scratched or dent but they still are like new. Yadi went out of her way as well as the person doing the deliveries to squeeze me in to make sure that I received my refrigerator the next day as I was without a refrigerator at that time. I so appreciated her efforts. Check them out I’m sure you’ll be happy you did.

They are great! Our entire experience was easy, fast affordable and not to mention, everyone was so friendly. Ill never shop at a huge retailer for appliances again after shopping here. The girl that helped us pick out our washer and dryer was so nice and honest about the pros/cons of the appliances and set us up for a delivery with in a day. She also stayed on top of communicating with us about the delivery eta. The guys that installed the washer and dryer were fast and friendly and seemed as happy for us as we were to get these in our new little apartment. Thank you to the entire staff there. You all made a great experience for us!

This place is legit... I purchased a refrigerator there a couple months ago and was extremely happy with the service from the moment i walked in, to when my item was delivered... I returned last week to buy a dryer. The ladies that helped us were completely upfront about what would be best for me. Ive googled the prices and no one comes close for new items. So theres a dent... big deal! You save hundreds of dollars on current model appliances. I bough a basic dryer with intentions of buying a matching set in a couple of years.... I definately coming back.The price pulls you in, but its the service and the people that will have you returning.

The evaporator went out in our 2 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator last night and we could not get repair service appointment for another 11 days. We decided to get a smaller refrigerator, to put in our family room so that we wont lose our refrigerator food. So after doing a lot of Googling, I came across The Appliance Depot which is about 3 miles from where I live. They had a new black Whirlpool top freezer 18 cu foot refrigerator which was exactly what I had been looking at, in our price range and in all the stores (Home Depot, Sears, Costco) where I had seen a similar refrigerator, the wait time to get it was a week to four weeks. Because this is a family owned business and they were getting ready to do some deliveries, and our situation was an emergency type of situation, they were able to put us on the schedule this evening and we just got the refrigerator 3 hours after we paid for it.They are incredible. and that is also why I love San Diego South Bay.

So, first off, a little hard to find.. BUT... a diamond in the rough! I was greeted immediately by Yadvindra. All I said was stackable, gas, new, and affordable. She NAILED it. The education she had about the LG set was beyond anything Lowes or Home Depot had informed me of. Just to break her bias, as she had the same brand at home, I tested her on the Samsung washer and dryer set. She legit informed me of the warranty differences, wasnt shy about the qualms shed had with the LG brand vs what precious clients had informed of with the Samsung models. The approval process was soo simple. The purchase of this LGwasher/dryer combo was the simplest experience of buying anything!! It was delivered and installed within a few days without any complaints. If youre even thinking about this place.. DO IT!! The experience I recieved was beyond comparison with any corporate facility!! I will continue to buy any appliances needed from this business!! Definitely pleased by the ease and affordability of this business! I will not go anywhere else!

I am so glad we found this place! We purchased a higher quality washer and dryer at a lower price (in comparison to Sears) .Their customer service is amazing!! Yadvi is awesome and so helpful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone

My wife and I were in need of a good Washer/Dryer set. We didnt want to break the bank on the selection, namely because we are renting.After some research we came across The Appliance Depot via Yelp.We could not find a poor review.So we worked with them on what we wanted. The sales rep, who I forget the womans name was, worked very hard for us. Emails off hours. Our back and forth while trying to select and get in our price range.Delivery and setup. the guys were quick, clean, professional, and very accommodating in getting the units setup just as we wanted them.

I stumbled upon this place by mistake, turned out to be the best mistake ever! I purchased a LG French Door Fridge and an LG stove. The sales rep, Alex was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and helped me save a ton of money. Im going back to get our washer and dryer! Check this place out before Sears Outlet!

Great little hidden appliance store. Bought a scratch and dent Whirlpool Gas Dryer with a retail value of over $900 for $475. Was delivered in a box, and I still have not found the scratch or the dent...and they finance with either good or bad credit. Will be returning for the matching washer...OH, and Yadvi and Alex are awesome!!!
